Feel free, it has a few things on it that I'm not sure about like Games, but meh, at the very least it's useful for people to have an idea of things

Hits the Column? :P

I think we need to add in one field into the app, electives taken in third year onwards and what NEWTS are being taken in sixth year and above.

I think I'll be keeping an eye on the IC thread to wait for it to arrive at the station :P

Name: Julia Flavia O'Malley (she goes by either.)
Age: 13
Year(For a student only): Third year
House(order the four houses from favorite to least favorite. I'll try to give you your first or second choice): Ravenclaw, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Gryffindor
Wand Type: 8.5" Mahogany, Dragon Heartstring
Pet(Name, Type, Description): She has two cats. One is Circe, a tabby cat, spoiled and lazy. The second is Sidhe, a grey tabby who is independent and prefers isolation.
Quidditch Position(Team, Position): Chaser
Blood-status: Half-Blood (her father was a half-blood, making her a Quarter-Muggle, something her family tries to ignore.)
Family: most of her family is a mix of Slytherins and Ravenclaws, both of whom have strict views on blood purity and expect her to adhere to those views. Her paternal family refers to her as "Julia," while her maternal family uses the name "Flavia," while the latter is actually her middle name, she is most accustomed to hearing it.
Personality: quiet and contemplative, but fiercely loyal to her friends. She has a great fixation on Transfiguration and Curses, constantly spouting questions randomly to professors related to those subjects. She also tries her best to calm others down when they're excited or angry, believing one cannot do their best when their emotions are high. In the morning, she can be lethargic, sometimes her fellow dormmates have to walk her to class.
Appearance:

History: her grandmother, despite fierce disapproval from her family, married a Muggle, and despite initial disapproval, her half-blood son managed to convince his wife's family to accept him, and later, Flavia, into their household. While both sides of her family disliked the fact she was a Quarter-Muggle, they ignored it and accepted Flavia as their blood, but forever tasking her to overcome her supposedly low pedigree. Whenever she did something incorrectly, they blamed the Muggle in her, and whenever she did something perfectly, they praised the pure-blood in her.

When she received her owl and went to Diagon Alley, her maternal aunt accompanied her, taking her to the wandshop first. The first three wands she tried all backfired, one of them turning her aunt's make-up a dark purple. The fourth she received was a rather short wand, made of stern stuff, and excellent for casting curses at a close-range, while it had difficulty with long-range spells.

While at another shop, her aunt decided to buy her a cat, deciding every proper schoolgirl should own one. While Flavia initially chose a brown tabby cat, she caught a grey one in the corner of her eye and could not decide, giving her aunt her best puppy-eyes impression until she agreed to allow her to have both.

When she first arrived on the train, she was nervous and decided to keep to her own compartment, spending the whole trip reading through her books. As a result, she knew a little more than some of the other students when they first arrived.

Interests: Becoming an Animagus, Transfiguration, Reading Latin.
Strengths: Compassion, charisma, Transfiguration, Curses.
Weaknesses: Lack of confidence, gullibility, lethargic at times.

Plus as well Loyalty could easily be trumpeted as something for every house, all the qualities could, Gryffindor's Bravery, Hufflepuff's Hard Work, Ravenclaw's Intelligence, Slytherin's Cunning, they can all sum up one house depends on how you spin it...

Yay, IC's up. Who wants to talk with Tereza?
Where must we go, we who wander this wasteland, in search for our better selves?
In Egypt's sandy silence, all alone,
Stands a gigantic Leg, which far off throws
The only shadow that the Desert knows:—
"I am great OZYMANDIAS," saith the stone,
"The King of Kings; this mighty City shows
"The wonders of my hand." The City's gone,
Nought but the Leg remaining to disclose
The site of this forgotten Babylon.

We wonder, and some Hunter may express
Wonder like ours, when thro' the wilderness
Where London stood, holding the Wolf in chace,
He meets some fragment huge, and stops to guess
What powerful but unrecorded race
Once dwelt in that annihilated place.
