Powers, abilities, and skills: Many, but I will get rid of some so he's not super OP - Innate Capability, Telekinesis, Rapid Cellular Regeneration, Shapeshifting (I will only let him change shape, and not get the powers of the people he shapeshifts into), Electric Manipulation.
Equipment (If any): His hands
Short backstory: He was a serial killer in season one of Heroes, an angry killer in season two of Heroes, a psychopathic killer in season three of Heroes, and Hero in season four of Heroes. I am using the last one.
Weaknesses(Physical weaknesses are for more powerful characters.): Liable to pointless emotional breakdowns that usually end in a large body count. Likes to be a Hero but is the world's best villain.

His powers are fine. Accepted. We actually had someone play Sylar once but he left.
