This is a mistranslation from Russian. It should be "The Object 187 used composite armour for the turret and the hull front".

Well the USMC mounted a pair of its bigger brother the M58 MICLIC on the M1 ABV and the russians have a whole series of line charge throwing vehicles.
In the west dedicated vehicle mounting has historiclaly been avoided as the trailer mounted versions could be used by a whole host of tanks and AEVs.
Prise for most impressively mental system (although not actually a line charge thrower) is the Isrealli Carpet rocket system.

Bloody Israelis.
That does look kind of awesome and I wish to use it offensively.

Rather than using a trailing line charge to detonate mines along a narrow pathway, I can only assume that this is used to clear a circular area of mines, using the blast of an FAE charge to detonate them. Where referenced, it quite frequently says "can be launched all at once". I doubt that part, frankly.

Could I mount something about half sized on the rear of a turret?
Or something about 3x2 Cells in size.

If you're going for something you can mount to individual armoured vehicles (I'd advise against this - leave it with anti-mine engineers who know what they're doing) your best bet will be a conventional MICLIC.
