Battle of the North East, Southern Flank, Southern Baggnagia

As the Baggnagian army moved in for the kill, the overpowered and outnumbered separatist militia was completely terminated within 1 hour. Since no separatists agreed to surrender and be taken alive, they were all killed. After destroying the separatist presence in the area, the Baggnagian military secured the regional north east. The Baggnagian army has yet again retaken more territory from the separatists.

The Roskian Empire
Silo Revelting 4-1
The Federal District of The Broken Russian States

The alarm blared. The President had declared nuclear targets.

The room was buzzing, the comm kept repeating "Confirmed threat analysed. Nuclear Weapons ready to fire. All personnel, prepare for launching of nuclear weapons. This is NOT a drill."

The majority of the base was piling in the nuclear map room.

The man in the back was giving orders. I had no real importance in this room, it was just a safe place from the missile launches. As the men were still prepping all the launches, we watched as one silo began to fire. THen another. Then, it was our turn. The base rumbled as the missile launched. Soon, we saw the missile enter the air in the radar. Some 40 silos had launched 80 nuclear weapons at Zorgan, and the others prepared to counter a retalliation. The president was not willing to fight a world war over a rebellion. He would invade Zorga, withdraw completely from Baggnaggia, and deem the country "Unsafe, and unfit for civilians to live"

The Roskian Empire is accepting refugees from the Baggnaggians and Beknagians.

NOTE: THIS IS A PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FROM ZORGANESE FORCES. WE REQUEST A TEMPORARY CEASEFIRE BETWEEN ALL FORCES IN THE COUNTRY, TO DISCUSS PEACE TALKS BETWEEN BOTH SIDES. WE REQUEST THAT ALL FIGHTING TEMPORARILY CEASES AS LIVES NO LONGER NEED TO BE LOST. PLEASE, WE URGE ALL SIDES TO ALLOW THIS REQUEST O HAPPEN, FOR THE SAKE OF ALL LIVES.

Secretly, the Zorganese forces started to arrive. 20,000 more troops arrived in the country with 3x as much equipment. This was to allow the separatists more arms for fighting. The troops came at a key moment, where the day would either be saved by Zorga or lose the entire war.

Overall, the reaction of the SFLF and other separatist factions to the announcement of Zorga was highly negative, as the insurgents were definitely not planning to stop the long-lasting war for freedom with a cease-fire proposed by a foreign interventionist. Although the separatists were getting ready to demonstrate their displeasure to the Zorganese government, the insurgents had quickly changed their mind, once they had been informed that Zorga was preparing to send in more weaponry and troops to invade southern Baggnagia. Until then, the separatists were simply sitting still and securing their positions, waiting for the arrival of the heavy artillery.

Silcenda, Baggnagia

Back at Silcenda, President Zajc Avsenik and his government were discussing the recent information received from the allied militaries. Finally, the identity of the anonymous invading military was revealed as the Armed Forces of the People’s Republic of Zorga, a very young country. Since Baggnagia did not share any relations with Zorga, there was no possibility to give the invader a diplomatic backlash and thus the only way to truly punish Zorga for its invasion, was a complete annihilation of its forces in Baggnagia. Although the government did consider the Zorganese offer of a cease-fire between the two warring sides, the failure of previous attempts to do so only showed that negotiating with terrorists was pointless. By the order of the government, the Baggnagian Armed Forces were preparing to intensify their assault on the left over separatist positions, finally ready to end this war once and for all.

Air over the South
After receiving reports that the Baggnagian military has not allocated to the cease fire, a huge fighter squadron went on patrol above the separatist forces. They wait for any bombers to arrive to shoot them down.

After supplies have come in, helicopters were loaded up with troops and military vehicles. Only this time, Zorganese troops would be fighting alongside their only ally. After arriving in the area early in the morning, the Zorganese troops set up early warning radars and camouflaged their AA Vehicles. Most of the equipment dropped off in the first wave of supply drops were Anti Air vehicles. Caluche Mk1 40mm AA Vehicles, Caluche mk2 Mobile SAMs, Amphibious SAM vehicles, and SAM Missiles are all set up, and are operational. The Zorganese plans on ceasing the Bagnaggian bombing campaign once and for all. Instead of the separatists using the weapons, the Zorganese will be using them to maximize efficiency and kills. The second supply drop will come soon, this time carrying much need supplies to their allies.

At home
People became outraged that the Baggnagian government's failure to accept a temporary ceasefire. This caused a large rise in military production and military recruitment.

All nukes were shot down by long range Anti-Nukes. (OOC: You cant just nuke/invade a nation without the other's consent, Roski)

While Roski shouldn't try to nuke you without consent, it is not godmodding. Stating that every single one of his weapons are shot down, however, is. I would recommend RPing at least one impact, however confined and unimportant the explosion may be.

