 Republic of Bratislav Dimitri Sledan IFA Executive Council Reform Act [Resolution 7] This Resolution implements key reforms in the IFA Executive Council per agreements at the third summit. Part I : Executive Council Postions The positions and their duties of the Executive Council will be set as such: Executive Founder - Republic of Bratislav remains the permanent Executive Head of the Alliance. Interior Minister - Takes care of everyday duties of the alliance, IFA events, and helps Bratislav with membership applications and is generally regarded as the second most powerful position in the Alliance. Importantly, the nation in this position appoints all the other positions in the Executive Council. Energy Minister - responsible for crafting and managing energy projects and programs in the IFA Recruitment Minister - responsible for the recruitment of new members to the IFA, is allowed to appoint a Deputy Minister. Treasurer - responsible for financial and economic matters of the alliance. Defense Minister - Commander of the IFA Rapid Reaction Force, responsible for the management of this force. It is affirmed that the only elected position is that of the Interior Minister. Part II - Salaries The budget of the IFA is divided as such: 1) Salaries for Ministers and other Alliance workers 2) Maintenance of IFA buildings and structures 3) Maintenance of IFA Rapid Reaction Force This preliminary budget remains under the jurisdiction of the Treasurer, who in accordance with the democratic desire of the IFA should make appropriate changes and reforms, if necessary.
