At the gates of Kiev, two guards armed with pikes, one who looked Polish, the other looked slightly Crimean-Persian observe the traders go through, suddenly seeing a man who did not look Polish or Persian. Both putting their pikes infront of the gate. "Hey, woah woah there buddy." the first guard said. "You don't look like a Polish or Persian trader. Who are you, and where did you came from with those strange animals behind you?" The other guard took a amazement at the Elephants as he gave a chuckle. "That's a big boy!" he said looking at the Elephant. The first guard who was rather serious gave a glare at the strange man with an interesting fruit smell (Tomatoes ((OOC: And you know where I am stereotyping this from))), which he made a comment, "You smell like... a fruit that might be nice in a mix of vegetables." he commented.

At the shipyards of Spain

The construction for ships with stronger hull was in process. The King of Leon assured that Spain will have the strongest battleships in the seas. The Leonese ships are designed to resist large wave currents and can be able to hold more damage from cannon fire. Meanwhile at the shipyards of Castile were the construction of medium-sized and well-armed ships, a bit smaller from the Leonese ships. In Portugal, the Portuguese King projected a five year plan to construct four new and more powerful fleets in the whole Spanish realm. The Castilian and Leonese ships are constructed to add the ships of the existing Spanish fleets.

The Aragonese does the same in the shipyards of Barcelona, Valencia, Tarragona, Castellon, and Alicante. The Aragonese Crown was the largest shipbuilding kingdom in Spain. The Aragonese targets to create four new fleets in the Mediterranean.

Because of the production for addition by Leon and Castile and the new fleets from Portugal and Aragon, by the year 1421, all fleets will have 100 transport ships and 130 warships armed with a grand bombard and a set of grand culverins.

Juan Alberto threw a tomato that can be easily caught by a single hand to the Crimean guard and entered back to his carriage. The caravan entered the city of Kiev. The stories were true. It was a clean city, with beautiful women of all ages, and tough men, doing their jobs like blacksmithing, horseriding and even market selling. The city of Kiev was busy when Juan entered it in a glare of surprise. The city guards led him to the stairs of the King's Palace. He left his carriage and climbs up with two of his assistants, leaving his enormous caravan just in front of the palace.

Peasents looked at the strange man being escorted by 15 guards to the royal palace, which was a strange sight as most peasents could walk into the palace and request a meeting with the king.
The Royal guards brought in a man dressed in strange clothing to the large throne room, who calls himself Edmond. King-Quinn I got up off of his large throne and walked t Edmond. Are you the one who spreads this vile religion across my land and created years of civil unrest?

A translator (that they met in Vaxu, Vaxon's land) turned to Sir Edmond and translated what the King said. "No, no I am not. I come from a land far away known as Medu-Canaan. This is our first encounter with your far reaching empire. We mean no harm. Never before have been here, neither do we believe in this religion that is spreading in your lands. We only ask that our merchants be allowed to trade and construct mega-stalls (giant trade buildings similar to malls) in your cities." With that Sir Edmond grabbed a large basket from one of his guards. He talked and told the translator, "Before me our some of the goods of Medu-Canaan. We bring exotic fabrics that shine in the sun instead of whether, gold that might please you, and unique foods with seeds that you may eat and be full. Our merchants would be willing to trade these for many things that you have here. If you would allow us, we shall set our buildings and trade with you in the near future, when our voyage to the Far East ends."

The King observed the man for a short while and finall spoke up. "You may build your large trade posts in my other lands. Not here in Madagascar. You may build them Northwest of here on the mainland, and north east of here I own several Islands in which you can build one aswell. (Maldives)

The History of the Bab Islands,

1410: Expeditions are ordered to further look into Africa. India ia also a target
1411: Expeditions leave for india and Africa.
1412: Most of the religous problems in the country have subsided, although it is stil a problem in Somalia.
1413: The expedition from India retuns and reports large areas of land perfect for farming aswell as many natural resources.
1414: King Quinn I begins to ready a small force to invade the southern tip of India.

