I had a backup prepared in case something so Star Wars Orientated was to be declined, it was the progenitor of my ideas, and i used it once, and it worked out, so i am going to use that app once more, it was called The Masaki Dynasty, however because in my Universe, that dynasty was over 200,000 Years Old, but i will make an exception to it and try to blend some of my current day Dark Jedi Republic's Main Characters into the revised application.

Nation Name: New Helvanthian Republic.
Government Type: Federal Republic.
Government Description: The current ruling party is known as the Helvanthian People's Party, a centrist nationalist party, known for it's zero-tolerance policy with regards to crime, in particular - organised crime. The actually government system is fairly simple, there are 250 constituencies, each representing 2,928,000 people. Each constituency elects: A governor and a Federal Senator. The Governor acts as a local administrator, handling the day-to-day business of the region, managing it's budgets and implementing local reforms, whilst the senator represents the constituency on a national level in the Federal Council, where he will vote on various national issues, such as the implementation of new cross-board taxes, major reforms to the healthcare system, etc.
National Leader(s): President: Jack Hayden. Vice-President: Morag Wainwright.
Nation Capital: Athenia.
Nation Age: Unknown, scientists believe it was founded by some of the early post - Forebearers Humans.
Nation History: Many centuries ago, the Helvanthian Republic that you see today was a foul and cruel nation; a vast Empire that always aspired to be bigger and better than the rest, by any means necessary. Slavery was rife, disease slaughtered the lower classes in their millions and the ruling class simply removed themselves from the situation, building great walls around their estates to keep the rabble out. The Empire took great pride in it's vast swaths of land, but before long - It made itself a foe that it couldn't defeat - Itself. The Empire was known for it's vast array of chemical weapons and it's huge bacteriological weapons program which it used to develop some of the most lethal weapons mankind had ever seen. When the Empire reached it's peak, under Emperor Adolfus VII the generous, the military launched a huge, multi-billion credit project to develop a weapon that could essentially, distribute itself. Unfortunately, the plan backfired - A member of staff working at the facility pricked his finger while handling the substance, allowing it to enter his blood stream. Several medical checks showed that he probably just had a nasty flu and that he wasn't infected. Oh, how wrong they were. In the space of a month, thirty-thousand people had been infected and seven thousand had died. As a result, the project was pulled and the facility was destroyed, to prevent the weapon from getting into the hands of the Empire's many enemies. A vast majority of the populace saw the outbreak as an intentional act of cruelty by the government and not as an accident, sparking protests and riots in the Empire's colonies. The Emperor, angered by these acts of rebellion - instructed his forces to fire upon the crowds, millions of lives would be lost over the following weeks as the people refused to stand down and began to fight back. Soon the Empire was in a state of civil war, a civil war which the government was quickly losing, it's forces being outnumbered twenty to one in some instances. The Emperor, determined to maintain his throne, authorized the deployment of something known as Petrucite missiles, which have the ability to render anything from a house to an entire planet, uninhabitable for centuries. The very same day, the bombs dropped - one by one, the planets went dark. A once great Empire had finally ripped itself apart. As the last bomb dropped, the Government forces' main command centre fell silent, those responsible for the deployment of the weapons had realised what they'd done and how many lives had just been lost, so that a mad-man could maintain his grip on the rotting corpse that was the Empire. Over the next few days, over 90% of the Helvanthian high-command were found dead in their homes, they had taken their own lives due to the unbearable guilt that rested upon them. After the civil war, the Empire never recovered - The economy collapsed due to a series of failed offensives against neighbouring states and the Empire slowly began to rot, until one day - It was no more. Empress Hayden IV, the last member of the ruling family, had vanished without a trace. Without a monarch to guide the nation - the Military were forced to take charge and over the coming years, would guide the Empire down the long road to Democracy. Under military rule, the Helvanthian Republic was born.
Population: 732,000,000.
Major Species: Humanity.
Minor Species: N/a.
Cultural Information: Helvanthians are renown for their liberal ideals and forward-thinking attitudes towards social issues. Almost from the very beginning, men and women have been socially seen as equals and sexual orientation has never been seen as an issue, especially with the lack of a marriage system. They're also known for being very irreligious, with no real major religion gaining any sort of ground within Helvanthian society, that's not to say that the entire populace is irreligious, just that the majority are disillusioned by the whole thing, choosing to develop their own purpose in life.
Society Information: On Helvanthia, the society is structured in a particular way, Politicians rest at the top, Industrialists just beneath them, followed closely by the military. Next you have your standard workers, the middle class, who are followed by the unemployed, however at the very bottom of the chain rests the criminal. Unlike most societies, criminals are seen as filth by everyone, they themselves realise the depth of their moral depravity and find it highly difficult to reintegrate into society after spending time in the criminal justice system.
