OOC: They have one at my high school. You don't actually learn to fly planes, you just learn how they work and about some of the basic systems.

Personality: Ferdinand is a very kind person, very friendly. However, he does tend to keep to himself, having only a few close friends he regularly visits with. He is dedicated to his schoolwork, and will spurn social activities for rest and studying. Ferdinand enjoys watching different movies, and will talk about his favorite films. He does tend to worry a lot in stressful situations.
Fluent Languages: Gollifrian and English
Most and Least Favourite Subjects: His favorite subject is economics. His least favorite is physical education.
Picture/Description: Five feet, three inches tall. He has dark brown hair, green eyes, and olive colored skin.
Short Bio: Ferdinand Villici is an ideal student to represent Gollifray. In the seventh grade, he was voted "Student of the Year" by his peers and teachers. The award goes to the person who not only shows the most commitment to his studies, but also to his community. He has been described as a kind, caring boy by everyone who meets him. He lives with his parents and two younger sisters in Port Harry, where he currently works at a local printing press.

Personality: An outspoken firebrand, she can also be rather absent-minded. She doesn’t hesitate to speak her mind.

Short Bio:
She was born during the tail end of Nerotysia’s “Golden Age,” the period of booming growth that lasted throughout the 1980s and 1990s. As such her parents had become quite successful and wealthy, with her father becoming a world-renowned surgeon and her mother a voracious lawyer. So she was born into wealth, however due to her parents’ time-consuming jobs she was often put into the capable hands of a caretaker.
This all changed when she was three, as one of Nerotysia’s enemies launched three missiles containing the deadly neurotoxin Sarin at the nation’s capital, Shynsk. One of the missiles hit just outside of the skyscraper where she lived, and it was only due to the quick thinking of her caretaker that she survived. Both of her parents had been away at the time.
After this incident her parents decided they would take a greater role in her upbringing, and they began to personally manage her education. Despite all this she and her parents remained rather distant, and she always felt more comfortable with her caretaker. In her teen years she displayed great talent in the arts, even winning the presitigious Dmitri Argonov Prize for Artistic Innovation. She has always really wanted to explore the world, and her parents therefore reluctantly allowed her to join the IESP.
Religion: Agnostic Atheist
What Accent Does the Character Have and Other Information Tidbits: She has a strong Nerotysian accent (which sounds very similar to a Dutch accent, with a slight Slavic bent).

Character’s Home Country: Nerotysia
Gender: Male
Age and Birthday: 17, 28-September-1997
School Average (In %): 89
Personality: Very quiet and reserved, somewhat of a loner, however he has a sharp and cynical tongue.
Fluent Languages: Paravian, Shynski, Yaski, English
Most and Least Favorite Subjects:
Favorites: English, Creative Writing, History, Science

Short Bio:
He was also born out of the prosperity of the 80s and 90s, and his father was a rising Nerotysian politician named Kiril Danshov. His early years were spent in relative happiness, with his parents devoting much time to raising him in the outskirts of Shynsk. However, when the Sarin gas attack occurred, his parents grew concerned and moved to Yasko, which would be a less likely target for a foreign attack.
Despite their move his father often had to leave them to stay in Shynsk, as he succeeded in politics he needed to stay in the capital. He and his father are now rather distant from each other and sometimes openly confrontational, with his mother acting as a mediator.
In 2013 his father decided to enter him into the IESP as a way to try and repair their relations, and Miroslav is rather excited about seeing foreign lands, though of course he doesn’t show it.
Religion: Agnostic Athiest

I did actually think of having his peregrine falcon silhouette perching/landing on either the star or the cap, but I need a higher-res version of it. Maybe I can find one online.

Lol, the star isn't Satanic at all. That's a very common misconception spread by the Christian Church to discourage non-Christian symbolism (even if they did end up adopting some popular pagan symbols themselves...).

I'm not inclined to agree. By that logic, imagine the amount of stereotypes we'd have to take at face value, like all Muslims are terrorists and all Wicca are evil witches.