C.N.S. Torrent

The aircraft of the Cenerian 3rd Strategic Air Wing (reinforced) were hurled from the deck of the carrier in quick succession, the roar of engines echoing over the waves and deafening the seamen on nearby surface vessels. As each aircraft flew into the still early morning sky, it banked to the north, heading for the central Southern Flank, and their target. As they skimmed over the waves, the 43 planes were joined by the other half of the air wing, a contingent of 32 aircraft from the nearby CNS Whitehawk. Joining them far above, the dim profiles of four tanker aircraft accompanied the attacking force, moving into position to refuel the returning aircraft from their mission. As they reached the shore and headed inland, each pilot accelerated, pushing the arrival time of the entire force to well before dawn in the Southern Flank. All the aircraft separated into a much less dense formation, and prepared to enter the heat of aerial combat. They all dropped as low to the ground as could be permitted by the terrain.

After an hour of flight, the aircraft began to gain height sharply, the computers taking total control of the aircraft. As they separated further and sped up, the fighters prepared to release their weapons. High, high above, a lone C-72F (converted) approached. As it crossed over the Zorgan base far below, the tail cargo bay opened, and an array of lasers deployed. Each aligned itself to the selected building, and the fighters below released their weapons.

The time was 4:23:53. at 4:23:59.5, hell broke loose in the Zorgan compound. The laser-guided munitions released by the fighters impacted at their targets, guided in by the target designators in the aircraft high above and steered to the selected point by the guidance fins on the rear of the weapon. The runway was cratered promptly, the "Rockeye" cluster munitions in the airfield-buster bombs destroying any hope of the Zorgans launching an airborne counter-atack from the runway that they had to laboriously constructed. The barracks were the next to go, at 4:23:59.7. One 500 point bomb impacted on each, razing 42 of them to the ground. Then came the artillery emplacements that had so hounded the advancements of the allied forces. Several cluster munitions detonated thirty feet above the emplacements, sending small but extremely damaging explosives scattering about the field pieces and detonating, each sparking its own explosion.

Now came the fighters, taking the fight to the airfield personally. Each pilot engaged targets of opportunity with his three air-to-surface missiles, and making a single strafing run on the compound. As soon as the fighters rose high enough, the Zorgan anti-anticraft defenses took a huge toll on the attacking aircraft. Twenty-seven on the fighters were downed immediately, the missiles damaging at least ten others. By far the most damaging blow yet struck was the loss of the target designator aircraft far above, which had ignored the imminent impact of a surface-to-air missile for far too long in order to keep the lasers steady on their targets.

The pilots abandoned the idea of a second pass immediately, and turned for home. Four aircraft were lost even as they flew safely away from the stricken airfield, fuel and hydraulics shot to pieces by the exploding munitions that had filled the air. As they neared the carriers, and safety, three more pilots were forced to ditch their aircraft in the sea, and now waited to be picked up by the circling patrol boats that waited for just such a crash. Altogether, 35 out of the 75 aircraft that had made up the 3rd Strategic Air Wing were destroyed by the Zorgan forces. It was a huge loss to the Cenerian Air Force, but the benefits far outweighed the costs.

On The Ground
The Zorganese base was heavily damaged. Bombs and missiles had made most of their marks. Lots of buildings were destroyed, but by far the worst damage of all, was the loss of the airfield. Craters littered around the airfield, making it useless for fixed wing aircraft to land. However, the munitions and fuel tanks were surprisingly unharmed. But, a lot of ground equipment was lost as well. Much of the equipment that was destroyed, was meant for their struggling allies. After the areal assault, a large force of 100 soldiers traveled in trucks, rounding up pilots who caused the destruction. About 20 of them were captured throughout the course of the day. After capture, they were taken to the base commander. There, they were beaten by the base commander as he pistol whipped all of them at least 4 times. He then ordered that all POW's fill in the craters with dirt ASAP. If they don't comply, they will be tortured and shot.

Zorgaese troops remaining in the fort, furiously working around the base, trying to repair the airfield at all cost. They use Groundhog Utility Vehicles to move large amounts of dirt to fill in the holes. They also have moved damaged, or destroyed vehicles out of the way, so the repairs would go easier and smoother.

The allied airdrop will still commence, the only difference being the amount of equipment being delivered. Still, A LOT of equipment survived such as food, clothing, medicine, ammunition, and weapons, and those items will still be transferred. A reduced amount of tanks and other vehicles will also be dropped on time. The helicopters, loaded with the supplies, took off from the battered airfield. Their destination; separatist held area.

