Official Statement from the Founding Council and interim High Council
"Axis Invictus"
Greetings all Hunter Killers, and future Hunter Killers, as you all know, the days of the Cebu Cooperation Pact is now long gone, and a fruitless attempt to combine core members of the old Axis and remnants of the Order of Enlightened Nations (OEN) in the Order of Axis Nations, had proven to be a short lived enterprise.
APPALLED by the inaction and indifference of the international communities that had left the communist horde to continue to grow, and threaten international freedom and liberty, and DISAPPOINTED in the numerous organizations who claimed to continue anti-communist crusade but in reality is nothing more than a social groups, we the founding members, had decided, and decreed from now on that the Axis hereby purged all the impurities of the old Cebu Cooperation Pact and reforge the Axis Alliance into our new incarnation, the Santiago Cooperation Pact, to start anew.
Therefore, for those who had remained loyal from the beginning, the Santiago Cooperation Pact wish to thank you for your service, and hope that you and your country may find a new courage to stand side by side with the new Axis To continue the fight and to finishes what we have started, and by God, where others had failed, we will succeed this time.
CHANGES AND FUTURE PLANS
Current Membership Process
All applicants shall be reviewed by the Founding Councils, where the Founders have final say on who is allowed to enter this Military Alliance. A private ballot will be conducted, an application will only be accepted if 3/5 of the Founders agrees voted YES. Therefore, the new membership process will take more time in the current Axis Alliance. This time we strive to recruit active members, and excellent roleplayers, those preferably with real life military training and background. Members quota may or may not be limited, but if we have to go to war with 12-14 active members instead of inactive 120 players, then so be it. We prefer good roleplayers instead inactive freeloader among our ranks. Quantity doesn't necessarily translates to strength or quality.
Military Oriented
A proposal to make Axis into a more military oriented instead of the previous socio-political-military has been made, though still in disucssion process. Your Founders will provide more information in the future. If finalized, several internal structural from the old Axis will be discarded and we will simply focus on military administration and joint effort without the political hindrance (Means no more or less political bullshit 'summit').
Axis Doctrine and Standard Operating Procedure
This aspect is also being looked into by your Founding Members. We will brief more when we have come up with something concrete. Also, feel free to refer or forward to El Cuscatlan if you have any idea regarding military aspect of this alliance. We're also in the process of creating SOP for members to adapt in order to ensure smooth joint operations, unity of command, in order to achieve overall tactical, operational success based on our broader strategic goals. This includes, how to mobilize, how to organize command and control, how to conduct intervention. Everything is expected to be standardized. (Well, we'll see how this one goes in the future).
Foreign Policies?
Admittedly, we have none for now. But all Hunter Killers are expected to adhere to our Axis Fundamentals which is basically respecting sovereignties of other nations, regardless they're members or non members, with the exception of commie bastards, and jingoistic warmongering states who threatens others of course. As for relations with other entities, organization, alliances; this subject will be decided later on by the Founders and Supreme Council. We will decide in the future whether we will engage or ignore other platform or organization. Right now, we're against all communist.
For the time being, our one key tenet in foreign policy is this:
