Vaccination Act
Written By: Geilinor | Urgency: Medium | Category: Health
Sponsored By: NEO Rome Republic (NDP), Fulflood (NDP), Battlion(NDP), Mediciano (IP), Divitaen (CMP)
The Senate of Aurentina,
RECOGNIZING the success of vaccination campaigns in eliminating or reducing severe and often fatal diseases such as smallpox, polio, and measles.
NOTING that vaccination is the most effective way to prevent disease and that herd immunity prevents the likelihood that a susceptible individual will come into contact with an infected individual. Herd mentality is important for those who are not able to be vaccinated due to other health problems.
NEVERTHELESS REALIZING that more and more people are opting out of receiving vaccinations due to misconceptions about their safety,
SEEKING to prevent a decline of vaccination rates.
Hereby defines the following terms:
1. Vaccination: The administration of antigenic material (a vaccine) to stimulate an individual's immune system to develop adaptive immunity to a pathogen.
Hereby mandates the following:
Section 1: Availability of vaccinations
1. The Ministry of Health shall work with manufacturers of vaccinations to ensure that enough are available to vaccinate every resident of Aurentina.
2. Vaccinations shall be fully paid for through the national healthcare system.
Section 2: Public Education Campaigns
1. The Ministry of Health shall produce advertisements describing the benefits of vaccinations and the way they are produced.
2. The Ministry of Health shall design public awareness campaigns to reach the greatest number of people.
3. Public schools shall provide instruction on vaccinations to students that is appropriate to the given grade level.

Responsible Budget of 2013
Authors: Belmaria (LP) New Bierstaat (LP) Urgency: Severe SIMBEDS Category: Business and Finance Sponsors: Skeckoa (LP) Central and Eastern Visayas (Ind) Nihilistic View (IP)
Personal Taxation
The following formula will be used to allocate tax rates to various income levels. The highest tax rate shall be 40%.
The maximum tax rate, given as b in the formula, will be set at 40%.
The maximum standard tax deduction, given as c in the formula, will be set at 40%.
The base taxable income unit, given as a in the formula, will be set at 20,000 GBP.
The decreasing deduction factor, given as r in the formula, will be set at two (2).
Explanation:
The maximum standard tax deduction shall be applied to individuals with an income of -0- in the past year.
For every base taxable income unit earned by the taxpayer, the maximum standard tax deduction will be divided by the decreasing deduction factor once. The result is the individual tax deduction to which the taxpayer is entitled. This deduction will be subtracted from the maximum tax rate to determine the tax rate paid by the taxpayer.

Look you get a warning if you don't withdraw. I got a warning so withdrawing is not necessary that is how it works. I have already posted what I think in the lobby about asking me to withdraw ICly about an OOC issue then warning me OOC, so let's leave it there. The above post is about a bill getting into the queue thus is entirely appropriate.
