We are not enforcing these laws in a small gulf we are talking about all international waters here.

As for the OS we come in peace and welcome other naval fleets.

Stopping other ships in International Waters is illegal...

Say that all you want but the fact is that YOU are the ones APPROACHING SHIPS in INTERNATIONAL WATERS and RAIDING THEM IF NOT ASSAULTING THEM. You don't if they're committing a crime in our nations because you're too busy flaunting battleships and fleets against civilian ships in waters you don't own. You've flopped like three times now on what you'd do so it's not like I or anyone else can trust anything flying your flag at sea. How would you like it if my navy attacked your ship because it was fishing at all, or arrest, or arrest and send back to your country.
If you do this to another country's civilians, don't be surprised when they fire on you because you're assaulting their people. You have no right to enforce your beliefs or laws on foreigners and international waters; and if you do, expect these ships and their home navies to retaliate. I know I sure would, and im sure everyone else reading this would.
So to be serious for a moment: Enforce these laws in your organization's waters and not international waters. If you don't, you will be marked as pirates by everyone. And I don't know about you but we here in TECT enjoy a good pirate sinking. So in the effort of peace, don't go international.

I second this.
You will be considered as acting with State-sponsored terrorism (Piracy, Hijacking, and Terrorism are the same under OS Law), Sanctioned, and Challenged as such by OS Navy ships. In fact, the OS Navy, as well as ships of the Royal Quebecadan Navy, Royal Assuman Navy, and Imperial Japanese Navy (whose country does whale), will counter your patrols, should you continue with this armed course of action.

Dear Antarcticans, many of thee have heard the diplomatic tension Antarctica is in at the moment. Our old Minister of International Defense had sent a full invasion of Japan. While I was in a meeting with the World Assembly, he authorized this attack! We deeply apologize to all nations. Although he foolishly invaded, we would still like to have to Treaty of Antarcteca with some minor changes. Japan may fish what ever and whenever in their waters. The IWC is endorsed by Antarctica but we do not like their warship idea. We demand you use coast guard. Thank You

From: James Ripul, President of The Department of Fish and Game of The United Regions
To: The International Whaling Commission
Greetings The International Whaling Commission, it has come to my attention that you have took it upon yourselves to sink whaling ships in the name of 'animal protection' what you are doing is committing treason against humanity by putting the lives of animals before the lives of humans, your own damn species! You are depriving humans of the right to life by taking away their right to gather food, not only that but you are threatening to sink their ships and kill them if they don't sacrifice their right to do so. It is part of the culture of The United Regions to Whale and we will not let this organization stop that. In fact if when whaling in our nations shores or in international territory you attempt to or successfully sink any of our whaling ships, this will be seen as an act of war towards our nation and we will respond accordingly. I ask that you allow my men to whale unbothered in our coasts and international territories. There will be security teams protecting them that will engage in the event of an attack by your organization. If you agree to only make arrests in your own 13.5 mile nations coast then I will supply you with 35 men per member nation to help.
Sincerely,
James Ripul

The fate of the world's endangered species lies in human hands and as major economies grow left and right, in their quest for eternal profit, they device means and ways to satisfy their economic hunger, certain economies resort to means that destroy our environment, such as whaling, which is depleting the whale population faster than it could reproduce. Today we must fight to enforce economic ethics that will help preserve the wealth of our oceans so that the future generation may live to see the riches that our oceans currently us.

You come in peace with battleships and pirates. You enforce your quotas on foreign fishing vessels. You arrest and assault ships in an area you have no jurisdiction over nor a right too. You create your own laws that others are demanded to follow or face arrest or death. You are a legitimate pirate nation at this point and should expect foreign navies to sink you on sight from now on, since you're pirates.
Environmental Navy my ass. More like a rouge blue water navy.