Total losses are listed below;

~310 Men dead
~78 Men Wounded
42 Barracks Buildings Destroyed
19 other buildings Damaged
34 Light Tanks Destroyed
20 Light Tanks Destroyed
18 Heavy Artillery Vehicles Destroyed
4 TEL Vehicles Destroyed
5 Missile Artillery have been Destroyed
40 Caluche Battle transporters Destroyed
30 Other Support/Utility Vehicles Destroyed
Various other Vehicles damaged
12 Helicopters Destroyed (On ground)
1 Warthog aircraft Destroyed (On ground)
1 Hanger Destroyed
2 Hangers Damaged
Various craters exist all over the base

In the Mountains
Troops continued to wait for the enemy bombers to arrive. The air cover over the mountains, was 3x times that of the airfield. SAMs, and AA guns were everywhere, manned by Zorganese troops. While they wait, they teach remaining separatist troops on how to use the equipment. Zorganese troops build lots and lots of trenches, machine gun positions, and minefields, discouraging a land assault. They are prepared to take on a full scale air assault on the mountains. Nearby mountain peaks are heavily fortified, with lots of AA machine guns and MANPAD launchers.

Battle of Lake Brdo, Southern Flank, Southern Baggnagia

The Baggnagian forces were advancing across the burnt up ground and bombarded fields, looking for the surviving enemy troops that would still attempt to keep control over the area. The separatists did not make themselves too secretive and difficult to find, as they were ready to battle the Baggnagian army until the end. The soldiers on both sides were ready to withstand anything thrown at them by the enemy. The Baggnagian military was on the watch the entire time, ready to strike the enemy forces.

The separatists had loaded up their weapons and aligned on the frontline, pointing their weapons towards the direction of the advancing Baggnagian army. The primary frontline forces were armed with AK-47 rifles and machine guns, while they were receiving cover fire from the forces armed with rocket launchers. The separatists only had about a dozen tanks under their belt and thus it was unknown how much longer would they be able to withstand the enemy army that had both ground and air superiority over them.

As the Baggnagian forces saw an army of separatists awaiting them ready to attack at any moment, the military was ready to strike back at any moment. As the ground forces continued their advance forward, the troop commanders contacted the Air Force and requested a concentrated targeting of the separatist army, should air offensives be required at any moment.

The separatists were not about to permit the Baggnagian army to get any closer. Once they had a good aim on the enemy forces, the separatists launched the first wave of rifle fire at the enemy, wanting to either halt the free enemy advance or decrease the number of the advancing enemy army, making them not as threatening of a force to be reckoned with.

As the first hurricane of enemy fire came flying towards the advancing Baggnagian army, the troops immediately scattered to different sides, taking cover anywhere they could find. As the soldiers hid, they immediately started loading their M-16 rifles and setting up machine guns on tripods, ready to fire at the enemy forces from their hiding spots. The tanks were left on the field, however, the enemy rifle fire was completely not dangerous to them and that is why the war machines could advance further across the field, unlike the soldiers.

Although they were able to pressurize the troops, the enemy tanks continued advancing and that was certainly a big problem. Even though the AK-47 rifles and machine guns had absolutely no effect on the enemy tanks at all, the separatists still continued firing at the tanks with those weapons, hoping that it would have at least some effect on them, as it was still better than sitting and doing nothing. In addition, the separatists had to keep up firefights with the hiding Baggnagian soldiers, which made the battle a bit more difficult for the insurgent army. Finally, the separatists pulled out rocket launchers and grenade launchers as heavy artillery against the armor of the enemy tanks, as well as began setting the ground, that could be used as a path for the tanks, on fire with flamethrowers. Finally, the separatists began setting up a line of mortars, which they believed could be used as a powerful weapon against both soldiers and tanks.

The separatist mortars launched a combined shower of fire on the Baggnagian forces. Both soldiers and tanks were in danger, as the flames were bringing damage to all of them. The tanks launched combined counter-fire at the enemy forces on the frontline, while the soldiers were attempting to provide effective cover fire from rifles, machine guns and bazookas. Providing cover fire was not easy, however, as the separatists were firing non-stop, leaving only very few moments for the soldiers to freely fire at the enemy forces.

Seeing that the pressure was working the separatists intensified it. The combined rifle and machine gun fire continued with mortars working as heavy artillery. Seeing how the enemy tanks were intensely retaliating, the separatists tried fighting fire with fire by bringing in their own tanks on the frontline. Seeing how the enemy war machines continued being overwhelmed by pressure from the mortars, the separatists saw that their tanks were ready to overwhelm the enemy counterparts. The tanks continued rolling forward towards the overpowered enemy tanks, resuming their wave of fire.