Language(s): Old Helvanthian & New Helvanthian, although New Helvanthian is slightly more widely spoken. The languages are incredibly similar, people who speak Old Helvanthian will probably be able to understand most of what those speaking New Helvanthian are saying, just as Lithuanians who don't know Russian can make out some of what people are saying in Russian. The Galactic standard (English) is also widely spoken, with an astounding 79% of the population claiming to speak it fluently in the last census.
Notable Locations: The old Reichstag, a grand palace that now acts as the base of the government, what was once a vast throne-room has been converted into an assembly, the old location of the throne now acts as the President's podium.
Military Information:
Military Doctrine: The Helvanthian Military Doctrine is highly defensive, choosing not to strike first under any circumstances, Helvanthia has had it's fair share of conflicts and it's learned that it's far easier when you allow your foe to come to you. With developments in space-technology and the ever growing threat of large scale, inter-solar conflicts, the Helvanthian ground-forces have had to adapt their defensive tactics, no longer do they attempt to define a frontline and hold it, for in these days - the enemy can land anywhere at anytime, making it near impossible. Instead, the Helvanthian military has established small bunkers all across the Helvanthian home world, each bunker containing enough food, water and ammunition to last a small company a week. This way, the Helvanthian army can stay constantly on the move, making it easier for them to wage a guerrilla war against any aggressors. The Helvanthian navy is virtually non-existent, their largest vessel being slightly larger than a modern-day aircraft carrier. This is for a large number of reasons, the main one being the distinct lack of production facilities. In the past, the Helvanthian fleet was renown as being one of the best in the Universe, but ever since the Civil-War, it has been slowly scrapped or cannibalized so that the resources could be deployed elsewhere. The soul purpose of the current Helvanthian fleet (32 vessels) is merely to patrol the Republic's small territory and to act as counter-piracy for trade ships.
Military Strengths: The Helvanthian Armed Forces is a highly trained, professional army which specializes in defensive operations, including counter-terrorism and counter-piracy. The Military is seen as a thing of greatness, to serve your fatherland is seen as the highest honour you could ever achieve.
Military Weaknesses: Due to the demanding training and strict regimenting, the Helvanthian military is incredibly small in size and the great emphasis on defensive operations/tactics during the training process means that Helvanthian offensive capabilities are close to zero.
Major Industries: The Helvanthian Republic is renown for it's brilliant traders and incredible industriousness - Helvanthia's leading Industries are - The Arms manufacturing Industry, ship building industry, consumer goods production and mining, mainly for metals such as Iron and Copper. Occasionally for rarer materials such as Uranium and Diamond (It's diamonds are known as some for being among the purest in the Galaxy, making them incredibly valuable, albeit rare).
Foreign Policy: Isolationist with regards to conflict, yet highly involved in inter-galactic trade.
Additional Information:
Technological Bases: Killzone, Mass Effect & Halo.
NS Activity: It did die for a while, I won't lie - But it's back on the upward trend.
RP Experience: I hosted the Homeworld RP, New Age of Colonialism, etc. I've had my fair share of rodeos.
Map Claim(s): - Leave this blank for now, until we have completed the map. -
Map Colour: Cyan / Light blue.

Nation Name: Paena National Order
Government Type: Nationalized Military Honors System
Government Description: The central government is made up of the Paena National Authority, which is composed of five highly honored members of society referred to as Palatial Officers. Each Palatial Officer represents a "Temple", which a broad collectives of social groups, divided respectively into the Temple Ordinal, Temple Cardinal, Temple Principal, Temple Regnant and Temple Prevalent. Within these temples are specific social groups labeled generally as Priests, Scribes, Officers, Growers and Builders. Each temple has unique social groups, but contain all varieties of groups. These groups are called Temple Circuits and take on specialities, for example, one Grower Circuit in Temple Prevalent is the Grower Circuit of Corn & Maize, where another Grower Circuit in Temple Ordinal is the Grower Circuit of Wheat & Barley.
Within these circuits and temples, there is a common ranking system of merit. The lowest rank being an Octagona and the highest being the Palatial Officer. Citizens are promoted on the basis of observed merit and gain authority in a fashion much like that of a military order.
There are also a separate order of roaming judges, who are responsible for adjudicating matters of honor and are often instrumental in the promotion of persons. They operate out what is called the Temple Magistracy.
National Leader(s): Currently, the five members of the National Authority are Palatial Officers Gnol Pan, Knad Rit, Frel Suw, Pros Mol and Khas Kon.
Nation Capital: Rubion System, Planet of Rift, the National Authority operates in orbit.