1383: Printing Press is invented in Warsaw, the technology is kept secret for a time.
1387: The first Guilds, centered around trading appear. The system quickly spreads to other areas of life.
1389: Exploration of the Western Coast of Africa begins. Trade starts with locals along the coast.
1395: First colonies are set up along the African Coast. They don't fair well at first thanks to starvation and disease.
1397: Kaczynski "the Navigator" dies.
1402: African colonies are reinforced by more settlers and supplies, and become far more permanent.
1403: After much debate, King Poltanski I is finally elected.
1405: Trade requests sent to Persia.
1407: Arquebusiers are adopted by the military for the first time. Thanks to the large iron and Saltpeter deposits, they have no problem.
1409: The design for the Caravel is bought from Ukraine. All ships are retrofitted to this design within three years.
1411: Toll booths are set up for the first time on Voldovin's major roads. All trade flowing through the country must pay a tax.
1412: Voldovin is one of the wealthiest nations in Europe.
1415: King Poltanski I is assassinated, elections for a new king begin among tightened security.

New Morocco

"Senor, the Voldovines had their colony just east of our projected claims for the completion of our conquest." "Great, send a letter to them, telling them not to expand westward, for they will be obstacles to our path to glory." After these words, the Viceroy's army went off to their next target settlement, which is the land just south of New Morocco. The UTD will be surprised at this move of the Viceroyalty and for sure, they will retaliate, but for the time being, the troops went and marched like no one is going to ambush them for on how they look, they seem to just going somewhere, since the land of New Morocco is 10% urban and 90% desert. The troops here are mixed natives and Spanish men, treating each other like brothers.

Many Spanish immigrants went to New Morocco for their new lives or continue what they had started. Attempts of a stable irrigation system was still being tested by city engineers and builders, finding a way where water is accessible in the urban zones despite the desert and hot climate of the place.

Mediterranean Company Hall, Toledo

Papers are everywhere. Treaties, signed agreements, and future trade proposals were all over the place. Procrastination for an orderly system became a working atmosphere in the office of the merchants in the Hall. One of the letters unnoticed was the letter from Vodovin of a trade agreement signed by Spain some years ago. A document missing because of the messed up papers, they compiled it back to a safe place and assured copies of it for the authorities.

The Company sent a letter to express their gratitude to the Voldivine monarch of such trade agreement with them.

-More Persians move to the far east lands to engage trade and to teach the people there about Persia.
-King Hafar reinstalls the never forgotten Immortals, 500 of them to start with. 100 of them will become the personal guard of the King and Queen.

-Most of the outspoken opposition has been "silenced", the Immortals have spread fear across the country.
-Persia starts to increase its influence over Syria, Iran and the Afghans with the help of the Immortals.

Persia starts the construction of two world wonders:
1.The largest lighthouse. (shaped as King Muhammed Raffa, first King of Persia) (located at the Persian Gulf)

Robaer slammed his fist on top of a wooden table that was in a small room. In that room with him was Kommandant Reiska, the top commander of the Military. "How in the hell could this have happened to us," yelled Robaer, "Barbarians invaded our settlements in Sveden and all we do is just bring more soldiers in to Sveden and act as though it never happened? That cannot be done, damn it!"

Reiska stepped back from the table. "We will be able to attack the Raegandar soon enough, we're just waiting to-" Reiska was interrupted by a messenger who ran in to the room. He held a small letter as he handed to the Evris.

"Erhman, damn it!" He yelled, "And now Castile will not aide in the attacks on Elmet while Ardovicia has yet to respond! Great... this just makes this situation a whole lot worse"

"Me' lord," said Reiska, "I'll make sure that the Raegandar are no longer a threat"

"You better," said Robaer, who was still clearly angered, "Or else I'll have your head on a pike!"

Sveden
Soldiers began to charge in to Raegandar land, beginning a long offensive that would hopefully destroy the Scandin tribe and submit their lands to Ostyrlonia. Their only problem, however, was not knowing where the capital of the tribe was. So, the soldiers just charged north, blindly, and attacked any village they found.

Gyrium
Another group of ships, four in all, were being prepared to sail to the Middi Easl (Middle East), where they were hoping to land in a region near a large Middi Easlean Empire. On the ships were 2,000 civilians and 1,000 soldiers. There were more soldiers on this ship than other colonization efforts due to the fact that the Middi Easl was relatively advanced, from what was known, and would be able to fight the Ostyrlonians.

