Galt's Gulch Expropriation Act
Author: Ainin [NDP] | SIMBEDS: Domestic Development | Urgency: High
Sponsors: Kouralia, New Zepuha [ALM], Malgrave [MSP], Unicario [RG], Geilinor [NDP]

The Senate of the Aurentine Commonwealth,

Decrying the lax management and regulation of the gulch in Southwestern Aurentina commonly known as "Galt's Gulch",

Believing the land would be much better used to be enjoyed by tourists as a park,

Hereby enacts the following clauses:

  1. Effective immediately, Galt's Gulch, whose limits are to be determined by geological and topological data as the dry valley, excluding the neighbouring mountains, shall be nationalised.
  2. Its current owners shall be compensated £100/km2.
  3. The territory shall be renamed Anthony C. Blair National Park, to be managed by the National Forestry Service.

Submitting this.

Galt's Gulch Alternative Expropriation Act
Author: Soviet Canuckistan (Rhino) | SIMBEDS: Domestic Development | Urgency: High
Sponsors: Beta Test (ALM), Geilinor (Rhino), The Saint James Islands (ALM), Uiiop, NEO Rome Republic (NDP), Finium (NCP)

The Senate of the Aurentine Commonwealth,

SEEING that the owners of Galt's Gulch were part of the silly vote

SEEING that the silly vote and the land of the silly vote must not be split

SEEING that a public park helps no one and seeing the irony in the Libertarians helping the poor

Hereby,

TRANSFERS the ownership of Galt's Gulch to the Rhinoceros Party of Aurentina for the purposes of the creation of a rhinoceros preserve so that the rhinos of the world can be safe from human harm.

ALLOWS the Rhinoceros Party of Aurentina to do any other activities from the site such as making CIA black sites, chemical and thermonuclear production or separating from Aurentina to create the workers paradise that the Commies never could.

EDIT:Name changed so as not to conflict.
