National Fingerprint Registry

REALIZES the need to establish a database of finger prints to aid in the fighting of crime.
AFFIRMS that a finger print database would aid police in tracking suspects, identifying mystery suspects and otherwise provide further physical evidence.
ESTABLISHES requirements for those who would be required to register a finger-print with the National Registry
Under these circumstances would a fingerprint need to be registered.
Criminal or otherwise
- Upon committing a Felony
- Upon committing a crime against a public officer
- Upon committing a violent act of disorder [such as affray]
- Upon committing a destructive non-felony
- Upon committing a violent offense non-felony or otherwise
- Upon entering the Nation illegally
- Upon committing an act of terror thus committing a violent felony
- Upon being arrested by police in suspicion of crime.
AFFIRMS the right of an officer/Constable or other applicable law enforcer; that is booking a criminal into a jail or holding cell, to request and use non-lethal practice to obtain said fingerprint.
PROTECTS the right to privacy in the registry, as fingerprints will only be accessed by an investigating officer; or someone deemed to need access to the fingerprint data approved by an appeal to the court.
ESTABLISHES a government database, electronic and physical, to maintain the fingerprints to be accessed by any agency deeming it necessary to review and access needed fingerprints.
IF fingerprint is obtained upon being arrested by police in suspicion of crime, it is to be purged after five year of arrest.
HEREBY passes and establishes the National Fingerprint Registry

Russia did break certain laws but not the guys this resolution target.

RECOGNIZING that injuries are a common occurrence in everyday life,
RECOGNIZING that preservation of life, prevention of further injury, and the promotion of recovery are important when it comes to injuries
SEEING that a populace educated in First Aid and other techniques will make for a safer and healthier Aurentina through the use of the above tenets
Hereby,
CREATES the Aurentine Lifesaving Society (ALS) to create and enforce standards in lifesaving and first aid
MANDATES that the Ministry of Health fund the ALS and its programs
MANDATES that all students in Aurentine schools of the ages 13 to 18 be taught and certified in First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillation techniques in a course developed by the ALS.
REQUIRES this course to be jointly funded by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education.
REQUIRES that upon being taught the course and being certified, students must recertify yearly through a recertification course developed by the ALS for as long as they attend an Aurentine school.
REQUIRES all public buildings and private workplaces to have sufficient first aid kits and automated external defibrillators as per standards developed by the ALS and that these are clearly marked for easy use and retrieval by certified first responders
MANDATES that all employees of government buildings and private workplaces receive training and certification in the use of these devices and techniques and that this certification is subject to being renewed every two years with a from the date of issue with recertification coming from a course approved and taught by the ALS
REQUIRES all employers to develop appropriate first aid strategies concerning emergency treatment, transport and management of victims and first responders and that these procedures must be reviewed yearly and be available at any time to employees.
REQUIRES all workplaces and public buildings be subject to random ALS inspection to make sure that all procedures and regulations maintained by the ALS are being enforced.
MANDATES that all courses developed by the ALS be taught solely by ALS-certified instructors so as to maintain consistent standards throughout Aurentina.
DEFINES,
"Public Building"- as any facility owned by the national government or any local governments
“Workplace”- as any area or situation where people are working or volunteering
