This is a violation of the NationStates rules. Hacking, or threats thereof, is a DEATable offence. If you have evidence that "The Kingdom of Kalegan" has threatened to hack those three nations: File a GHR here complete with evidence.

This is something that should be dealt with via a Getting Help Request, as pointed out by others, but is also a violation of Rule 2(c) in the security council.

These two clauses are irrelevant. The WA cannot "fall down" since it is an in-game mechanic and cannot be removed. The next clause is more or less fluff that doesn't really help your condemnation. Really, as it stands now, this isn't really much of a condemnation and more of something that should be looked into by the mods if this claim has any kind of proof. It *can* be made into a condemnation if the nation has done multiple (legal) bad deeds that has had a significant impact, though.

Ok, first off, you need proof of these claims. Second, paragraph five is incorrect grammar. "nations have war to cause a world war. And third, if the Kingdom of Kalegan truly tried to hack, report this, it's a violation of terms and services. And try to write more clearly.
