Candidate Beverage producers

Beverage Producer name: Dukedom Drinks

City and Nation of Location: Dukedom, Racao

Head of Company/Brewery: Baba Bosi

Storefront/link: www.dukedomdrinks.com.rac

Booth/Tent Special Requirements: None

Beverage categories entering (Please delete categories you are not entering):

IPAs/ESBs:
  • Andrana IPA - In Racaoan, Andrana means 'taste'. This name is very appropriate for our hoppiest beer, filled with Racaoan hops and malt. A delicate balance between its great flavor and its bitterness is achieved with a secret recipe, only known to our master brewers who combine all of the home-grown elements into one of the heartiest, best beers on the market.

Stouts:
  • Avaina Stout - A brewing apprentice accidentally forgot to let out the coffee and vanilla from a barrel before putting in a version of our stout. Because of his mistake, we now have one of our strongest beers. 'Avaina' is Racaoan for strong: this is what our famous stout is, very strong, brewed in aged casks with hints of coffee and vanilla mixed in with strong Racaoan hops and malt. This is one of our most popular beers, and the success of this beer was all due to a silly mistake.

Porters/Scotch Ales/Browns:
  • Kafitera Porter - After the success of the Avaina Stout, we at Dukedom Drinks decided to use the same process that we did with the previous beer. Using large amounts of coffee and vanilla extracts this time, the two components battle for supremacy, giving it a very good flavor before it is aged in bourbon barrels, which gives it a bourbon taste. All of our fine components combine to give a great flavor and strong bitterness.

Lagers:
  • Volamena Lager - This is our famous golden Bavarian style lager. As with our other beer names, this beer's name means something; in this case 'volamena' means 'golden'. Our beer is more hop and malt-driven than other beers of the same type. This lager has a strong hop flavor, which is balanced by the malty palate. Overall, this is a refreshing, hoppy, spirited lager.

Rums:
  • Mabaya Maharania Brand Light Rum - Light rums have a flavor of general sweetness. They are also known as silver or white rum. The milder flavors of this type of rum mean it is used in mixed drinks more often than drinking straight. The Mabaya Maharanian brand is named after a Racaoan pirate, one of the most famous female pirates in history. This brand's name is a synonym for quality: from the farm-grown sugar cane to the molasses to the oak barrels that it is aged in.

Schnapps/fruit based liquors:
  • Voaniho - Voaniho is a traditional Racaoan beverage, distilled in the mountains and valleys of Racao for centuries. Made from coconut milk and water, 'voaniho' means 'coconut' in Racaoan, because of its main ingredient. Coconuts are crushed into coconut milk in special presses and then fermented in special cellars in oak barrels, giving it a slightly woody taste. Overall, this beverage's taste is sweet.

From the desk of Ezekiel Solomon

Deliver to: Alpen View Beer Festival, Beverage Entrant Manager

Dear sirs/madams,

Beacon Point Brewhouse is very interested in entering our beverages in your festival. Beacon Point Brewhouse was founded twenty years ago with a passion for pizza and beer. I admit that I knew very little about either process at our inception, and consequently many mistakes were made the first year; however, we feel that our brews have evolved to have a cult like following within Coastal Communities. Now, with our company's recent global expansion, we seek to introduce our craft style beers to a larger audience. IT is with great fortune, then, that your festival comes at this exact time.

We seek to place our brews to the challenge of international competitors, not only to attempt in securing a secure position as worldwide leader, but also to gain new ideas for brews yet to be released within our pizza pub.

While we have a number of non-pizza items on our menu within our brewhouses, at the festival we would like to focus on our pizza offerings as we get back to our roots of pizza and beer. Also, logistically it makes a lot more sense as there are fewer factors to distract from our core offerings. We know from experience that people can be quite passionate about pizza and beer, and their offering together, we feel, will enhance the overall experience of your festival's participants.

We look forward to the critique of your judges.