And so the ships made land fall in the area, landing in a location that they called Demain. Edvar of Minium was the commander of the fleet at the time and he would be the one who would communicate with the Natives, with the help of a translator. However, there was no one near the sea at this time. Thinking the region was abandoned, Edvar ordered for a port to be built by the landing site.

As the Caravan arrived in Kiev, the Palace guards inspected the merchant and looked through his materials. The Cossacks that were patrolling passed by the merchant on horseback. The guards then gave an okay signal and they begun to offer to lead him into the King's palace.

A group of people dressed in blue robes enter the city. " Hello fellow Polarians, we have came with a revelation and we will tell you the story of our religion. It is the Soleannan Order." said the leader. Afterwards, he picks up a book. This is the book of St. Soleanna herself. He opens the book.

He told all of the elementals( angels), to bow down to the two. But one of them didn't. He was called" Iblis". Iblis the Plasma Elemental. The Highest ranking elemental, has just disobeyed God. Talos banished him from Mount Nirvana. When everything was going fine. Sol heard a lizard talking to him. He did not know this was Iblis. Iblis forced Sol to eat the golden apple. When Sol ate it, he was punished. Luna was rewarded for her goodness. Talos wanted to test the loyalty of the two so he sent them to Earth. He also sent Astral, the guardian elemental. The Spanish Mediterranean Company requested patrols over their trading routes between Medu and Spain, from Marseilles to Cartagena, in fear that their convoys might be destroyed. The fleet in the Balearic Isles will wait for the Rylonian enemy reinforcements and meet them at sea to combat them and fully destroy them from there." The commander also read a paper, maybe about the reports that Spain was alleged of quarantining or blockading the naval ports of Gerona, which he uttered "If you think, my King, that we are here to blockade the ports of your city, fear not. We came here in peace to settle war between our nation and Rylonia. The King of Spain himself will never be pleased to have war with you, your Highness." He slightly bowed down to respect the King in such words.

"I would like that you not lie to me, or is that what your superiors have told you? You are, without a doubt, blockading me. Your war with Rylonia has been waged for centuries, and now, out of the blue, you decide to conveniently sail YOUR ships to protect YOUR land by encircling MY islands and MY land. If this wasn't a blockade, than why can't Varrick get his trade ships to Genora or the Balearic Islands? If this isn't a blockade, than I ask that you allow my fleet of 500 to pass through. In fact, I ask that you return your ships home or to wherever they come from as you don't need to protect MY land in order to protect YOUR land from ANOTHER person. And if you dare claim that you own this land, then let me tell you why you are wrong. That 'reclamation' of yours is nothing but words. Your people have never occupied this land in this TIME, perhaps in an ALTERNATE world, but note here. Neither have your people occupied the lands of Canaan Iberia, but we gave them to you anyhow and you promised that you wouldn't take more land. How do I know that if I give you these lands, for what? nothing?, that you won't just go and claim that all of Medu-Canaan as your land under some old king's words or a slip of paper or some other fraudulent excuse. 1411 AD
The Far East Journey voyage returns bring lots of exotic items that please Varrick, Pierre, and Xavier. They inform the king of many things they learn, the most important is the flying men. A program is then set up in the Kingdom of Canaan to test this idea. Later in the year the towers are built, but the first time someone jumps they fall to their death. By 1413 the program has built a successful glider. By 1415 they are in mass development as towers are constructed all across Medu-Canaan. Merchant ships will now be sent out by the CMG to trade with these foreign empires.

1412 AD
The King of Palestu 'falls ill.' Lacking any sons the line goes to Gustave II. Gustave II meets with the Key 3 and decides that they will remain sovereign from Medu-Canaan until further notice.

The colony of Meladu, under the rule of it's governor, expands its borders so that it can start developing resources.

