We have also realised our entire military's over reliance on antiquated forms of communication and would like to obtain a production rights to a new radio for use on the battle field.

To improve the Imperial Navy's battle capabilities we have decided to commission your naval building segments to build one Naval Carrier Package and one Naval Cruiser Package as we believe this will greatly enhance our Imperial Navy's ability to not only defend the Imperium but be able to strike blows at enemy shipping. As well as these various vessels that we hope to obtain we would also like to obtain the production rights to the Chatham Fast Combat Logistics Vessel so that we may not only use it with our newly obtained vessels but also integrate it into our existing battle fleets. Due to the large costs of these naval vessels, some of the cost of our buying for the Imperial Navy the Imperial East Empire Trade Company will be paying half of the costs of payment but only for naval costs due to their interest in maintaining naval links during war.

During land battles in the Imperial Great War our Imperial Armoured Forces were ineffectual mainly due to the outdated nature of many of their vehicles except for the armoured regiments of the 1st Imperial Legion where the armoured regiments had recently had their vehicles had been recently updated from Lyran Arms but we did not have enough modernised vehicles for them to make an effective impact on large battles and so we decided to obtain new battle tanks to better give support to other elements of the Imperial Army. To sort out this problem we would like to obtain the production rights to the Pz.Kpf.W AY2-1B 'Panthera Uncia' Main Battle Tank, Pz.Kpf.W AY2-1L 'Panthera Leo' Main Battle Tank and Pz.Kpf.W AY1-1A 'Arctos' Medium Tank. My comrade in the Department of the Navy wishes to order 6 Malaysia Class SSN, 2 Indonesia Class SSN, one Malaysia Class SSBN, and twenty two Hamasaka Class DDG, 3 Commonwealth Class CVN, six JAAC, six Waarden Class, 12 Intrepid Class, and two Chatham AOR. My comrade in the Department of the Air Force wishes to purchase 630 Vuurhaag interceptors, along with 5,000 Nimbus III air defense systems to protect our country.
