After a short hiatus from NS, I'm back and guess I really should get this done seeing as it's almost an entire month late. My apologies.
Including reigning Champion Sympetrum of Ko-oren, 15 teams have qualified for entry to the 5th incarnation of the new IRLCC. The tournament will work thusly: A qualification round for the six unranked teams will provide 12 teams to compete in the group stage. The group stage will consist of a double round robin, 4 groups of 3. The top 2 teams will progress to the quarter finals and a straight knock out from there to the final. No team will face any team from the same league before the quarter finals and the groups will be based upon rank. So let's begin.

With three final defeats, the Lucky 13s earn the title of most final appearances but have yet to win the trophy. Despite having three teams in contention this year, the Ko-orenites failed to make it past the quarter-finals following Sympetrum's overtime defeat at the hands of the Panoli Gamblers.

A few notes on procedure:
All entries this season were accepted. With 46 teams submitted from eleven leagues (ten of which had previously submitted leagues), tournament organisers settled for the following solution to the scheduling issues.

The top qualifiers from the ten leagues with previous submissions all got a bye, with the top eight seeds from the rest of the qualifiers also getting a berth in the next round. The rest of the qualifiers, including all from the new leagues, entered into the qualifying stage, with the winners of the randomly drawn ties making the group stage.

For the Group Stage, teams were seeded by rank, and then randomly drawn, with no two teams from the same league permitted in the same group.

The draw for the Round of Sixteen is drawn randomly so every runner-up played away to a group winner, with no two teams from the same league permitted to play each other. Remaining rounds were drawn randomly.

Sangti's renaming as The Royal Barangay was edited into my tournament files.

The Warriors return once again to the IRLCC to defend their title, while Darmen City FC come from no where and surprise everyone by taking the second spot. Despite a 6-2 victory over Darmen City FC on the final day, Johnho would remain a point behind and miss out on the IRLCC, but would still deny Darmen City FC their first ever DRL title. The Tim City Tigers struggled once again, this time getting only two victories. Luckily, those talks about a second division of Rugby League in Darmen have not come true, so relegation isn't an issue for the Tigers.

Commonwealth Rugby Union Premiership: Season II

Despite being a multi-national league, the CRUP will only submit four teams to the Seasogs until such time as the Earon clubs become somewhat more competitive. And that looks like possibly next season, as the gap between 6th and 7th closed quite considerably.

Al Pubal Rugby League
That was the first ever Al Punal Rugby League.This season had lots of great teams and Singapore is considered by the crowd as the favourite. Dafut and Togano were fightting neck to neck until Dafut lost ground by losing consecutively. In the Togano proved to be leading team and took the trophy.