As much as the troops tried to protect the tanks from the enemy counterparts, they were unable to successfully do so, as the insurgents would not give them a chance with their constant hurricane of bullets coming towards the Baggnagian soldiers. As the troops continued taking cover, waiting for the opportunity for counter-strike, the Baggnagian tanks were getting pressured by the separatist war machines, while unable to move forward due to a wall of flames in front of them. The tanks were literally in a trap.

USS Jackson
(I got permission to use this stuff owo.)
Figuring it was about time for this to end, the USS Jackson began releasing more advance units.
Sending them down to most, If not all major battle zones.
They began a major scan of zones near Command Center Sigma, the Scan detecting a battle zone in a city a few miles from the Command Center, another smaller signal was found of an enemy fortress, they sent out units clad in Kinetic Armor, H.N.A Chassis Armor and Plazma Heavy Armor. Each using new weaponry developed by TRIDENT, COIL Laser Cannons, GAUSS Rifles, and Arc Rifles, bringing along Borer mines.
They also released 15 ranger heavy armor frames down to the battlefields. It was about time this war ended.

On the ground.
Mantas began dropping off multiple Rangers to the battle, each ranger coming seemingly out of nowhere from the sky. Shooting their ways to the ground. The rest of the rangers heading directly to the fort. A mass of 350,000 Units were being sent from the USS Jackson to the city of Gacelj, The Fort, Savajno and Possibly Lake Brdo.
The strike fighters, now with the knowledge of the forts position, were sent to bomb it without mercy, with Cryo, Indendiary, and Acidic bombs.

Battle of Lake Brdo
The enemy had finally arrived. The Zorganese troops were prepared. They took up positions beside their South Baggnagian allies, and started to pour fire down on the enemy forces. Their battle rifles created a loud sound, as they poured bullets into the enemy. Troops set up mortars and started to fire off rounds into the enemy troops. Tanks also joined in the chorus as well, and fired on the enemy. While the armored and infantry fired on the land forces, the massive amount of AA vehicles and emplacements lit up the sky, as they fired on enemy troops, dropping above them.

Fort Zorga
After the airfield was fixed, the troops then started to repair other damaged areas. However, orders from high command in Zorga had ordered the force commander to start pulling troops out of combat, and back to the base. The supreme leader said that intelligence reports the allies have grown really weak, and will not survive for another few weeks. High command also has stated to pull out our military equipment as well and to take as many Southern Bagnaggian rebels with them, and bring them to Zorga.

The separatist army was happy to see that they were finally winning the battle. As the enemy tanks were taking damage from the insurgent counterparts with cover from the separatist soldiers, the insurgents began a move forward across the battlefield, approaching the tanks closer and setting them on fire with flamethrowers, while also blasting rocket launchers and grenade launchers. The mortar fire was also kept up for the sake of the upper hand in the battle.

Seeing how none of the ground force efforts were working, the local soldier commanders called for the Air Force to take the heat off. The attack and bomber jets maneuvered as a single powerful force and launched a wave of air offensives, as well as dropped a rain of bombs, onto the enemy positions, primarily targeting tanks, although also devoting attention to the flamethrower wielders and other enemy troops.

As the enemy Air Force was sabotaging the separatist success, the insurgent troops scattered around their part of the battlefield, in attempt to avoid becoming part of those forces killed in the bombardment and air strikes. After taking cover in the mildly safe locations, the separatists began firing rocket launcher fire at the enemy jets. Meanwhile, several battalions were formed to set up a line of AA guns to counter the enemy jets. Since the current separatist army had lost all missile batteries, the anti-aircraft fire could not be as effective, as those of other separatist armies.

The Baggnagian Air Force resumed air offensives and bombings of the enemy positions, while also avoiding getting shot down by the enemy anti-aircraft fire. As 3 jets were lost in the clash between the jets and the separatist ground forces, the jet pilots requested more intense cover from the ground. The Baggnagian soldiers complied by increasing aggression against the separatist troops. Meanwhile, the jets continued successfully dropping bombs and launching air strikes onto the enemy positions. Since the original number of the Air Force has been decreased, the jet pilots called in for additional bomber and attack jets from the government-held areas to assist.

As the separatist tanks were taking a massive hit with a lot of soldiers being killed as well, the insurgent army started moving back a little, attempting to carry out a successful counter-offensive from another position. Although this move unintentionally helped the Baggnagian army to take a large portion of the separatist-held battlefield, the insurgents had no choice, as being in their current spot was making them vulnerable and open targets.

As the separatist forces were moving back, the Baggnagian army did not waste any time and immediately started advancing into the previously separatist-held part of the battlefield, making huge progress in the battle. The Baggnagian forces had to advance from around the flames made by the separatist flamethrowers, as well as bombings and air strikes from the Baggnagian Air Force, requiring for the army to find alternate paths across the battlefield and towards the enemy forces.
