We're a 2 on this ranking. Female citizens are unable to vote and it's unusual to even see them outside of the household during the apart from for special occasions such as feasts.

4. Men and women are treated equally, and there is no discrimination here in Everyday Christmasland. Although women prefer to be stay-at-home housewives while men do their business.

This nation celebrates Christmas longer than the Filipinos celebrate Christmas (the latter celebrate Christmas from September to January). This nation celebrates Christmas from 00:00:00.000 of December 25 of a year to 00:00:00.000 of December 25 of the next year, which then triggers another Christmas period.

3 If the country is a democracy, women do have the vote, and they have at least a chance of getting decent jobs, but sexual harassment is rife. Domestic violence is illegal*, but not that many offenders are convicted.

*There is actually no law addressing domestic violence, so it is essentially legal.

3.5 - women are more less on the same legal status as men are, but are expected to be housekeepers rather than providers. Nevertheless, they are not seen as inferior in any way but physically. Sexual offenses of all nature are illegal and are punishable.

Women aren't equal to men, as they have their gender roles. However, men are expected to treat women with the highest of respect, and it is punishable to mistreat women by outcasting.

4, but possibly leaning towards 5. Men have to serve in the military if they get a woman pregnant for example. Women are honored as life bringers, creators of society, and our nation was founded by a woman.

We transcend your scale.

We would be a 4, but there are no gender specific laws that crack down on domestic violence. Why? Because all men and women are INDIVIDUALS and all crimes treated exactly the same and are settled via polycentric law featuring legal torts.

In addition, sexism itself is not legally cracked down upon. You may be a sexist, and own a sexist business. But, the public is hostile to bigotry, and businesses such as that are frequently boycotted.

4. Women in Rubrum Natio are allowed to vote and have equal rights to men. They are allowed all of the same privileges and are able to serve in all branches of the armed forces indiscriminately. Laws are in place to prevent rape, sexual assault, and in some scenarios, verbal harassment. However, in the workplace, most employers are in charge of maintaining order through human resources. If this is failed, the company can be fined. Sexism and sexual harassment results in the termination of employment after a single warning of a major offense designated by company policy.

This is much like how things work here, except that we lack laws specific to domestic violence, as our culture holds that violence is an important part of the domestic relationship, and that a relationship where nobody is beating anybody else is a dull one indeed. As such, violence is a common and accepted part of our culture's mating rituals. There is, however, a bit of a perfectly justified double standard: It is considered normal and acceptable for the female to kill and eat the male, but not vice versa.

Women in the country of Aeonuz

Postby Aeonuz » Sat Apr 18, 2015 10:03 pm

Although the Aeonic peoples are a fair and compassionate race, some views on women might say our treatment of them are discriminatory. Dating back for millions of years, the Aeonic people have been knowledgeable of their place. The men go out and work, while the women stay home, cook the food and care for the children. It is illegal and immoral for a woman to earn money for her family, even if she is a widow. If a woman is widowed, it becomes the closest immediate family's job to find a new husband for her. The government gives heavy welfare to this woman, but she is not allowed to have a paying job. Politics are a place for men, and women stay out of it.

The Party recognises the equality of men and women and denounces the traditional Merahnese concept of kodrat, whereas the latter are obliged to be submissive of the former, as counter-revolutionary. A massive, sweeping religious reform introduced in early 1990s also abolished various female discrimination present in Merahnese religious teachings, especially Islam, such as headscarves (hijab) and prohibition to lead Muslim men in a prayer. The Party also introduces universal suffrage and increases women's literacy, from merely eight percents in 1984 to one-hundred percents in 2005.

Sexism is prevalent in traditional Merahnese society, and thus the Party combated it by its feminist, humanitarian wing, Gerakan Wanita Tanah Merah (Women's Movement of Tanah Merah), commonly referred as Gerwantara or merely Gerwan. Gerwan's main goal is to “educate, empower, and finally liberate all women in Tanah Merah from the capitalist and reactionary yoke”. Its main operative area is among the rural areas where superstitions are abundant and so are counter-revolutionary values of the past. There Gerwan builds women schools, political courses, as well as occasionally “inspecting” into villages and reporting any sort of abuse against women to state apparatchiks.

3.5 For much of our history we had gender roles, but after our modernization women stand on equal grounds with men, however there are still the few rural areas where women are forced into gender roles.

4. It's extremely difficult to completely eradicate inequality among sexes in this nation, but there are strict workplace regulations and legislation on the federal level which preserve and protect the rights of both genders. Documented cases of discrimination are uncommon, and those who are caught face penalties from law enforcement including fines and/or jail time for severe instances.

We have 33 judges who are on the council of Judges out of those 33 judges 29 are women and 4 are Men. Amazingly the female judges on the council are more brutal and intimidating the. The men on the council.

Females in the free unity are utter slaves. They are said to serve no purpose, and have little to no rights. Most females are forced to marry, and if they don't, are executed. A female will only have a choice in marriage if they marry another female. Other than that, if a male says they want to marry a female, the female is forced to marry. That being said, males may have many wives, and husbands. However, the females have no say in the relationships. They are slaved to do all housework, and are executed if they don't. Just take Saudi Arabia, except add LGBT freedoms.