With passion,

Storefront/link: BeaconPointBrewhouse.ccc

Booth/Tent Special Requirements: Kitchen space to include brick ovens for pizzas

Beverage categories entering (Please delete categories you are not entering):

IPAs/ESBs: Mariner CPA
Mariner CPA is a balanced but strongly hopped Coastal Pale Ale. It is light golden amber in color, and its hoppy haze disapates as the beer rises in temperature. It has an aroma of piny hops and understated malt substructure. The full body balances the citrusy flavor and spicy finish with lingering bitterness, all results of its superior hop schedule.
S.G. 1.064
IBU~63
SRM 7
ABV 6.4%

Pale Ales: Seacliff Pale Ale
Seacliff Pale is honey-golden in color and hooded with a tenacious white head. It has an aroma reminiscent of hops with undertones of apricot, citrus, and spice. Seacliff's body is dry and balanced, and late addition hops keep the bitterness low while the hop aroma and flavor are relatively high. It finishes clean and dry, with a lingering mingling of mild malt body and citrusy dry hops.
SG 1.056
IBU ~20
SRM 7
ABV 5.6%

Ambers/Reds/Ryes: Beacon Point Amber
Wonderfully copper-colored ale with slightly off-white head, our Beacon Point Amber has an aroma featuring citrusy hops with caramel and toasty notes. Its flavor is likewise reminiscent of caramel, while its body is round and moderately dry. The hops give this ale a supporting role and provide a clean finish.
S.G. 1.055
IBU~17
SRM 14
ABV. 5.4%

Porters/Scotch Ales/Browns: Lightkeeper Ale
Lightkeeper Ale is a Coastal Brown Ale with a light brown to amber color and tan head and a hop haze that is slight. It is assertively hopped over most Coastal Brown Ales, with a citrusy aroma and an understated malty sweetness. Its flavor is strongly hop forward, with citrus hop flavors at the start, malt flavors toward the middle, and a nice tingle of hops which lingers in the finish.
SG 1.062
IBU ~35
SRM 21
ABV 6.6%

Fruit/Shandys/Lambics: Apricot Harbor Ale
Our Apricot Harbor Ale is yellow in color with a hint of red tinging and a markedly cloudy hue. It has a sweet apricot aroma with a complexity heightened by a blend of apricots. Apricots take the lead in the flavor, with a smooth finish of a traditional wheat beer with barley undertones.
SG. 1.047
IBU~11
SRM 9
ABV 5.1%

Stouts: Foghorn Stout
Foghorn Stout is a full bodied, inky black Coastal Stout. It has a rich aroma featuring roasted and chocolate malts, accompanied with a hint of citrusy and spicy hops. Its flavor is a royal maltiness with roast pinnacles fading to a hop balanced, chocolate fullness.
SG 1.065
IBU~31
SRM 73
ABV 6.3%

Porters/Scotch Ales/Browns: Rendevouz Porter
This medium bodied and roasty Coastal Brown Porter is a wonderful compliment to many Beacon Point Brewhouse meals despite its dark color. It is rich brown in color and boasts ruby red highlights and a light brown head. Its aroma exemplifies a malty blend of caramel and chocolate, with whispers of spice and smoke. Body wise, it showcases a muted maltiness with understated hop bitterness. It finishes clean and energizing.
SG 1.055
IBU~24
SRM 55
ABV 5.6%

Wheat/Weisse: Cape Fouweather Hefeweizen
This pale yellow and cloudy hued Hefeweizen is brewed with wheat yeast and left in its unfiltered state. Its aroma and flavor combine elements of yeast notes, wheat tartness, and the citrus of hops. Try it with a slice of lime, lemon, or orange.
SG 1.051
IBU~16
SRM 4
ABV 5.3%

Wheat/Weisse: Coast Range Raspberry Wheat
Coast Range Raspberry is a wheat beer with reddish copper tones, a white head, and a prevailing haze. Its aroma is mainly fruity red raspberry, which is also the authoritative flavor as well. However the sweetness of the berries is balanced with the tart wheat malt. An understated spice in the hops gives a foundation to these flavors for a surprisingly multiplied fruit beer.
SG 1.052
IBU~11
SRM 5
ABV 5.2%

Candidate Beverage producers

Image

Beverage Producer name: Lion Brewing Company

City and Nation of Location: Londinium, Nova Anglicana

Head of Company/Brewery: Kerry Erickson

Storefront/link: N/A at the moment

Booth/Tent Special Requirements: None

Beverage categories entering (Please delete categories you are not entering):

IPAs/ESBs: Grizzled IPA, 7.0% - This one's for hop lovers. Orange in color, this crisp beer has a citrusy taste up front, but that gradually fades to allow pine and floral aromas to come to the fore. Bridging the gap between "piney" and "fruity" IPAs, Grizzled is a fan favorite.

