Brief Summary on Group/Person:
This raiding group was formed from the disgruntled survivors who lived in Boston. Increasingly oppressed by the USAF, they decided to rebel. But other than joining the fireflies, who were also under attack, they set out into the open. Comprised of only 20 people, they were quickly killed outside the city walls, and many yearned for home. But on their way back, their old neighbors and friends, started attacking them. The group was betrayed and alienated, with no place to survive in but Boston. A new leader took hold of the group, and they started to become more and more aggressive, until they became a full-fledged raider group, promising survival for anyone who joined them. Many more Bostonians were displeased with the regime, and fled to the Harbingers who were now viewed as freedom fighters. But the leader of the group, Robert Jackson, has different plans.
(Basically a Group who just want to survive in their home city, with a mysterious aggressive leader.)

Would it be a stretch for me to make a group who managed to take the I would assume relatively abandoned (Though they may of picked out another group, who knows) United States Air Force Academy base in Colorado Springs?

Just as an FYI, nobody in the group will have any clue whatsoever how to use any possibly noteworthy military equipment there (Fighter jets, tanks, helicopters, whatever), and I was already automatically assuming most of them aren't even there anymore and have been left abandoned hundreds of miles away when they moved out during the whole thing. I was actually only imagining there being one helicopter that they're all going to cluelessly stare at.

Also, I'm mainly choosing this because I wanted to use the helicopter as a plot point (You know, the staring), and I don't really know any other air bases in Colorado.

7.Also, no bedrolls, just blankets.

Group/Person Location: Stevens Pass, in the North Cascades, Washington, United States

Breif Summary on Group/Person: Had been around for much of the apocalypse, experiencing all sorts of countless different things in his life through this world. He had seen governments collapse, reform, collapse again, militias form, get taken out, children grow from babies to teenagers, you name it, he had probably seen it happen, all during the infection. He got married during the apocalypse, the rest of his family died during it, he had witnessed some of them getting shot, dying of starvation, thirst, good friends of his died, he nearly died countless times, he felt at peace in a good place and other times not, ect. But probably the best thing to happen to him the whole time during the apocalypse was to marry his beautiful wife, Mary, and then his daughter that came afterwards. However, when the daughter was 5, the mother died of sickness, and now it was just the 2 of them. Though they were in a good community for a while, up until the daughter hit the age of 8, when the group completely fell apart and him and his daughter were forced to flee together before getting killed. They took what they could, which the supplies came and went, and now they're low on supplies.

What he fights to survive for is his daughter, and nothing else. The idea of leaving his daughter in this world alone frightens him deeply, and he fights to stay alive for her and to keep her safe from harm.

Brief Summary on Group/Person: Her story is pretty much described in her fathers app. She was born into the apocalypse, and her mother died when she was 5. The worst part of it for her is that her memory of her mother is very fuzzy, though she remembers enough to know that she was a very caring mother and that she loved her daughter deeply. She often asks about her mother to her father when they're safe. Loves her father dearly, and couldn't imagine the world without him. As expected though, she gets really scared out in the world, never knowing who or what will kill them. But with her father by her side, she knows that in the long run, it will all be okay. That they will make it through this together. That they will continue to eat and continue to survive through any injuries they endure.