Nation Age: 700 years
Nation History: In the earliest years, the nation was struggling on the surface while gangs operated the orbital stations, dispensing their justice and continuing to ravage the planet for resources. There was a semblance of Temple political system to found in both the gangs and the population at large even at this early time, leading some scholars to hypothesize that this system of society predates the Order itself. Certain persons of what would become Temple Paramount, un satisfied with their conditions, seized a landing shuttlecraft and, by sheer numbers, overwhelmed the heavily armed gang members both aboard the shuttle and in the corresponding station. Members of Temple Paramount, as they now began to refer themselves, then began to attack the other gang headquarters, but, rather than collecting and arming their citizenry, they destroyed the vast majority if the weapons and continued to mob such stations as they could reach at great cost to their population. Some stations they destroyed, some they overwhelmed and some were laid to siege, but one way or another, Temple Paramount eliminated the criminal ruling class. During this period, agents of Temple Paramount organized other groups in the same fashion and incorporated some of their members into their military ranks. This disguised the fact that Paramount's work to destroy the oppressors had far too heavy a toll on their numbers and by the time the war was nearing an end, there were too few people left and so the remaining Templars were incorporated into the other five temples.
For some time, Marcus Crull, the first of the revolutionaries, led the five Temples and created the various organs of society that are so necessary, but upon his death, the Palatial Circuit was created.
After the death of Crull, people emigrated in vast numbers to the space stations, hoping for relief and supplies that they assumed had be hordes by the gangs. They were able to subsist on the supplies there for a short time, but eventually realized that their food infrastructure was to weak to support their needs and thus began the first environmental revolution (ER1). During this period, the Research Circuit developed water purification techniques and launched their first major investigation into the problems plaguing the planet below. ER1 was met with seemingly insurmountable challenged including the relative rarity of scientific equipment and staff; anything beyond a basic grasp of chemistry had to be relearned and rediscovered, which also made ER1 technically a great success, though it was mostly making up for lost ground. ER1 was also challenged with a lack of information concerning the state of their planet before the apocalyptic environmental failure. Those few who had heard stories of the past on a second or third hand basis had only vague ideas, while those extreme few that had heard of the world before directly from their parents vehemently refused to speak of what had transpired. ER1 came to a close with the development of a moderately successful water purification system and some fundamental scientific discoveries, but lacked and major developments.
It was after ER1 that D'las Ren was born. Undoubtedly the greatest genius every acquired by the Order, Ren obtained his first Primary Commendation in Science (equivalent of a doctorate) at the tender age of ten. (There was truly only one matter of study after ER1, so there were no alternative degrees). Ren was able to make several remarkable discoveries in combating the root cause of the ecological woes below, which he termed "Smoke-Rot." Ren was able to create and maintain several bubbles free from the atmospheric pollution and maintained a collection of minor farms in the Western Hemisphere on the Isle of Consequence as it is now know. It was the glorious beginning of the Second Revolution, unfortunately ER2 ended soon after with the death of Ren at the age of thirty when he was found mutilated in his home of the surface. A thorough search discover a collection of mutants living in a forgotten cellar system. The creatures were twisted by radiation and had be forced to adapt in the most unpleasant way to their most unpleasant of circumstances.
The discovery of the mutants rocked the young nation and sent a new wave of refugees up form the surface to the stations. Even more surprising was the discovery of Ren's notes concerning his Amphityon Mutants, or Gorgons as the more liberal of the news agencies termed them. Ren had been searching for some sort of cure for these violent biological manifestations of the planet, but had come up empty handed as many of their traits were not caused by sickness, but were natural evolutions caused by their long history trapped in the worst parts of the planet. The Mutants were deemed incurable and executed, ending ER2.
After this point, the Templar Circuit was reintroduced and each Temple maintained a fighting force to hunt and destroy the Gorgons. Diligently, the Templars searched the planet inch by inch and people came down to establish farms using Ren advances in their wake. The search, while it yielded hundreds of thousands of Gorgon corpses could never truly succeed and the creatures could appear anywhere from hibernation or hiding and attack a village or supply depot. It was a long, harsh and futile war that the Order waged, ultimately they achieved a few safe havens and attacks were fewer everywhere.
A group of Templars lit upon a relic of the elder world when they discovered a bunker. Chasing a pack of Gorgons through a cave system, they lit upon the entrance. Upon entering, they saw that the Gorgons had already visited the place and destroyed most of the information there, the computers were beyond repair, but a very small collection of books and pieces of books were collected and returned to the Order. This has been inaccurately called ER3, though none of the discoveries were environmental in nature, there was simply no other name for the magnitude of their findings. Carbon refinement and weaponry was discussed in some of the books, leading to the only other sources of Ordinal industry, based entirely off the theoretical meandering of long dead and long forgotten men. In studying these scripts, the first alternatives to Environmental Science for Primary Commendation was established, including Prehistoric Language, Manufacturing and War. The Templars responsible were the foundation of a new selective circuits know as Templar Explorers, the warrior scientists if the order.