Pale Ales: Hunter's Pale Ale, 5.9% - Dark gold and full-bodied, with a hoppy nose and assertive-but-balanced flavors of pale malts and citrusy floral hops from start to finish.

Ambers/Reds/Ryes: Rampant Red Ale (American style), 6.1% - a balanced offering, this beer is malty and filling at first, with a hint of fruitiness, but finishes crisp, light, and hoppy

Belgians/Farm ales/Saisons: Alpha Male Strong Golden Ale, 8.5% - this beer, inspired by the legendary Belgian brew Duvel, combines pilsner malts and spicy hops to produce a golden-colored, drinkable ale with a complex mouthfeel. Definitely for the bold.

Stouts: Lion Stout, 8.8% - The dark caramel, large dense headed brew, with its 8.8% alcoholic content, is unique due to its sweet notes of chocolate and coffee interspersed into a foundation of dark roasted barley

Porters/Scotch Ales/Browns: Treacherous Brown Ale, 6.3% - Despite the name's reference to a certain Disney lion, this beer will leave you feeling anything but betrayed. Dark brown in color, mixes roasted malts with sweet taste of chocolate and nuts and adds a slight hoppy finish.

Wheat/Weisse: Harvest White Ale, 5.1% - Made from local wheat and spices, Lion's interpretation of a Belgian witbier is more complex than Lion Lager, but just as drinkable, with fruit undertones.

Lagers: Lion Lager, 4.8% - Golden roasted malt in colour with a hint of fruit and caramel flavouring, it is very slightly sweet with less hop notes, good for thirsty workers at the end of a long day, the flagship beer of the brewery

Ciders/Cysers: Windfall Cyser, 12.5% - A new offering from Lion, Windfall combines delicious Nova Anglican apples with Newfoundland honey for a twist on a traditional hard cider. Sweet but spicy, with floral notes, honey, and apple throughout, it works very well on its own or paired with hearty, savory fare to balance the sweetness.

Will you be serving food as well?: Yes

If so, include menu, link to menu or type of fare: Chips/Crisps, Bacalao with braised pork belly, cod tongues, Jiggs' Dinner rolls, charcuterie plates with various game meats, cheeses, and other Newfoundland delicacies

Candidate Beverage producers

Beverage Producer name:
Hodgepodgryre an'Sonnes

City and Nation of Location:
Quygge, Paradystopia

Head of Company/Brewery:
Aethelrede Hodgepodgryre

Booth/Tent Special Requirements:
Tent, tables, chairs. Maybe a few balloons or such? Nothing too fancy.

Beverage categories entering:

--- Stouts:
Blakkael o'Hodgepodgryre an'Sonnes; Treecklebludded
One for those with a sweet tooth. Treecklebludded is a milk stout flavoured with oats and molasses to give a deep sugary warmth to the drink atop a fragile bitter exoskeleton. Echoes of rum and chocolate dance about the tongue and an aroma of treacle gives the drink it's name. At c.5%, it's also one of the weaker of Paradystopi beers.

Blakkael o'Hodgepodgryre an'Sonnes; th'Afrodizzyack
Technically an oyster stout and therefore unsuitable for vegetarians, th'Afrodizzyack is brewed with several oysters within each vat to give a unique flavour to this rich 7% drink. After an initial bitter tang with shades of coffee, a chocolate-y after taste soothes the palate. All this with a subtle aroma which conjures up the smells of a seaside town. There are usually two types of people when it comes to th'Afrodizzyack; those who love it and those who hate it.

--- Meads/Honey beers & ales:
Meodu o'Hodgepodgryre an'Sonnes; Oldebrue
The famed secret family recipe, 'Oldbrew' is nothing spectacular but it's gentle sweetness and inviting bouquet give all the evidence needed for why Oldebrue is so popular amongst those wishing to try a traditional-style Paradystopi mead. At around 8%, it's still hardly a kid's drink but is less likely to give the potentially hideous after-effects of it's fabled evil cousin; Thryse th'Blakke Stryped. Hundreds of years of brewing have led to this mead as it is now, simple yet effective.

