150.000.000 is enorumous number.
Even a small town of 150.000 habirtants has one.

Sorry, but that's the way the game works for unlocking capital cities and how it's worked since they added that custom field six years ago.

I mean, if you're really impatient, you can just use a factbook to post that stuff.

You can choose the name now, and use it for your capital in your sig and factbooks and RP: All that not having received the issue yet means is that it won't appear on your nation's main page yet.
