They are summoned to the aircraft carrier, BRP Lakandula at the ports of Tripoli by Pangulo (president) Drapiza himself along with other Filipino officials and representatives of nations supporting the north.

Bridge of BRP Lakandula - A Nimitz class aircraft carrier docked in Tripoli.3 T-92 class aircraft carriers, 3 Hatchet class frigates, Battlecruisers Estevez and Galago as distant cover, plus 10 destroyers with 2,000 mountaineering troops under General Meier.
As the Phalangists step on the deck, they immediately are pulled to the bridge by several uniformed KK agents who lock them door hastily. The bridge room was dark and the black curtains covered the windows so that no light from the outside may enter. The only light emanates from the radar pinging in the side and weird screens showing graphs looking more like bars one sees as ECG lines. The KK paramilitary agent's voice then whispers "Sshhhhh! Everything we are going to discuss here is secret." After then, light from a small flood light in the middle of the room reveal that there were other people in the room. The medium builded uniformed general whose face is slightly obscured by the shadow made by his military hat, though one can clearly see his face covered in small swaths of facial hair, then spoke. "My name is general Meier and the guy beside me-" Meier then pointed to a uniformed bespectacled tall and rugged looking man. "-he is General Domer Eluide-*Meier then switches to his mocking face* 'they call him the best'. Anyway, we are here to reveal our plans in the name of invading the south are you in?"

"Mabuti! (Excellent!)" Meier smiled as he exclaimed and so do the other officers. "So here are our plans. Ginoo (Mr) Quirino, would you please get my tablet and a candy?" A younger officer wearing a sailor uniform then complied grabbing a tablet and a piece of candy from a black jar in which he later just tossed in the middle of their meeting table. Meier then made himself comfortable in a small chair at the side it was then when Eluide complained. "Ah-so you are the only one sitting while the rest of us stand here?" "Shut up nerd!" Meier barked at the bespectacled yet rugged man. "-I meant favorite!" Meier then laid out a holographic map of the area from the border to the south. "Today-we, Neo Philippine empire (our Filipino cousins), Eminral, SAF and hopefully Zataristan launch a full scale invasion of the south. We do this while those 'peace talks' take effect. We hereby resolve to take our stance against the communist threat and we do it fast. As our no-fly zone gives us an excuse to legally shoot down any planes that fly over South Lebanon that will then assure us of aerial superiority, it doesn't matter who launches the repeated airstrikes against the south but we do know is that we own their skies for once. Then commando units will divide, attack and sabotage any enemy units at the south and after that-full combat-actual invasion of all belligerents hoping to wipe out communism and the south itself. Israel will advance from the south while we invade from the north. Prior to that, we launch operation Shock-and-awe. A land-sea-missile-and aerial heavy bombardment of Tyre itself. Any questions opinions of my awesome plan feel free to comment? Except for you Eluide!"

Nationalist Eminral Republic wrote:"The values of Eminrallian Nationalism and our republic should be preached around the world. Our struggle should be an inspiration to our fellow brothers abroad suffering from disease, hunger and instability. The generations that will follow us must upheld the core values of Eminrallian Nationalism: the love for country and their fellow countrymen, economic self-reliance, importance of self-defense, preservation of freedom and renewed national unity
-Lt. Col. Alfonso Salazar
Head of the 23rd Nationalist Militia, 1st General Secretary of the Nationalist Party
Tripoli, Lebanon Christian Republic
The Eminral Intelligence Department agents in Tripoli were assigned to do a different mission from the rest of the Eminrallian forces. That is, the establishment of the Nationalist Christian Democratic Party of Lebanon. The NCDPL shall be the Lebanese counterpart of the Nationalist Party. Its aim is to push for a united North and South Lebanon and the renewal of national unity. It also supports strong central government, establishment of a Constitution, establishment of an organized, strong military and nationalizing Lebanese resources. The members of the NCDPL held a rally in Tripoli, LCR. It is organized by the EID, with the help of sympathetic locals.
The President of the party, speaking to 5,000 people, appealed to the central government to establish free elections "immediately" and quickly organize a body for the creation of a Lebanese constitution. "We cannot stand as a one country unless we have a written basic law outlining the wish of the Lebanese people to create a united Lebanese state. We ask the President of Lebanon to immediately call for the organization of a body for the creation of the Lebanese constitution. Order should be made, along with the establishment of a united armed forces."
The motive of Eminral behind the establishment of this party is to solidify the Lebanese Nationalist sentiment and attempt to reunify Lebanon by reaching out to the residents of Southern Lebanon. The party is now attempting to reach out to people outside Tripoli and establish local party affiliates in Beirut, Zahle, Rachaiya and Naquora.

Meier then replied with an annoyed look. "Yeah-I know. I want your comment? Like my plan or not. It's pretty useless though the rest ignored my call and they are still not here. Candy!" *Quirino then pops a candy at Meier's mouth*

The lights are put back on and the curtains are brought down by other sailors as Meier chews on his candy. "That is exactly the point of my Shock-and-awe. Ah! Lights are back on. For 2 hours the whole room is dark i almost feel like a Vampire." The Iphone at the table on Meier's right side then rang with a loud air raid siren for a ringtone. "Roger that." Meier said as he hung up. "It's the cabinet back at HC (An Asigna military acronym meaning "Homeland command"). They had given me full authorization upon orders by the punong to deploy ourselves at an area near the border. They will then give us the necessary order of battle. Okay. If you meet the national delegates of Eminral, Israel, Zataristan, the Neo Philippine empire, and SAF tell them they are needed here. You are dismissed." Eluide then hit Meier with his elbow. "Okay-okay...Forgive me for being rude, i kindly dismiss you off this boat. Mabuhay to you comrade!"

Meier was then given coffee in which the general then gave to the Phalangist guest. "You want? If you really hate the Zats that much then we are forced to hate them as well. We call them Zats now-it's much shorter and easier to say."
