I'm reminded of a punchline to a joke:
Newspaper Headline:
God says "World to End!"
Women and Minorities Hardest Hit.
“Man, I'm so hip I won't even eat a square meal!”
"We've always been at war with Eastasia." 1984, George Orwell
Tyrion: "Those are brave men knocking at our door. Let's go kill them!"
“I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents.” ~ James Madison quotes

Cute. Irrelevant to the point of being SPAM. But cute.
I quit (again).

Can't miss you until you're gone, Ambassador. Seriously, your delegation is like one of those stores that has a "Going Out Of Business" sale for twenty years. Stay or go, already.*snip*

Polling data does not indicate TP affiliates are uneducated. "Stupid"? Likely not significantly more or less than any other political movement. It's largely white men who are interested in business. Regressive? Unscientific? Sure. Actually stupid? No indications of such. If anything, they're a little better-educated than average.

The broader brush of social conservatism? Not really any more or less stupid in actuality. There's precious little difference in any sort of measure we'd call "intelligence" between conservative and liberal.

I don't support a repeal of the Arizona law, and I think gays have too much political power.

Naturally, I MUST BE A FA****-HATING XENOPHOBIC CONSERVATIVE ASS!!!!!

Actually, I'm not. I am neither a racist, nor a homophobe.

To look at this survey and conclude that Tea Partiers are homophobes and racists is simply a non sequitor. It's bullshit. And, sadly, exactly what I'd expect from the dishonest, ignorant argumentum ad hominem faction of the progressive movement.

Uh huh. How exactly do gays have "too much political power?" We can't even get laws passed to let us get married like ordinary folks.

a) Gay marriage is legal in six states.
b) Anyone with their eyes open knows damn well that gay issues, gay representation in media, etc is absurdly out of proportion to the percentage of the population they represent.

That gay marriage is legal in six states doesn't give gays too much political power. That's still forty-four states where gay marriage is illegal. You see, there's this little concept in our nation's laws that says you can't extend a right to one group and withhold it from another.

For someone who claims to not be a homophobe, you express a lot of homophobic sentiments.