We believe that your people did not know we owned those lands, and have for many centuries, due to the majority of the population of my kingdom living much farther North and West. If this is so, we ask that you leave this colony as it is a direct invasion of my lands. I hope that war would not come of this, and I warn that I am cousins with the thrones of Medu and Canaan. The Holy Mountain of Gaia, Inuit- Sitiyok Shared Border

There it was, The Holy mountain of Tears, a mystical mountain from Inuit theology. This very mountain was the very mountain that Gaia had come down from and cast all things into existing, all living and non-living. And all gods of living she gave life to. Akust the god of hunting, whom they had been praying to and chanting for all morning, would be the most help in this battle. The warrior princess Anakaalit lead a troop of 13,000 men and the Sitiyok were some yards away numbering in the 20,000's but poorly equipped with weapons from some centuries ago made of sticks and animal sinew.

Phase 1
It was happening warrior princess Anakaalit would finally prove herself to her father to be the rightful heir to Kawana and ultimately the tribes land as a whole. The Inuit archers wrapped their iron arrows with fur casing and doused them with animal fat , and tied them the shaft of the arrow, and ignited them creating large flames. The infantry of the Sitiyok Began using a Large diamond formation making it simple for the Inuit Infantry to surround them on all sides while the archers fired Flaming arrows into the center to insure that the infantry left a large gap in the middle. the soldiers attempted to retreat but it was no use the sitiyok had to fight to the death. arrows piercing both contenders ripping through the Fur of the sitiyok and barely penetrating the leather and fur armor the inuit mastered. Finally the Inuit pulled back to Rally the troops and the Sitiyok retreated to the Garrison at Kampha Lake In Sitiyok Territory.

Aggoras had been busy in last five years since the alliance was made official. The methods of which the foreigners had used to craft their weapons of iron and steel were being adapted in blacksmiths across the land, and more soldiers were being prepared for war. Men and women were being recruited to improve their stamina and endurance. Along with the physical aspect of the training, the new recruits were educated as much as the wise men could teach, from strategy to simple survival tactics, these soldiers would become overall better fighters, abandoning the traditional raiding styles of toare and mob violence to focus on a more efficient process of attack. Aggoras had also been experimenting with a system of command, but none was in place as of now. Meanwhile, the farming villages in the Southern portions of the alliance fell to the full brunt of the Ostyrlonian might, with professional soldiers overwhelming the citizens fighting with no more than what was in their homes. Meanwhile, many of the citizens fled their homes and ran to the mountains to the West.

He turned to his captains and signalled to let the Meduese ships pass through by making a formation suited for the ships to pass through. The men at the hull rushed and squabbled at their floors, packing up and preparing as their ships moved in the waters. The two fleets of 230 ships were later on commanded by the leader after the talk to sail back to Valencia and re-arm for their next operation.

Northwest Territory (Manitoba)

The new territory discovered in Canada had been incorporated into the Bakarus Republic as the Northwest Territory by 1420. The first explorers who had arrived five years earlier had made history by discovering the North American continent. Now, 5 years later, the Republic would continue to send ships to the Northwest Territory. They had discovered the beaver, and they harvested the creature in order to make fur pelts for warmth and fashion. They had also discovered the polar bear, which were common in northern Russia. The forests they encountered were also very familiar to them, due to they were similar to the forests in northern Russia.

A small port had been constructed near the mouth of the river were the first settlers landed. The port was called Michelangelo, named after the current president of the Bakarus Republic. A few buildings had been constructed in the port city.

Meanwhile, the Bakari continued to traverse deeper and deeper into the Northwest Territory, taking notes over the flora and fauna and attempting to make crude maps of the area and the rivers. They would discover Lake Winnipeg, which an explorer described as "the largest pool of water I have ever seen".

The ships of explorers from Portugal set sail to a place called "Far Indias". The place was known for its great expanse of wealth and conducts itself like Europe. Although few documents attest such lands existence, explorers became curious on how and where these lands are. Daredevils they were, the explorers pleaded to the Spanish King through the Portuguese king to let them sail and explore the Far Indias.

After a few days, they were given a royal warrant and pocket funds for their voyage, with a hundred ship fleet from the Portuguese navy. Not knowing that these are merchants from the Spanish Far Indian Company, the king of Portugal lately noticed it and it was too late for the warrant to be withdrawn, since the King of Spain wants to see the world big.

