ARCC Qualification Format: Round robin series leading on to a finals series. The grand final champion will gain automatic entry. The grand final runner up and round robin champion will face each other for the other spot. If the group champion is in the grand final, both grand finalists receive automatic entry into the ARCC.

FARF Official Announcement

Due to some glaring mistakes and loopholes in the original Rules and Regulations of the FARF, some rules regarding multiassociational leagues, coefficients and cycles have been adjusted.

You may read them at the Rules and Regulations document on the OP.

A major change which needs to be noted here is moving from a bi-monthly cycle to a monthly cycle. As such, we have a new cutoff time, and also, I'm bringing the cutoff forward a little bit to allow the FARF to get more entries and finish this cycle quickly so we have rankings and history to go back on for the next season, which will last roughly a month.

FARF Official Cutoff Date for ARCC I: 13th April 2014 at 6:00 PM UTC+10 (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

The Free Western Australian government's Department of Sports announced today that it would be establishing an official Australian Rules Football League. This will be a multi-tier league. While the exact details are still being determined, the following is the basic format.

Central & Northern Football League (CNFL)
Southern Football League (SFL)

Tier 3
Perth South Football League (PSFL; Feeds into PFL)

Fremantle Football League (PFFL; Feeds into PFL)

Perth Conferences - still to be determined
Southern Conferences - still to be determined

Pilbarra Conference (AFCPC; Feeds into CNFL)

OOC: This nation is essentially the state of Western Australia as an independent nation. Teams will be named after RL places. These teams should not be taken to have any connection to RL teams from the same area.

Due to unforseen circumstances, I must now cutoff the FARF ARCC.

Procedural Notes:

Electrum listed Brunton Bulldogs as team 1 in their qualifiers. Team 1 is usually reserved for champions of the league, but as there is no rankings for this edition, the FARF will ignore this.
York People has submitted a league table that is incorrectly formatted, the FARF reminds York People to properly submit their league table with the pre tags.
Jeckland had incorrectly formatted his qualifiers, however, the FARF were able to tell him what was wrong, and Jeckland has fixed the error.
Muriburiland has an unorthadox league and cup system to decide ARCC qualifiers, however, as long as their league champions are entered, the FARF sees no problem with this.

The ARCC will be scorinated in full within the next half an hour.

FARF Important Announcement

Some of you may have noticed rankings have changed. This is due to a fix in the broken national coefficient methodology. In layman's terms, we weren't applying Nation Rank to Club Rank properly.

This has caused some clubs to jump around the table. Please be aware that this change is for the benefit of the clubs and nations involved in the FARF and the ARCC.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

OOC: I have decided that national coefficient needs to be calculated differently to properly allow national rank to affect club rank in an effective manner. This means that instead of applying national rank before an ARCC starts, we do it during the post-ARCC update of rankings.

Super-Llamaland's not too big on the sport of Australian Football, but eight teams did manage to form, drawing small amounts of revenue. With the exception of the powerhouse Emerald Springs team, none are really that good, and indeed even the Emeralds are mere amateurs. It remains to be seen how successful this will be.

MBL-AFL - Muriburiland Australian Fotballigaen: Season II

Note: In a bid to make aussie rules more popular in Muriburiland, the MBL-AFL have taken a controversial step and have decided to completely change the set up of the league. They have merged most of the teams and created new ones. The only two original teams remaining are last seasons ARCC qualifiers Hansnes and Børsa. They have replaced the 3 divisions of 10 teams each with a new super league split between north (norður) and south (sør), each with 10 teams. The top 4 from each league enter the playoffs culminating in the champion being decided at the grand final.

ARCC qualifiers is the league winner (grand final winner) and the Fólksbikar winner. If the same team wins both then the league runner up (grand final runner up) qualifies.

Lontorikanischer Football-Liga 2249

A dispute between the Federation of Australian Rules Football and the Lontorikanischer Sportbund resulted in the inexplicable exclusion of Lontorikan clubs from the first Australian Rules Club Cup, despite the 2247 LFL-Meisterschaftsfinale having been scheduled to be played before the deadline for entries. The LSB expects that its representatives will receive better treatment this time around.

FARC ARCC II Cutoff

Procedural Notes:

Jeckland used the UICA style for their qualifiers. While it is not the official style, the FARF will accept it. They also have an incorrectly formatted league table.
The FARF issues a formal apology to the Lontorikanischer Sportbund for the bad scheduling of the last ARCC and treatment of said associations representatives, admitting that it was a move made without much thought and due process.
Due to realization of the bonus system in use needing a rank above zero, new clubs from new nations now use the skill mod 1, instead of 0. This will hopefully not affect the results too much.