Since that time, a few meager finding have been made and the population has boomed to its current size because of renewed access to food and plenty of room made available in space by the Carbon refinement revealed in the ancient texts. All cities with equipment dating to before the collapse have been disbanded due to their footprints and there are currently limitations of the size that villages may grow to. The eastern hemisphere is now largely cleansed, or a least it has kept the pollution at bay, and provides food for the people living above. The Western Hemisphere is still dark and the concentrations of pollution are far more deadly here, so it remains ominously quiet and unexplored.
Population: One Billion (Split roughly throughout the temples)
Major Species: The now disbanded Temple Paramount was once an ethnically pure temple composed entirely of the Dryad Species.
Minor Species: Nymphs, Naiades, Nereides and Oceanides. An additional race that is not part of the Order, but inhabits that wasted part of the planet are the Amphitryon Mutants, commonly referred to as Gorgons.
Cultural Information: The culture is very diverse, especially since five races make up the order. Though they may be similar biologically, their cultural backgrounds are diverse enough to justify the general and unenforced segregation of races to respective temples. Ultimately, this ability to exist separately has allowed the society itself to remain singularly solid, with the ability to practice ones cultural heritage at home making it easier to work in public under the highly regimented order.
Society Information: Social status is directly reflected by one's rank, both of are closely linked to the honor of an individual. Honor consists of the virtues of heaven, which are Industriousness, Reverence, Stature (Leadership), Service and Wisdom. There is no discrimination amongst any of the four sexes, though biological definitions incline certain sexes to serve in different arenas.
Language(s): The official language is Classical Atlasic, though there are dialectical deviations amongst the temples.
Notable Locations: On the planet surface, the City of Palaces, which once served as the Order's capital, but was abandoned due to the need to eliminate the carbon footprint of the city. The marble palaces that once held the leaders of the order now lay dormant, but beautiful on the coast of the continent of Endeavor.
The entire eastern hemisphere of Rift has been consumed by what the Science Academy has termed smoke-rot, more specifically, the area has suffered tremendous ecological abuse at the hands of previous rulers, leaving the eastern hemisphere an industrial waste land. The Western Hemisphere has been rescued from extreme salinization at great expense to the National Authority and currently provides much of the national foodstuffs. The capital ship itself is in excellent operation and orbits the planet along with majority of the Order's population.
Military Information:
Military Doctrine: The military has two purposes. The first is to maintain discipline and decorum amongst the officer circuits, which are generally accepted as the ruling circuits within their respective temples. The second purpose is to protect ecology teams from the savage Amphitryon Mutants, sometimes hunting and eliminating especially hostile packs of the savages.
The honorary Lord Master of the Order (or Commander and Chief) of all military circuits is the Lord Knight Prel Hul, who is a retired palatial officer. He is technically the commanding officer, but most military operations take place on a Temple or circuit level, rather than mass-troop movements by the order itself. Lord Knight Hul is known for a deep seated hate of the Amphitryon Mutants, who he believes are responsible for the abuse of Planet Rift and as such, many campaigns are launched against the mutants by the Order.
Officially speaking there is no distinction made between a Navy Officer and an Army Officer, though they are often separated by specialized circuits. They wear the same uniforms, are promoted to the same positions and generally serve under the same officers.
There are no tactics, the military consists of entirely of hunting parties. They have had zero contact with other species and there are only one billion people. The only major conflict was fought with mob warfare on both sides which has left them without any tactical infrastructure.
Military Strengths:Overall a very versatile military accustomed to hunting, tracking and ambush. They have unique weaponry that allows them to attain victory without needless loss of life or harm to the environment.
Military Weaknesses: While versatile, the Officer Circuits have had no cause to engage in contemporary combat in space, leaving them inexperienced and their homes extremely vulnerable.
Major Industries: Very few things of a large scale are actually built. The Order depends on relics of the old industrial regime, repairing the floating cities in the sky making up the only need for construction. Secondly is Environmentalism. They have devoted the collective knowledge of generations to repairing broken worlds in an effort to curb the domino-effect that pollution has. If it could be called one, they have a cultural reliance on honor and truth, making them gullible, but also deeply trustworthy. Carbon Composites & Ecological Reclamation then describe then major operations.
Foreign Policy: Many other nations that practice certain environmentally damaging practices, especially warp capable ships that tear subspace (if you don't mind me using a Star Trek reference), are seen as complete idiots and are treated as such.