The explorer-merchants, as they are, set sail to New Morocco, then sailed near from the northwest African coasts down to the southern tip of the African continent. A merchant ship was separated from his fleet and thus landed to a place called "Bab Islands". From there, they sailed north east until they landed to a place called "Malaka". Their journey took about a year and a half, not failing to miss watching the calendar. The explorer-merchants spread out as they were about to land to Malaka: One merchant goes to the Hindu Peninsula and initiate trade relations with them, one goes to a place called "Pulujaya" and initiate trade, another one will sail to Mosuo, another to Nakumura, and the most dangerous one is to Ainu, in a place called "Nippon".

As the navy got stronger still, the mighty ships growing larger from the new technology that came, including carvel build ships which allowed them to go longer and be stronger, the explored. Spices were being tasted and many wanted more of the stuff from the east. Other nations were foraying into this as well, and as such, ships sailed out into the open ocean, to all sides, to find things. To some's regret, they also sailed into the Mediterranean and to the Rio de Oro area, finding uninhabited, disunited peoples who they raided, killed, enslaved, raped and stole from, then taking the slaves and sailing off to the nearest large port, usually Medu/Canaanite or Rylonian, and selling them off for hefty prices, as well as the loot. One enterprising one had the spirit to strike off from the main country, and claimed an area of land, creating coastal fortresses and desert hideouts, becoming a Mediterranean den of pirates. It wasn't long before yet another did the same, further east. The pirate states had begun.

Madrid

Another embassy must be built. The people of Raegandar in Sveden is another prospect for trade and the greatest and strongest catapult for the Spanish Baltic Company. This was an opportunity to expand Spain's economic power at the so-called "Viking seas". A merchant and a diplomat was sent to Sveden to negotiate trade agreement with them, but a diplomatic alliance with the Konig of Sverige is not yet feasible for the time being.

Their ship from Oviedo sailed across the Elmetian (English) channel and crossed the Baltic Sea to land in Stockholm. They will arrive to their destination after a few weeks or almost a month.

Far Indian Company in Malaka

The company merchants had successfully landed to Malaka. The crew rested for some days and proceeded to organize their remaining resources from their long journey and manage to build a makeshift Hall for their quarters. Though the Hall maybe completed with a few months, most of the crew during the construction still settled in their docked ships.

After several months of construction, the Hall was finished and ready for office works and settlement for the crew. The Hall has 10 small barrack bedrooms, one master bedroom, a dining area, a living hall, the meeting hall and underground tunnels and escape routes in case of any attacks. The two-story building has an architectural design similar to an ordinary Spanish house back in the homeland.

The end of Spanish siege

Silence was the common noise heard in the siege since the last few years. The city was now worn off because of the widespread starvation caused by the long siege and barricade at their roads. For many years, there were no food to eat nor water to drink. Ports were blockaded, and their reinforcements were uncertain to come and rescue them.

To all avail, the Spanish troops bashed down the city gates without any resistance, took their swords and were surprised of what they saw. Starving and incredibly thin people, wearing sackclothes and some others are naked. With such fright, the Spanish soldiers massacred most of the city populace in fear that they might spread disease (due to their malnourished and weak appearance) to any immigrant in the city. The bodies of the dead people were being displayed at the shores and beachheads of the provinces to be decayed over time, and bear the symbol of Spanish supremacy over Rylonia. This incident occured in all besieged cities of Rylonia in Iberia, the last nation to hold such lands over the supposed Spanish lands.

Rylonian documents were burned, artifacts and materials such as books, clothes and even flags of the Rylonian Imperial government. The total annihilation made by Spain was to reassure that the Reclamation will have its way to completion, and that all provinces will be cultured in a Hispanic way. An ethnic cleansing it was.

The eight new fleets

The eight new fleets for His Mercy has been completed. This was a marvel for the Spanish realm as the ships have been reinforced with stronger wooden hull and larger arsenal with higher gun rates. The classification of warships were according to sizes, though they use the same kind of weapons and same type of hull. The four fleets are stationed at the ports of Castile, and Portugal while the other four were at Aragon, awaiting new orders. Two fleets were sent to New Morocco to resupply the citizens there, although the settlement is slowly growing.

