Well, hello there!
Welcome to Port Accolade, the Cironi city that is bidding to host the next WorldVision Song Contest, World Vision Song Contest 14!
Don't be overwhelmed by this airport! Though it is large, it is easy to navigate through.
And there is plenty of destinations to choose from too!

Image
Amazing city, isn't it? After all, its our capital city!

Well, there's plenty of accommodation, there is budget accommodation and five-star accommodation, and everything in between!

What's that? Oh, that's the Acevin Tower, one of the thousands of attractions in this city! These attractions will sure keep you busy during you're stay!

Let's go to the Accolade Central Station to go to the (30km north-east of CBD) the venue that will be hosting the contest if Cirona wins the bid.

Looks pretty busy...

Do you want to go on the bus...

Or the train?

The train? Ok... lets go!

Welcome to the Denica Entertainment Centre!
Denica Entertainment Centre, or DEC, is one of the nation's largest entertainment centres, having a capacity of 48 000.

Look at how big it is! Anyway, that's the end of the tour! Hope you enjoyed it! Before you leave, I must show you this postcard that we will be giving to everyone!

Otherwise it looks good though. Bonus points for not having the Eurovision heart in your logo.

Well, sorry :P. Remember, I've only been here from contest 12, so I don't know much.

Anyway, thanks!

Haha, I will take it as a compliment that you like our architecture so much ;)

To wait until another "national finals" thread, would not be opened. Post name of your artist and results of the national finals there. Then, when contest begins, post your song on that "contest thread." Then, when all nations post their song, it's on you to select your votes.

Okay.

After the signups have been (more or less) filled up, Swilatia will start a thread entitled 'WorldVision Song Contest 14 National Finals'. In the National Finals (NF) thread, the only thing you need to do is post your song title and it's singer. No need for lyrics yet. Some people will have posted more creative ways of selecting their song, look here for some examples. Voting for the host city of the contest will be done on the NF thread also.

After mostly everyone has selected their song, or if the thread starts getting inactive, the host city (determined in the NF thread) will start a thread entitled 'WorldVision Song Contest 14 Contest Thread' or something similar to that. There, each country will post its song lyrics. Look here to see how it's done. There is no determined running order for the songs to be performed, so you can just post when you want the song to be performed. You can also do commentary if you wish.

After mostly everyone performed the song, the voting starts. You decide which are the top 10 best songs in the contest, and you give points to those.

Example:
My top 10:
1. A-country
2. B-country
3. J-country
4. C-country
5. O-country
6. X-country
7. H-country
8. M-country
9. S-country
10. G-country

The one you like most gets the highest amount of points, which is 12 points. The second one gets 10 points. The third gets 8 points, 4th 7 points, 5th 6 points and so on. Please put the lower points first and the 12 points last. It will probably look like this when you vote:

1 point - G-country
2 points - S-country
3 points - M-country
4 points - H-country
5 points - X-country
6 points - O-country
7 points - C-country
8 points - J-country
10 points - B-country
12 points - A-country

You can do it in a more creative way if you wish. Again, like the performances, there is no pre-determined running order of presenting your votes. The country with the highest number of points in the end wins.

Hopefully this has been quite helpful. :]
