(Just asking, is there some minimum or maximum song length? What's the best possible length?
And this is my first time on WW, so sorry if i'm bad.

Someone decided to write a song out of 25 tunes put back-to-back a few editions ago. In theory it took about 75 minutes.
WorldVision is based on the real life Eurovision Song Contest, where songs have a 3 minute maximum limit. 3-5 minutes is good I guess, what matters more is the song you're sending - if your song will be based on an existing tune, then just make your song length the same as the tune you're using.

Is 118 words enough? Take in mind that the last 15 and first around 30 are slowly sung.

You could do one word, if you truly wish. Although, take a look at Eurovision, take a look at the current hits and such. How many contain only 118 words (honestly, I never counted but I would assume that it'd be more, unless you're looking at a repetitive rap song or such)?
What I'm trying to say is, 'interesting', 'quirky' things have been done but they don't tend to do well. You want to do well? Do what everyone else does. You want to be 'special' (in so far as that's possible with everything that has already happened here)? Don't expect to end high, as most everyone who tries doesn't.