Troubles on the Grenadine throne

The inability of the Grenadine kings to sustain peace and order over their realm was intolerable. It was 1412, twenty-seven people died of the bubonic plague, their bodies were not properly buried and the rain carried them away to a river. After a few weeks, seventy people were reported to have severe coughs and colds after drinking water from the river. Later that they found out that the dead bodies infected with the epidemic contaminated the river and cause sickness to more people. The Crown of Castile was merely concerned the overall welfare of the people not only in Castile but in whole of Spain.

After two years, the throne of the Kingdom of Granada was later vacated after their king abdicated the crown and left it unoccupied. Generals and commanders wrestled for the throne until the Castilians came in. They placed the duke of Almeria as the new king for the throne and most of the unobedient commanders were punished by Castilians' orders "in the name of the King of Spain".

Khalid I, Duke of the Ke'sh looked over his republic. It was one of the largest known at the time and had sent a ship to the strange Far Eastern lands, when the ship returned he could use a cartographer to make a map of all of the known world at that point.

Ferdinand I crowned new King of Spain
The old stricken Alfonso X had died of natural causes. His heir apparent, the King of Castile, was crowned King of Spain at the age of 25, while he crowns a new King of Castile from the House of Sabia. The new king of Spain took the name Ferdinand I as the first one to be, while the new king of Castile is named as Alfonso XII, continuing the Alfonsine nomenclature in Castile instead.

Ferdinand has new policies to implement he studied and planned long before his father Alfonso XI died. He plans to reinstitute the Spanish Market Guild be controlled by the King of Spain again, like it was before, expand New Morocco and after the expansion phases are completed, it will be called Spanish West Africa, the exploration to Argentina, the trade expansion with Mouhd Alad and other Asiatic nations, development in science, technology, the arts and culture of Spain, and the most surprising of all is the territorial expansion of Spain along the Mediterranean, which is feared to endanger new relations with other Mediterranean states.

After the capture of Oporto, Coimbra, and Gibraltar, the Reclamation was in its closing. It started since the formation of the Kingdom of Castile in 1280 and until today, the year 1423, the year-long campaign is still not over. The province of Gerona and the Balaeric Isles are still not yet treated as Spanish domain, and such places are vital for the development of the country. After the forced withdrawal of Spanish fleets near the Meduese waters, Ferdinand knew that the Meduese cannot be trusted, but control against Medu over the Gibraltar strait will be inevitable and unavoidable.

Spanish arrival at northern Levant
The common sentiment of a Spanish when he embarks in a place where he is suited to live is just mere happiness after a long and tiring journey. This was the shared sentiment of the crew of El Cruz de La Fe as they docked to the port of Hierosoliyam in northern Levant, a territory of Mouhd Alad Caliphate. They had brought gifts and present for their leader, the Caliph, to make him agree with trading relations, that will greatly benefit two companies (Mediterranean and Far India).

The merchant and the Spanish official diplomatic entourage went to the Caliph's palace and as they went through the town on board of their caravan with lots of gifts, the community that they were used to see was far from their expectations. The city was spectacularly beautiful and their markets are prosperous in the eyes of the merchant, thinking that trade with the Caliphate is a catapult to the top. Spain needs these kind of trading partners as it harnesses power for its wild and reckless dreams.

Spanish Market Guild under the Crown again
A royal decree was declared that the Spanish Market Guild that "all its possessions and properties shall be marked and treated as such of the Spanish King and the Kingdom of Spain. And thus, it is declared that the activities conducted by the Guild are also part of the Kingdom as well."

The decree crushed the quarrel between artisans and merchants who bring economic growth for the nation against the aristocrats and politicians governing Spain. The Spanish Market Guild was again considered a government agency, but their plans will still work as it was before.

Trade agreement with the Hindu states
The trade agreements were applauded and agreed by all Hindu states in the Peninsula. Their exports of mostly raw materials will be shipped to Malaka, and from Malaka will be shipped directly to the ports of Seville, Cadiz, Galicia, and Asturias, where most of the nation's ports and shipyards are located.

