He stole it from his father, the bone that makes up the wand is actually His Mother's Femur Bone that is why it responds to him amazingly as it would no other, but of course him and his father. I thoguth it would provide a rather unique story to have to explain to his friend's at some point.

Looks interesting. How is it balanced in regards to Houses? I want to know before I make a character app. Wouldn't want 47 Gryffindors and only 3 Hufflepuffs, right?

I usually only have my characters date people who I feel they have a connection to ICly. I rarely ever decide OOCly who my characters will fall in love with or date, so, yeah.

I must have missed the OP already listing characters. After reading the rules I saw "House points" and scrolled through. My brain must have been expecting them to be listed the way the professors and officials are.

I usually only have my characters date people who I feel they have a connection to ICly. I rarely ever decide OOCly who my characters will fall in love with or date, so, yeah.

I usually do that too, this is the first time I pre-decided.

Doing the Pottermore thing as myself, my wand is English Oak with Unicorn Core, ten and a quarter inches and 'Surprisingly swishy' whatever that means.

My characters seem to ALWAYS be single at the start of an RP. I really do need to make a character already in a relationship someday, and also I would like to make a character who got into an abusive relationship at some point or something, but that kind of thing would be for another RP. I just like to challenge myself with various different types of characters.

Apparently I suck at everything but dueling spells T.T I just managed to screw up potion brewing somehow. How to you mess up making a dang potion?! Apparently I grinded the snake fangs too much, over heated the mixture, and did not add enough of the other materials to counter all that screwing up. Oh and on top of that I am in Slytherin, I wanted Gryffindor... T.T this sucks big time.

Personality:

Quite intelligent, and often seems cheerful yet shy, somewhat mischievous, and a tad distrustful. Caelan can often be seen as an imaginative sort, and something of a dreamer, also being a tad uncomfortable and overly polite when near cute, pretty or otherwise attractive girls. Another element to him is somewhat darker, revealing how his past has changed him, possessing both an inferiority and a superiority complex, as well as being somewhat manipulative, yet himself easy manipulated by those who know his past, usually. He sees trust and honesty as naive concepts that only delude and lead oneself to pain. Thus, he makes himself lack empathy, though he still possesses some. His mind is a rather complex, and in some ways, twisted and damaged place, with part of his mind sometimes shutting off, or making him forget things he doesn't want to remember, or instead remembering things differently, or things that didn't happen at all. Caelan has yet another element, making him both sadistic and masochistic in nature.

History:

Caelan was born into the old and very respected Daindred Family, a an esteemed noble family of prominent magic practitioners, the largest branch of which currently resides in England, though one with a quite unusual genetic "curse", if you will. While the Daindreds are often incredibly skilled magic users, they are almost always second place in comparison to the most powerful wizard of the time period, and being born a Metamorphmagus is not an uncommon thing. Thus, there is a heavy pressure put on Caelan, virtually from the day he could walk, as he was the first born son, shunting his older sister, Elisabeth, to he sidelines in terms of inheritance. His father was English, and his mother was Scottish. There were some rumors that the family might be running into problems in terms of getting worthy heirs, which presented even more pressure on Caelan. He was taught magic and swordplay early, relentlessly and some might say abusively, though that was the least of his troubles. Caelan became quite a child prodigy, displaying considerable intelligence and talent, but became worried that he was still not good enough, and was usually ignored by his father. He also delved into the darker areas of magic -especially after one of the few friends he possessed died, learning some aspects of the dark arts, and even binding a demonic entity to himself, and gaining an interest in the possibilities of immortality. In other areas, he was often quite good at history and music.

He was also known for being friendly, kind and caring about others. However, it was around the time he was born that the family started to run into an unlucky period, from some of the businesses running into trouble, to apparent curses and strange occurrences going on, like the mysterious death of his uncle. His jealous older sister used these events as yet more things with which to blame him, even turning his mother against him. He was constantly being driven to do well to maintain the family's reputation, yet also constantly looked down on, as the apparent cause for some of the family's trouble. His older sister even attempted to kill him when he was little, out of hatred for the trouble he was apparently causing the family- especially her, and generally gave him a rather difficult time. And for a considerable amount of time, he was even locked inside a dark, small room with no windows; among other places, that included the basement. Obviously, as you'd imagine, it wasn't nice when one of your siblings seemed to have it in for you, and nearly killed you several times. As one might imagine, this sort of character development affected his personality considerably. Caelan seemingly "stealing" her inheritance, was something that irked her considerably. Accordingly, she did all she could to make him suffer, both directly and indirectly; verbally, physically and whatever else one could imagine.

When he reached the requisite age, he was admitted to Hogwarts, thereafter becoming a member of Ravenclaw due to his intelligence and imagination, among other things. Before he went, his father gave him an enchanted blade named Arfeudutyr. Yada yada.

Interests: WIP.
Strengths: Intelligent, good at Dark Magic (though he tends to hide it, even if this talent in that area can most commonly be seen in his skill in Defence against the Dark Arts), Alchemy, and most magic. Is a Metamorphmagus.
Weaknesses: Not particularly strong or fast, and has certain issues. Girls. Not so good with Divination, or Arithmancy.

Eh, this game doesn't seem too fun, I just wanted to know what my wand would be and what house I'd be. I left home with a pocket full of dreams, and I come home with an empty load of nightmares now because I just realized that the Dark Lord was a Slytherin wasn't he? That is a bit too close for comfort, I mean all the houses have bad people come through them from time to time, but he really was the Hitler of the wizarding world and I basically share the same fraternity O.O At least you got Hufflepuff, ya'll get to have a honey badger Sorry but that has got to be a joke among the students.
