History: Makayla's life has been fairly boring, even for a muggle. Being homeschooled, she never really made an real life friends, so she spent most of her time at home. Her family couldn't even really afford to pay for her to do the things she wanted, such as horseback riding and stuff like that. She never really minded that much, however. She made online friends, and got in to playing video games and rollplaying. When her brother, who was two years older then her, got the letter to go to Hogwarts, they thought it was some dumb scam at first. Eventually, though, they were given proof, and her brother went off to school, and she became a bit depressed for a while. She and her brother had always been very close, even for siblings, and having him gone half the year was hard, especially with no internet contact. So they both improved their writing skills and wrote to each other a lot, until eventually, she got her letter as well. Feeling bad about leaving her parents, but bursting with excitement, she headed off to school.
Interests: Drawing, Horseback riding, Things that are fun
Strengths: Loyal friend (As long as her friends are loyal to her as well), loves all animals (Means she might do well at Care of Magical Creatures), Eager to learn (Slightly conflicted by one of her weaknesses)
Weaknesses: Socially awkward, nervous and unconfident, easily distracted and has issues focusing at times, might be strangely clueless about some things sometimes.
