The weirdness with Gratia's border is because this map will serve as both pre- and post-Voerdeland; since Gratia's withdrawal into a creepy, reclusive, secretive, mountain-dwelling, cultish existence is a canon one, new nations can claim former Gratian territory, but will not be able to exist before 1891-92; they'll have to either declare independence or organize from disenfranchised/disenchanted Bedouin tribes or something like that. Inesea's new borders are a simple geographical change, though. The other quitters are just plain gone.
You forgot to add Pannacio. Remember? I sent you a telegram a few weeks back about that, and its' location.

Well, the thing is, Fanaglia's relationship with Servoth is uneasy at best. While she'd appreciate the help, we could run into issues if Servoth and Inoroth contest for the same land. This could make an interesting conflict and a possible contributor (it not outright cause) of the Great War.
Pfft! Forget the land! We care nothing for that piece of dirt! There is plenty of land elsewhere on this planet that we can exploit (and that is out of sight of those nations mentioned over there ---->) without the interference of Inoroth, Vjiay, Mish, you, or the Easterners! We just want a discount on the helium. That is all.
