:: The Resolute Syndicate ::
Mission Statement The Resolute Syndicate is an organic organisation that seeks to perpetuate structure and control the suffering and chaos within the borders of its members in hopes of maintaining stability as well as preventing non-members from inflicting instability onto its members. It seeks to accomplish this goal through the self-preservation of each member.
Means of Accomplishment The Resolute Syndicate (Syndicate going forwards) will address the issue of stability insofar as it pertains to the sovereignty of each member along as it affords equal sovereignty to every other member. In other words, every member of the RS may act as they desire insofar as it does not impede on the abilities of others.
In the wake of outside aggression from another nation or alliance, the Syndicate will not hesitate to use force, nor force its members to use force. All attempts at aggression will be dealt with smoothly, efficiently, and without question. Failure is not an acceptable alternative. Retreat may be a reality. A loss is merely a temporary setback. It merely prolongs the path to victory, but does not stop a campaign. Discipline and stability will be enforced, onto another entity if it should challenge the Syndicate.
The Syndicate is currently in a trade and defense pact with the Galactic Empire. Details are in accordance to the Syndicate Accords.
Areas of Focus The Syndicate will focus on two main areas of management and intelligence in regards to the stability of its members: economics and security. Both positions will be taken with the utmost seriousness in regards to maintaining and enforcing the supremacy of each member over their given domain. This is committed through a combination of aid, stimuli, concerted military action and forward-thinking policies.
The First Doctrine states unquestionably that each member is only a member because of their self-interest. The management, prevention and understanding of chaotic forces within the universe are a fact prescient from the anarchic nature. A lack of archos, or global governance, is the driving force behind the instability, and therefore, it is within each member's best interest that it is their own self-preservation of power, goods and position that they are members of the Syndicate. Consideration otherwise or belief of a different goal is merely a front.
Imperialist actions seen by the Syndicate are permissible insofar as it pertains to this belief of self-preservation and self-interest of internal stability. An action otherwise may be questioned at will by any member of the Syndicate and placed into query.
The Second Doctrine states that a member is only a member because of its expectations placed upon other members to enact policies predictably and loyally as it should on its own. Therefore, it is within its self-interest as well as the interest of the Syndicate to enforce a level of activity within the Syndicate that each member is expected to uphold. Should a call for military aggression begin with all immediacy, all members must respond accordingly to the situation. Should a crisis occur with all immediacy, all members must respond accordingly to the situation. Expectation that one would do for it as it should do for others is what keeps stability running.
Lack of activity in times of calling and need show a definitive lack of value as a member, and its membership may be questioned.
The Third Doctrine notes that the Syndicate is an empire of its own make and will separate from the entities that follow in its banner. Each entity is a sovereign in their own right, with a Dominion of regularly unquestionable power. If a member should any point lose its Dominion, it is the obligation of each other member to come to their aid, whether due to foreign aggression, internal aggression, cosmic aggression, or unforeseen and unattributed acts from the chaotic universe. The Syndicate agglomerates the strength of all members, and reserves the final right to have a final say if it feels that it is being challenged or questioned in its ability or its stability.
Such a decision will be approached sternly and with much consideration. It will not be taken lightly.
The Fourth Doctrine recognizes the differences and disparities between members and their hunger for warfare. It distinguishes the difference between warmongering and implementing stability. All conflicts that each members persist and focus on are not the collective responsibility of the Syndicate to watch, in lieu of their own natural sovereignty, but rather it is up to those offended to note the Syndicate of their actions. The Syndicate is not a military force in its own right - its strength is proportionate to the activity of its members.
The Fifth Doctrine understands the necessity of a slight resource count and tax, if applicable, will be kept and all members will be tallied of their controlled entities for an empire-wide map. Travel and trade, insofar as it does not question or undermine the stability of each individual member, will be addressed appropriately and regarded by default as open and free. The resources attained will be proportionate to the number moved.
To prevent corruption, the movement of goods will be transparent to the Syndicate's personnel.
The Sixth Doctrine reveals the idiocy upon which the Syndicate sees in the concept of an alliance-only fighting force. It is up to the individual member entity to provide their own fighting force. Each commander commands his own force, and the overarching objectives will be determined by the commander or military leader of the member in charge.
