Ladies and gentlemen, the least most important sport in the history of the world has its own newswire. Welcome to the International Domestic Curling Newswire thread.

The ADCC, or Association of Domestic Curling Clubs, is the highest body of domestic curling clubs, headquartered in the city of Serraville, in Yttribia. The ADCC is in charge of organizing the premier competition for curling clubs, known as the Champions' Sheet. The Champions' Sheet is only open to the champion of a nation's domestic curling league. Teams finishing in either second or third place will qualify to the International Sheet, a competition for those who did not qualify for the Champions' Sheet.

In order to scorinate curling, the latest version of xkoranate should be used. If you have any questions of the scorinator, please take a look at this helpful thread.

A maximum of one puppet, and two nations overall, from a user will be allowed to enter the competition in a season.

Entries for these two competitions are to be formatted as followed:

Samplestan (XYZ) qualifiers
master nation of Sampleland (ZYX)
Champions’ Sheet: Sampleville Curling Club
International Sheet: Samplevania Athletic, Sample-on-the-Fjords CC

Host bids for the finals of each competition may be made in a separate box as shown below. Bids for the Champions' Sheet final must have a seating capacity of at least 10,000, while bids for the International Sheet must have a seating capacity of at least 7,000. In both cases, a host city, in which the stadium is located, must be announced as well. Stadiums sponsored by a company must have an alternate name, or else the ADCC will come up with one.

Sampleville Arena is home to the 1093-time Samplestan Curling League champions, Sampleville Curling Club. The arena is one of the largest indoor arenas in the nation. It is popularly known as “The Theatre of Samples.”

International Sheet: The Coliseum at Sample-on-the-Fjords, Sample-on-the-Fjords (capacity 7,000)
The Coliseum is one of the oldest stadiums in the entire nation, and plays host to the basketball, hockey, curling, and volleyball teams of the University of Sample-on-the-Fjord. For sponsorship reasons, The Coliseum is known as The Samplefoods Coliseum.

This stadium was originally built to host all curling in the old Northern Jeckland Curling Championships (curling is more prevelant in the north). A capacity of 15,000 means a great atmosphere, an it is a 10 minute MagLev ride away from Lingham Airport. This stadium has a lot of heritage and would likely play host to a Jeckland National Curling Team, should there be one.

International Sheet: CCC Arena, Colanso (capacity 7,000)

Built for the national league's inaugral season, this stadium played hosts to the champions of Jeckland. Their unlikely location on the south coast of Jeckland means visiting fans will benefit from a brilliant local tourism industry, and the stadium is 30 minutes from Peswick Airport on MagLev
