Backstory: when he was born, Nathaniel was said to have caused a power outage that left the entire city of San Francisco without power. Growing up was not easy for him. He was constantly mocked and shunned for his lineage like most mutants. Even his own parents had little care for him, though he would always strive to do nothing but please them. The only friend he had was a girl named Rebecca, another mutant with the ability to see through any substance, who grew up with him and became a confident for his roiling emotions. As they came of age, the two inevitably fell in love. It was not long, however, before what little happiness Nathaniel had was taken from him.
One day as they were walking down a dilapidated part of town, lost on a trip to the beach, the two were attacked by a group of muggers who promptly attempted to kidnap Rebecca and leave Nathaniel for dead. Fearing for his girlfriends life, he used his powers intentionally for the first time in years. He did not have any control over them, however, and the blast he emmited injured everyone, including Rebecca. She, along with all four of their attackers, would die later that day from these injuries.
Pursued by law enforcement as well as unrelenting guilt, Nathaniel ran away and hid from society. For years he traveled as a lone roamer of the earth before he was found by the X-Men, who allowed him a place to stay with them at their academy. While there he became good friends with Charles Xavier and wolverine, who helped him cope with his grief. Henry McCoy (aka beast) worked with Xavier to develope his staff, which could be used to focus his power where he could not. For a while he trained and fought with the X-Men, but after a while Xavier too him that the only way he would realize his true potential would be to find them on his own. Now Nathaniel has sought out to master his abilities before one day returning to his friends.
Powers and Abilities:
Order manipulation- can control order and it's energies at will, able to imbue order in any situation or on anything. This can be used in a wide variety of ways, such as stopping a nuclear explosion by causing the molecules to be put back into order, causing himself to have a complete control over his own mind, creating various items from nothing, causing probability to change positively in his favor or firing bolts of orderly energy that can weaken a persons resolve to act violently or chaotically, making them suddenly wish to stop fighting.
Chaos Manipulation- Can control and create chaotic energy and imbue chaos on a situation. This can be used in ways such as causing someone to have less coordination and fighting skill, causing chaotic behavior in an individual, summoning miniature black holes, giving a person "bad luck," or firing bolts of chaotic energy that have seemingly random damaging effects.
Karma shield- Can absorb an attack or damage done to him, no matter how large, and redirect it back at the user, leaving him unharmed.
Danger sense- can sense trace chaotic energies in the air, giving him an idea of any threat about to accure.
Superhuman condition- Themus is charged by the energies that inhabit him, giving him a powerful body.
Weaknesses:
If separated from his staff he loses most of his control over his abilities.
While he is in better condition now than before, he is still constantly haunted by the death of Rebecca.

Random Facts about your character: Nathaniel's affinity to order and systems of patterns has allowed him to become fluent in 27 languages, learn 19 different martial arts and memorize multiple books, including Shakespearea "Hamlet".
So he's basically Omnipotent? Yeah... No.
How can he be hurt? How would anyone even get close to him? Sorry, but you're going to have to nerf that.
What do I need to change? Btw, Karma shield is not an easy thing to perform. He won't be flinging that around every few seconds.