Meodu o'Hodgepodgryre an'Sonnes; Thryse th'Blakke Stryped
At an eye-watering 18%, Hodgepodgryre an'Sonnes' 'Three Black Stripe' mead is a dangerous beverage. It's initial warm heathery taste with subtle hints of cinnamon, pepper and tobacco near completely obscure it's mischeivous potency whilst it's sweet aroma draws you further into it's devilish jaws. Complex flavours lurk below the surface of this enigmatic drink for those brave enough to continue the voyage.
(Will be sold only in half- and quarter-pints)

--- Schnapps/Fruit based Liquors:
Rackya y'Quynses o'Hodgepodgryre an'Sonnes; th'Widdowmaakre
A traditional homebrewed brandy of quince, th'Widdowmaakre is not for the faint hearted. At 76.5%, it packs an almighty wallop akin to having one's head flushed in a toilet plumbed solely with hydrochloric acid and then dried off with towel of barbed wire. The quince flavour is near unidentifiable and the makers don't expect to win any prizes with it. They just think it'll be amusing to see the reactions of peoples from the rest of the world when faced with a glass and told 'bottoms up' ...

Will you be serving food as well?:
Yes

If so, include menu, link to menu or type of fare:
Some typical rustic Paradystopi pub fare.

Hodgepodge y'Lammes
A rich and thick stew composed of lamb, turnip, carrot, leek and barley served with a chunk of rye bread. Cooked for a very long time over a very low heat, this typical pub fare is seasoned with smoked paprika, sage and rosemary and is a perenneal favourite. Traditionally, a member of the public would haggle over the price of a drink with various vegetables or meats to add to this communal cuisine. Some of the more ardent Paradystopi ale bores insist that any drinking establishment which doesn't offer a Hodgepodge as being greatly inferior to any one that does even if the laissez faire recipes can often result in a gloopy inedible mess.

Hodgepodge y'Erthenfruettes (V)
Practically the same as above, just without the meat. The vegetarian option.

Pikkeld Chyllyes & Pikkeld Egges (V)
Pickled Chillies could be viewed as the Paradystopi version of peanuts or crisps. A light snack with a kick. For those not so fond of spice, there's also pickled eggs available.
Entertainment Applicant

Name of act/entertainer:
Zerksees Dyngus

Type of act:
Solo tuba recital, including some beatboxing and drunken shouting at witty banter with the crowd

Nation of origin:
Paradystopia

Number of entertainers and accompanying staff:
Just the one

Managerial staff names:
n/a

Power requirements:
PA and spare socket for an fx pedal

Preference for time of day of performance:
Circa midday would be the best time musically, whilst late in the evening would be better comedically. Basically you have to try and find that special window once Zerksees' hangover has subsided but before he's got himself completely ratarsed again. Alternatively, put him on later once he's completely bollocksed and let him rant at the audience and forget how to play a tuba because it's funnier.
Dwile Flonking Application

Name of Flonking Team:
ðe Commuenaadie Olde Bois

Team is corporate or national? or both?
Mainly corporate. After the Potty of Ale cup, the Communadi team fled from Apox to Paradystopia where they tried to forget the trauma they'd been through all that time ago and blend into the background as 'normal' Paradystopi citizens. In a cruel ironic twist, the only jobs they managed to procure were at a small independent brewery on the outskirts of Quygge; Hodgepodgryre an'Sonnes where they tended to odd jobs and co-ordinated nationwide logistics. The brewery grew, thanks in part to their unquestioning workforce (Clones, it's in their nature to be subservient) and now they're at a point where they're looking to build an export market. Upon seeing that Dwile Flonking (Dweyl Flongyng in modern Paradystopi) was one of the events at the upcoming beer festival, Aethelrede Hodgepodgryre thought it would be good advertising seeing as his workforce has experience in this esoteric 'sport'. So once again, their alcohol-fuelled hell returns ...

Roster (Must submit at least 12 players, in flonking order, recommend 3-5 substitutes. Team cap at 20)
1. Peetre y'Zye
2. Aegir *
3. Mbaba Mwana Waresa *
4. Jimmie deGhoembung
5. Bacchus *
6. Dionysus *
7. Bragi *
8. Osiris *
9. Radegast *
10. Ogoun *
11. Aethelrede Hodgepodgryre th'Yunger (capt.)
12. Saint Brigid *
13. Ragutiene *
14. Sabazios *
15. Gordon Hodgepodgryre

Those marked with an asterisk are veterans/survivors of the last Dwile Flonking championship, where the Commune-PDT.v2 (Later to become The Glorious Commune and most recently became a member state of The Paradystopi Consanguinity) national team came a respectable 3rd and suffered only 8 deaths in the process. Their previous captain, abducted Paradystopi minister Friedrich Hjken is presumed to be still living quietly in Apox.

