Any decent ideas that may be in there are buried under so much conspiratorial and blatant bias that it's hard to distinguish a possibly legitimate point from utter malarkey. From what I managed to read, the only thing resembling a logical train of thought was "Vulture" guns capable of utilizing enemy ammunition, but he seems to think that this is something everybody needs one of in their IFV. Which leads me to wonder what all the other guys are supposed to do if ammo runs dry and they have to resort to the one rifle they have that can use 7.62x39mm.
The joke was actually to take the AR15's improvements, roll 'em into a 7.62x51mm capable one with interchangeable magwells, then produce 5.56 and 5.45 uppers/magwells to mate onto that, 7.62 uppers/magwells to mate onto that, 12.7BMG uppers to mate onto that, et cetera.