Understanding that soldiers do not act well under foreign commanders and captains, it is each member's responsibility to muster an appropriate force. If a member is such an incompetent entity to be a hindrance to the Syndicate, then the Syndicate reserves the right to lawfully monitor and provide suggestions to each member's performance and ability. This, however, applies only to incompetence, and members who carry a discernible level of capability in enacting peacefulness, stability, and combat enemy chaotic aggression (a definition that we reserve the right to determine) should not worry.
If said member worries, then it is likely they are incompetent. Uneasiness is not welcomed.
The Seventh Doctrine notes that peace is a subjective term. Peace can be the subjugation of alien lifeforms in the wake of their invasion to prevent their rearmament. Peace can be the assistance of war-torn planets to rebuild a thriving economy. Peace can the bombardment of entire planets to ensure that such crude matter does not arise again. All forms of peace are acceptable to the Syndicate. Where the Syndicate goes, there must be peace in their boundaries. Where they roam, there must be peace. Chaos is our anti-thesis. Chaos is our foe.
Our antagonist is not an ideal or nation itself. It is the erratic and unpredictable nature upon which lives are needlessly taken away by the unforeseen forces of chaotic and entropic movements across the universe. While the Syndicate understands that it may never be eradicated, it seeks uphold to what degree it can to minimize it.
The Eighth Doctrine understands that morality is subjective and ebbs between cross-culture. It is not the Syndicate's position to impede on another culture of an entity insofar as it does not impede on the stability of its fellow members. This can include goals, religion, language, and other determinants.
The Ninth Doctrine reminds that membership is dependent on ability and dominion. A member must be an entity that is its own dominion and self-governing body. The Syndicate is not here to pander to empires or vassals through accepting them. It reserves the right to eject a vassal state should its position as a vassal prove to be more of a cost than a benefit to the Syndicate and its members.
The Tenth Doctrine believes that each and every decision made can be challenged or proposed by a majority vote. Each member carries one vote in any election, and before referendums are placed, it must be seconded by another member. Each member of the Syndicate, for more or less, is equal, without question, and respect between members both in respect to their entities and in respect to their attitudes are encouraged. Should a member ever go to war against another member, the Syndicate reserves the right to enact its own concept of peace upon either nation.
Members have been warned.
In such a belief, and in consideration of the idea that members are equal entities regardless of their culture, language and length of time within the Syndicate, membership will be either given out to others based upon invitation, acceptance or formal voting. Such a method will be determined by a combination of efficiency, chance and the applicant's ability.
The Eleventh Doctrine is aware of the obligation of protection from member to member. However, it is also aware of the chance for singular member action and responsibility. The Syndicate, thereby, will not impede on a member's performance insofar as it asked for such a performance.
The Twelfth Doctrine stresses that vassals that are considered as property of an entity member will receive appropriate stabilization and protection by the Syndicate, insofar as it does not prove to be a burden. Should it prove to be a burden, it will be dealt with through an appropriate punishment determined by the majority through discussion and voting. If no consensus is reached, then its benefits will be suspended until an appropriate punishment is determined.
The Thirteenth Doctrine believes in that each member, at any time, may question, add or suggest Doctrines insofar as they have the acceptance of the majority.
The Fourteenth Doctrine considers the trillion-disparity and difference of scenarios that may occur. As such, the Syndicate reserves to right to accordingly based on the unique circumstances should the Doctrines preceding fail to address the issue in a manner that addresses the mission statement.

To Apply,
- Firstly, understand that you may or may not be dealing with members of questionable motives, origins or characteristics. One is a member because applying an archos in the chaotic universe is paramount.
Secondly, understand that you are not here to hide behind the Syndicate as a shield. If the Syndicate believes that is the case, you will be dealt with accordingly.
Thirdly, we are not an avatar for your warmongering. We are here to install peace. If it should so happen to coincide with aggression you may have, then let it be. If not, then we will not change on an individual's whim.
If you understand, then send a communications to the August Insidion, and the Syndicate will reply accordingly.