Candidate Beverage producers

Beverage Producer name: Carigradska Carska Pivara AD, Moravska Destilerija AD

City and Nation of Location: Carigrad, The Duchy of Moravska, The Empire of Nikolia

Head of Company/Brewery: Petar Milivojevic, Viktor Savic

Storefront/link: N/A

Booth/Tent Special Requirements: Tent. We want a place by Romberg

Beverage categories entering (Please delete categories you are not entering):

IPAs/ESBs: N/A
Pale Ales:
  • Strong Ale: "Carigradsko Jako" With 6% of alcohol, with the first taste through the fluffy foam you can feel the barley fields of Moravska by the taste of barley and the bitterness of hops fighting over in this darker golden coloured mixture of the most prefined contents.
  • Bière de Garde:"Triglavsko" Produced by the experienced farmhouses up in the slopes of the mountain Triglav mostly in winter times by the old recipes, Triglavsko preserves the taste of the yeast and barley found on the Triglav and by slow fermenting makes them even better and stronger. With the pulling out of the cork, the area around the bottle is filled with the various smells of malt and hops that were kept in bottle for months.
Shandys: "Carigradsko Fresh" Lemon and Peach + Ginger. 2,2% abv
Lambics: "Staro Beogradsko Specijal" - 7% abv. Available only on some special locations in Beograd, this type of beverage certainly deserves to see this festival. When poured in the pint, because of the low carbonation, the drink doesn't make much of the foam because of the special way of how this beer was made. It was made by spontaneous fermenting using the type of bacteria found only in the area around Beograd. It is held in large wooden casks and kept together with yeast and bacteria. It is this unusual process which gives the beer its distinctive flavour: dry, vinous, and cidery, usually with a sour aftertaste.
Abbeys: "Manastirsko" 6% abv. Made by the old recipes of Nikolian monks of the Kalistasia (Mont Athos of Astyria), this beer style is probably one of the most respected in Nikolia. It is being said that this beer style is directly shipped to the Imperial Palace and that Tsar really enjoys it. Crafted in the old monasteries, this beer has a very special taste that moves from the taste of malt to the aftertaste of incense used in prayers and lyturgies.
Pilsners: "Dunavsko" 4,7% abv. Being one of the most spreaded and most drinked beers in Nikolia, this beer almost certainly takes the top 5 beers in Nikolia. With its bright golden transparent colour and the foamy surface followed by sweetness of malt and a bit of bitterness of hops this beer is the favourite of large percentage of Nikolians.
Imperial Strout: "Carsko" 9% abv. Being made in the Imperial Brewery by the Imperial Palace in Carigrad, this beer is Tsar worthy. Following the old recipes from 1742. this beer hasn't changed a single ingredient from the first time it was brewed. Using the most quality hops and barley grew by organic ways, this beer keeps the strong taste of dark, fried malt followed by low bitterness of hops. Its dark colour is being cut by the white, dense fluffy foam that cannot exceed two fingers in thickness. Only the right barmen can pour it in the pint without crossing the line. For the right texture, "Carsko" needs to be poured exactly 63 seconds in the pint.

Wheat/Weisse: "Moravsko belo" 5% abv. Using one of the finest wheat found in most of Moravska, this beer is also famous in Nikolia but in not that level as "Dunavsko". Having the density the extra virgin olive oil, and the mid bitterness of hops, this beer is very good.

Whisk(e)ys/Scotches: "Tsaritsa Viktorija" 40% abv. "Tsaritsa Viktorija" Whiskey is being made by the most finest rye, wheat and malted barley. It is distilled in copper stills then filtered through marple charcoal. For the best flavour, it is being kept in old oak casks and put in atmosphere controlled room for at least 5 years. "Tsaritsa Viktorija" exists in 4 different versions. Bronze - 5 years old, Silver - 10 years old, Gold - 15 years and Imperial - 30 years old.

Schnapps/Fruit based Liquors: Rakija - 40% abv. This drink is typical drink in Nikolia produced a lot by citizens in villages. This drink is very similar to brandy in taste and body, using most commonly plums, apples, pears and cherries. We will be presenting three products: Sljivovica made of plums, Kajsijovaca made of apicots and Dunja made of quince. The process involves distilation of the fruits, then the special process of removing toxic methyl out of the drink.

