Eh, I find it interesting, but not enough to run one, given that the setting would be urban and it would be rather difficult to get a place I'm familiar with that most others would also be familiar with, unless I make it up completely.

I remember playing as a weredrake once. That was fun, though I didn't really do much with that, anyway. And I've seen a few non-werewolf werecreatures around in some RPs, though they are indeed not many.
Regarding vampires, I think the problem is that it's a bit hard to put a spin (A good spin) on them, since they've been used quite a bit.