Rebuilding of defenses in Oporto, Coimbra and Gibraltar
The shattered walls and towers were being rebuilt by Spanish engineers and to make them less vulnerable, the walls are reinforced with limestone and mortar, placing three layers of hard rocks over the cannon-fired walls. The people poured into the city streets and slowly, the cities are becoming alive again like before.

Markets and stalls were opened, shops and workshops were built and government offices were put up to assert authority. The provinces of Oporto and Coimbra submitted to the Kingdom of Portugal and Gibraltar submitted to the Kingdom of Granada.

Refortifying Madrid and Toledo
By 1435, the cities of Madrid and Toledo will have a three-layered wall defense line in the city outskirts to protect the city from any foreign attacks and rebellions in the near future. Though remained untouched by any foreign threat but as expansion became possible for Spain in almost all areas of the world, her enemies will grow in numbers and will inevitably drag her to war, similar to what happened to Rylonia.

Reorganizing the Spanish fleets *this is still under edit because of OOC discussions
The King Ferdinand commissioned a council to reorganize the scattered fleets of the Spanish kingdoms, but the Crowns of Castile & Leon and Aragon protested that it was in their expenses that the fleets were constructed, not from the treasury of the Spanish Crown directly. The dispute was quite one of the irregularities of the governmental system Alfonso XI implemented during the rest of his lifetime reign. So, to resolve such, Ferdinand released a decree, stating that "all possessions of states and territories of the subjects of the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Spain shall be directly governed by the King of Spain. Unopposed, the kings submitted to the policy, that let the King reorganize the fleets.

There will be only 10 fleets with 70 ships each (20 transports and 50 galleons), and the rest of the ships will be decommissioned to decrease expenses in the royal treasury that had inflated since the expansion in New Morocco and the expeditionary mercantile trips in Arabia and Asia. The fleets are in the following locations with the numbers next to them: Portugal (3), Aragon (3), Castile (1), Leon (1), Granada (1), Navarra (1). The ships of the two fleets in New Morocco were decrease and were counted as 70 ships remaining, with the same composition.

New Morocco expansions
The land south of New Morocco was declared captured by the Spanish conquerors. The United Tribal Dominion foresaw this event and that the gifts the Spanish gave to them were merely childish gestures of diplomacy. The settlement saw a bloody encounter of expansion, though only a few but tough resistance was met, the siege and attacks over the settlement took months in the process, killing fighters, raping women and selling children and shipped back to Spain like economic goods.

1415-1420
The Second Era of the Great Expansion

1415: Merchants from Asia become a slightly more common sight, making heavy taxes off of docking fee's in the Maldives and Madagascar. King Quinn I also turns 35.
1416: King Quinn I begins to set sail for the southern tip of India, slowly making his way up. A small detachment of men (3000) will invade the island east of the maldives. Planned army movements:

1417: Quinn I land in the southern tip of India. Minimal fighting occurs in the beginning but by late summer the natives have learned that he will not be leaving. The Island to the south however, is meeting minimal resistance.
1418: King Quinn I has setup a good defensive perimeter in the southern tip of India, now merging army one and two again.
1419: The Indian armies have finished setting up a good defensive perimeter, and attacks from bandits are still common in the northeastern area of the current holdings.
1420: Re-enforcements arrive to the main army on the southern tip of India, giving a bolster to the front lines. Wounded/Injured troops are returned to Madagascar along with the soldiers who wish to visit families. They will all be shuffled out every 2 years.

King Quinn I was riding with a group of his soldiers, at approximately noon. They had met no resistance, or even encountered a the rat-smelling barbarians. The main army was a while back while they scouted the thick forest. As soon as they began to turn around and head back to the large army, about 25 barbarians came storming out of the dark forest, screeching like the Seven Gods had just cursed them all. The King's 20 good men created a defensive circle around the King immediately, and put up their round shields. An arrow came soaring out of the sky and hit one of the King's bodyguards head, piercing the skin and killing him near-instantaneously. After that the 25 barbarians charged the group, but the skill of the bodyguard combined with the armor of the bodyguard easily managed to kill 10 of the fools before they scurried off into the forest once again. The King had lost two men, one from arrow fire and one from the vile barbarians.
