Welcome to Russo!

Russo, the capital of the Roskian Empire, is home to 15 million people, and the largest city in the Roskian Empire!

Russo was the first city founded when the country was formed. After an invasion by Zatak, the Roskian Empire stayed occupied for sixty years, before a revolution that started in Russo liberated the country once and for all.

The Roskian Empire invites you, esteemed Delegate, to stay for two weeks in our luxurious hotels! Great foods! And all payments will be done by the Roskian Empire, meaning that the summit will cost your country nothing.

This will be your order of events,
Sunday: Constitution
Monday: Political Structure
Tuesday: Alliance Head-Quarters
Wednesday: Alliance Defence Force and Disaster Relief
Thursday: Beliefs and Mission
Friday: Alliance Treasury
Saturday: Sub-Organizations

Each day will be seven hours long, with a one hour lunch period in the third hour.
All times can be extended or shortened. We invite you to stay both weeks, but you are allowed to leave if we end early or on time.

The Summit Room:



Roskian Soldiers entered the streets, a large amount of them, and locked down 21 blocks, of which included the Hotel of where the delegates could stay.
The Roskian Empire had made sure to keep the delegates safe from harm. The Hotel was completely bought out by the Roskian Government for three weeks.

Roskian Soldiers also would drive the delegates from the Russo International Airport to the conference, in a motorcade.

Russo International Airport

The jet touched down in the runway and came to a hard stop. Outside the delegates security staff were waiting to transport him to his hotel room. The plane door opened and Tywin Lannister stepped out. He quietly walked down the plane stares and into his armored limo. He had a total of 50 armed bodyguards protecting him (as the roski military or police will not be allowed near him). The convoy pulled out of the airport and they were on their way to the airport.

The Delegates Hotel

The convoy pulled in near the front doors. His security stepped out of their cars to make sure the area was secure. After the area was deemed secure Tywin was lead inside by his security. His security has already checked in so they headed right to the elevators to his room. Tywin's room was searched by his security before he entered it. Once Tywin was inside his room his security took positions around the hotel.

Prime Minster David Bell along with The UR's Libertarian Alliance Ambassador Hume Ytrop arrived at their hotel accompanied by six security guards [4 and 2] armed with Glock 19's and Combat Knifes. "Chris Hatch has everything under control." says Ambassador Ytrop, "I know," says Prime Minister David Bell, "He can just be a little aggressive."
"Don't worry about it" says Ytrop, "I am here, so you can leave anytime. and besides Hatch is perfectly capable of running our country."
"Yeah, your right" says Bell, "I am looking forward to this summit"

Prime Minister David Bell, seeing The Qubec convoy realized how alarming this must be to the Roskian government, and realizing that conflict was the oppose of what we attended to get at this summit, Prime Minster David Bell decided to act. He called The delegate and reached the security. He asked to speak with the delegate, who said "Sir, your security may be seen as alarming to some, I recommend that you lower your amount of security forces. if necessary you can have 10 highly trained Special Forces Units from my nation protect you. Our Special Forces are world class and will protect you with their lives. This will of course make the Roskian hosts feel more comfortable and ultimately let the summit run more smooth."

The Roskian Delegate (as the president is away in the IFC Summit), came to Qubec's door, knocking loudly.

The Delegate, Roushy Nertyhut, had two armed guards. He decided he would speak with the delegates from other nations personally.

A man in a dark suit and dark sunglasses opened the door. "My lord its the delegate from Roski" the man said to someone in the room. The man inside the room replied "let him in". The man in the dark suit stepped out of the way. Once Roushy Nertyhut and his two guards were inside the man in the dark suit closed the door and stood in front of it. Tywin Lannister was sitting down watching the local news channel. He stood up an extended his hand to shake Roushy's. "Hello, my name is Tywin Lannister it is nice to meet you." he said

[West Aurelia]

Russo International Airport

The Leopard II jet touched down at Russo International Airport. The Leopard II was a modified version of the civilian-oriented Leopard intended for VIP transport. West Aurelian delegate Dennis Campbell stepped out, accompanied by four members of the Diplomatic Security Service (DSS). They wore mirrored sunglasses and suits, with M6 Bison machine pistols in hidden holsters. Meeting the Roskian soldiers, they got into the car and headed to the hotel.

Consul Favalo Zervas arrived in a Keventle Government jet, accompanied with the foreign delegate (Richard Trovasky), and 4 security guards. Armed with V-FAD, a keventle manufactured gun. Two secretaries made up the rear as they left the plane into 3 armored Maybachs 62. Arriving at the hotel the night before the meetings, just in time to settle in, and set up.

Russo International Airport

President Franklin Charlie Ross and Delegate Daniel Hans Petersen arrive at the airport on the Hercules 850, a modified commercial airliner built for the President. In the plane, they are accompanied by 12 members of the President's protective service known as the Royal Guard. They are headed by one of the Captain's of the Royal Guard, Alec Richardson. Knowing the security details, he made sure his Royal Guard men carry a modified Black Tiger hand gun that specifically fires 9mm, a Taser, and two Zappa Kabas knives, which can be use in combat or thrown. As they get off the plane, they are greeted by the Roski government. They than make their way to the Hotel.

Hotel (aka Sweet Home)

The men than arrive at the hotel and make their way to the room. Captain Alec stops the President and Delegate.

"Let me have a look before you two go in okay?"

Two men simply nodded. After the thirty minutes, the Royal Guard gave the okay sign to enter. They begin to unpack their bags as well as their stuff. Perimeters are made as they begin to settle in.

"I dont know who else is coming" said Funic, "I'd like to see a few more nations at least" he continued, "but regardless we will have to get started soon."
He then went back to his hotel room, where on his desk waiting for him was a Declaration of War. He signed the document muttering the words "Hatch what the Hell did you get us in to!" The document was faxed back to Drasona [our capital] and it was official, The United Regions had declared war on New Bethlehem.

Beginning Sunday

The Roskian Delegate watched everyone enter the summit room. He smiled at everyone.

When everyone had seated, he quietly commented "This is few people than I thought"

"Welcome, to the Summit of Russo, on behalf of the Libertarian Alliance!"

An electronic speaker, similar to those used in Electronic Dance Music, spoke

"We welcome you to our City. We thank the Regional Government for allowing Russo to hold the summit"

Back to the delegate, he nodded, before speaking "We have a very important discussion to withhold. We must create a constitution. We will come up with ammendments as we go along, and vote for the final constitution at the end of the session. Please begin the discussion"

"I think their should be different sections" said David Bell, "But maybe we can have a list of rights that member nations can not withhold form their people. We of course need to respect the sovereignty of our member nations, but at the same time ensure that human rights are protected in their nation."

"stand your ground laws I agree would make sense. Concealed carry shall fall under the right to bear arms which I agree should be included but only to a small degree as some nations may be strict on gun control, and we should protect their national sovereignty as long as A] their people are ok with it and B] they are doing it solely for the purpose of safety and not any thing else. I may be wrong though maybe all the nations in the Libertarian Alliance support the right to bear arms. I know The United Regions does."