In the interests of space and limited logistics, we hope you don't mind that we will pair Carigradska and Moravska together in the same tent. We will be in touch with more details soon, but be sure to book your tickets to Burgunden now.

Thank you for being a part of a grand tradition and bringing the International flavor to our event.

To: Allistair Houghton, South Seas Soda Company,

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the Third Annual Alpen View Beer Festival. We have received your deposit for a reservation. We will save South Seas Soda a booth and look forward to having Costa Alurian beverages as a part of the offerings to bolster our festival attendees. We understand your point about the lack of representation of non-alcoholic beverages in the competition part of the festival, but there has not been the demand, nor a need to showcase such categories. My personal suggestion would be that you could start your own such convention for non-alcoholic beverages, and see the interest that might follow. Also, rather than a detriment, we see a booth that serves such drinks as a boon that will cleanse palates, quench thirsts and re-hydrate festival attendees. We will be in touch with more details soon, but be sure to book your tickets to Burgunden now.

Thank you for being a part of a grand tradition and bringing the International flavor to our event.

Candidate Beverage producers

Beverage Producer name: Beacon Point Brewery

City and Nation of Location: Apricot Harbor, Coastal Communities

Head of Company/Brewery: Ezekiel Solomon

To: Zerksees Dyngus, Musical Act,

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the Third Annual Alpen View Beer Festival. We have made arrangements for your trip and made room on the bill for your unique act. We will look forward to being entertained by your tuba playing and other exploits. Your plane ticket and hotel reservations are included in this package.

I hope this doesn't horribly inconvenience everyone, but I will have to push this back to the first week of September for the following reasons:
RL has been a bit heavy lately and taken a bit of my time. With all the preparation for this, scorinators, grounds map, scheduling events, entertainment lineups, sponsors, judging categories, getting images and logos together (again...well done, Woodstead!), flonking match ups (I still only have 4 teams including myself!), and the list goes on...Anyway, I want to do it right and well. That will push things to next week, which is the start of my vacation, where I won't be doing much, if any Internet and spending time with family instead. So, that actually pushes it two weeks back. I will be doing all I can in this next week to get ready while I do have full Internet access. In the meantime, even during my vacation, I will pop in now and then to answer TGs and OOC questions in the thread here when I can.

Once again, I will set a tentative date. This time it will be September 2, 2014.

Thank you for your understanding.

Schedule permitting (I have no idea what's going on for me that far in the future), I'm still in. Don't worry about it man, I'd rather you got it right than rushed it and I'm sure most people feel the same way.

Note: Before 2480, Olwe was called Athan. If you see this word in a thread, it's because you mentioned a year incompatible with Olwe in that thread but still made it open to all techs and therefore are allowing Athan's magic.

Thanks, I hope most people feel the same way. Woody is making some great progress on our logos, images and medals. I'm still working on formatting and testing. Things are looking good to keep the launch date on track.
Two weeks to get all your apps in, folks!

Cut off is 1 SEPT 2014 for Brewers/Distillers entrants, food vendors, sponsors, and entertainers

Cut off for VIP applications is the Second to last OOC posting day of the Festival

No applications are required for regular festival attendees, but last day of posting is still, obviously, the last OOC posting day of the Festival. I will be posting up thread rules in the OP of the IC thread. I just ask that you be decent and respectful and follow the general NS rules and accepted etiquette.
** No species or tech limits. This is not typical for the Astyria region, which is MT/Human only, but I'm relaxing our species/tech limits for this RP. All I ask is that you don't use any unnatural, unrealistic, non-MT actions on any other players' character without permission, or try to effect the festival with such actions.

To: Roger Smith, South Pacific Clam Company,

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the Third Annual Alpen View Beer Festival. We have received your deposit for a reservation. We will save South Pacific Clam Company a booth and look forward to having South Pacifian cuisine as a part of the offerings to bolster our festival attendees. We are not completely sure what the reference is to drunken clams, but we will take that as a spot of humor. We will be in touch with more details soon, but be sure to book your tickets to Burgunden now.

Drunken clams are where we dump alcohol into the tank and let the clams get "drunk" for a couple hours. It has an interesting taste to it.

Thanks for that, BTW. And don't worry, I'll keep the weird stuff to a bare minimum.
