Greetings to all reading!
The Republic of Aerolah will be opening its doors to all nations who wish to open an embassy within it's borders. The goal of this is to further our relations with other nations and their administration. The following information is all that you will need to know to open an embassy.

Guidelines:
Embassies:
I. All embassies placed in skyscrapers will be limited to a maximum of two floors unless stated otherwise.
II. If in a skyscraper: No security staff of your nation is permitted on the floors of another nation's embassy unless allowed by said nation.
III. If allowed, certain substances or beverages they must stay in the Embassy compound unless allowed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs herself. A document will be given to the Ambassador or to said person with substance/beverage.
IV. Inside the confounds of the Embassy all laws by the nation inhabiting it are in effect.
V. All embassy grounds are the property of Aerolah and it has the right to do with it as it sees fit.


Firearms:
I. There will be no firearms with the clarification of fully automatic allowed with any diplomatic envoy.
II. There will, at all times, only be one primary rifle and up to two sidearms with security staff.
III. Rounds used by said weapons can and are sometimes encouraged to have lethal rounds for your Ambassador's safety and the safety of the diplomatic staff.
IV. Other things that are not classified as firearms but can be used for protection are allowed unless stated so by Aerolah. I.E.: Tasers, Peperspray, etc.


Vehicles/Transportation:
I. Under no circumstances will there be any military transportation accompanying diplomatic envoys.
II. No transportation is permitted to have mounted firearms or offensive weaponry.
III. Vehicles will be kept at the embassy compound.
IV. Any airborne transportation (i.e. Helicopters, Private Jets, etc.) will be kept at the nearest airport.
V. All transportation will be managed and paid for by the nation who owns them.
VI. The maximum of two airborne transportation vehicles are allowed with diplomatic envoys.
VII. Any ships or water transportation will be kept at the nearest port. Not all Embassies will be in a city by the ocean therefore if you wish to bring water transportation it will not always be there for your immediate use.
VIII. The maximum of one ship is allowed for diplomatic envoys.

Substances, Beverages, Plant life, Animals
I. All substances, beverages, plant life, and animals will be stated in the embassy application.
II. If found in possession of a substance, beverage, plant life, or animal that was not stated in the application it will be confiscated.
III. Animals allowed will be limited to those who can be kept in the embassy grounds.

Diplomatic Bags:
I. Diplomatic Bags will under on circumstances be allowed to be searched by any type of law enforcement or intelligence agency.
II. Diplomatic Bags may be any size or shape that the nation needs as long as if can fit in the Embassy compound.
III. Diplomatic Bags MAY be searched if a warrant is given signed by the following people: President, Prime Minister, Speaker of the Assemby, Speaker of the Senate, the entire Cabinet. This rule is in place that way if a diplomatic bag needs to be checked it can but also is in place so it is not easy for one of the listed people(s) to search it without consent from other government personnel.
IV. If a diplomatic bag is going to be taken and searched it will be done without warning and the warrant will be delivered by the AISS (Aerolah Internal Security Service).

In the interests of assisting New Hayesalian and Greater Prussian citizens overseas, the Greater Island Kingdom is seeking to open a series of new embassies internationally. In line with Ministry of Foreign Affairs guidelines, the Greater Island Kingdom would like to lodge an application to open an embassy inside Arolah, however the Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to make clarification on a major issue currently outstanding.

Embassy guideline V states:

"All embassy grounds are the property of Aerolah and it has the right to do with it as it sees fit."

Under GA Resolution 22, the Aerolahian authorities only have limited powers to decide what precisely occurs within the confines of our chancery. We would like clarification as to what precisely the Aerolahian government defines as "seeing fit" given the importance of limited extraterritoriality our embassies must enjoy.

Furthermore under Diplomatic Bads section I:
