I call it recruiting new players instead of relying on the same couple dozen who are everywhere doing everything.
Hmm. That doesn't seem to be in my dictionary.
Are you sure you haven't made this up? It seems awfully unrealistic.

Christ, people around here like their punching bags.
I was referring to Asgard, Brotherhood of Malice, Osiris...twice. Aaand I think I'm missing one. Maybe two.
Edit - Oh yeah, his reattempt at Asgard the second time. His track record as leader is shitty at best and dooming at worst.

First of all, do I know you? If you're going to insult me, at least have the decency to do it with your main.
I was very new to the game during Asgard's first go-round and my heart wasn't in the second attempt, nor was anyone else's. I had nothing to do with the closure of BoM; that was a decision by the two co-founders, and had nothing to do with me. Osiris hasn't crashed and burned, though my terms obviously weren't stellar, and aside from my terms as Pharaoh I've done more for Osiris than probably anyone besides Lord Ravenclaw and Treize Dreizehn.
So, short answer, no, putting me into the leadership of a region doesn't cause it to crash and burn. Thanks.

I think we'd perhaps listen to you more if you put on your Big Boy Pants and posted with an actual nation instead of a puppet

It's pretty exciting. However, to this day, I still consider Cormac a Co-Founder due to all the work he put into Spiritus and helping it prosper. If you'd like to talk about how his efforts have fallen through, I'll gladly talk about how Spiritus is still going and is still thriving today, with much of that being due to the initial work that he put in to the region back when it was only a year old. It's tough building a region without other people to help you build it, something anyone who's built a UCR knows. I had Cormac, Salaxalans, and others. Hopefully Cormac will have a good base alongside him for Camelot, as I'd love to see it succeed.
Best of luck with Camelot, Cormac. Don't let the grumpy puppets and Imperialists get in your way.

Camelot was a defender region back in 2011. We never made it past 50 nations because shortly after I started recruiting for it Sedge couped TSP and it became clear quickly I was going to be delegate there.
How old is Albion again?
