I like him in small doses, his 606 on Radio 5 live is very good, I've not watched Fletch and Sav but I hear that is quite good too (though having not watched it I cannot give an opinion). I like Savage, but it's probably as he's a Wrexham lad and there is definitely bias my end. Would he not be I'd likely find him annoying.
He shouldn't be a regular on Motd an occasional guest, or put him on something like football focus when they go to various clubs stadiums.
I think Motd should follow the Football League show which I really enjoy. Just wish it wasn't on so late.
I think it would be interesting for Kelly Cates to get on MOTD (I really like her on 606 with Ian Wright).Evil Lord Sauron wrote:Feel free to post something about a league you have in mind. It might not get many comments. I myself regularly post about a 5th tier team playing in the English pyramid, I doubt anyone really cares, but I post about it because I enjoy talking about our successes, (or more recently failures). I'm always interested to hear from other clubs that aren't in the mainstream media.
As an avid manager of non-league sides in Football Manager games, I'm always interested.
Speaking of FM, I recently took up a job at Carmarthen Town. It's... an interesting challenge. The Blaatschapen wrote:Eredivisie?
Ajax won at PSV yesterday, thereby reducing the latter's lead to 11 points. Still, 9 matches to go. PSV should not give it away. They even had the better part of play yesterday, despite the defeat.
My own team is still 17th though 4 points below the 15th place, which is safe.
I've taken a bit of interest in De Graafschap in the Eerste Divisie, largely because I love the nickname Superboeren.

I've got nothing at all against Celtic - I actually prefer them to Rangers - but there is nothing Scottish football needs more than someone else winning the title.

Edit: My post was a bit contradictory.

I feel like if we win this one, and if Barnet lose, it'll be a huge psychological and morale boost, and the end'll be in sightEvil Lord Sauron wrote:We have our local derby against Chester with a 'bigger risk' than Millwall label, crazy police stipulations and no travel rule killing off what should be a really fun game.
One of the lads I live with is from Chester, says he's never been to any of the Wrexham games cos of the atmosphere
