Please leave the l33t speak at the door. I believe Kyuria mentioned this in the OP. Let us all at least act like we are capable of using proper English. Thank you.

Soopah Powah: Engi-Erectus
Or just “Engi” for short, these creatures are mammals that originate from the Planet Engia. They are Silicon based life-forms, and can resist high temperatures and relatively cool fires. However, because of this, they require more energy to metabolize and carry out other life functions, due to the fact that silicon is harder to break down then carbon. This also means that carbon based organic molecules do not interact with the body, and that a modified form of Glucose, with Silicon instead of Carbon, is used to gain energy. Their DNA, unlike that of most organisms, is left handed, making common viruses in other species that are right handed have no effect on them. However, viruses from Engia do affect Engis, but their immune system can fight off most of these diseases without medication. Engi’s require Oxygen to carry out Cellular Respiration. Due to the lack of foliage on the planet, Engi’s gain their green skin pigment from chlorophyll in their skin cells that is used to make the food the organisms cannot obtain from the environment. When food is plentiful and or during long periods of not being in the sun however, the dark green goes away, and the organism must rely of food from other sources. Female and male Engies look mostly the same. Females however can give birth to three offspring in six months. Engi’s can survive in Earth like environments, are resistance to burns and higher temperatures, but they have a difficult time in colder environments.
A photo of an Engi. Image
Engia
The name of the Engi home world, is the Second Planet from the Star it orbits. The planet is just at the front end of the “habitable zone.” The planet surface contains little foliage, and all of the continents connect, with six medium sized oceans that contain salt water. There are other pockets of fresh water on the planet, and the polar ice caps are small relative to other planets.
Image
Engio
Originally a Main sequence star, like the Sun but many times larger, the star slowly began to run out of its fuel as life of Engia began to thrive. Due to the size of the star and its distance from Engia, the star forced the life on the planet to cope with high temperatures. The star, in time, forces the Engi race into interstellar travel in the “Great Exile” and causes the death of billions of Engis and the loss of their home system.
Image
History of Engia
Over the Engi Civilization, three types of governments arose to dominate the planet. The Republic of Haal, The People’s Republic of Choee and the Empire of Engio. These three nations were all stable and supported civil rights and liberties. All resembled the “Atomic Era” of Planet Earth, and lived in relative peace with each other, due to the threat of all out nuclear war. Each nation had large arsenals of nuclear weapons, and none of them desired to have them be used. However, they all competed to master and discover new technologies. The space race for them never ended, with each nation trying to land, colonize and claim resources, planets and moons in outer space. However, soon a terrible discovery was made. The Engi’s discovered their star was going to die. Using their stockpile of Nuclear Weapons, Asteroid mines and other resources, the three nations competed in launching Interstellar Craft. These craft used Nuclear Pulse Technology, and were assembled in orbit. By using Embryos, Deep Hibernating technology and integrating technology into the Engi physiology, the three nations set out into the stars in desperation. Two thousand years passed with the nations launching their ships, and then, without warning, Engio went Nova, killing 10 Billion Engies and destroying their Home system. In total, 500 Colonial ships were launched colonizing roughly 62 worlds, with four ships per star. Each ship has a crew of 100, with thousands of embryos from Engies and animal and plant life from their home system. These ships took roughly 100 years to reach their targets. Here the crew were awoken, embryos raised and planets, moons and other bodies colonized.
War of Unification and the Formation of the Engi Confederation
After communication with their home system was lost, the colonies were self-governing. However, some colonies wanted to put all of the colonies under one government. The sides of the war were determined by who wanted to unify and who didn’t, not based on Ideology. With non FTL communication and ships, the war lasted a thousand years, with battles few and far between, but lethal. Alliances were formed, broken and reformed. New technologies were developed to protect planets and moons, with Orbiting Defense platforms becoming the norm for all colonies. However, a third side arose, one perching a joint government but self-governing planets. Soon the Engi Confederation was born, meeting on New Engia. The government let the colonies govern themselves, but they had to follow the laws and regulations set out by the government. It is a Representative Democracy, and soon after its formation there was a golden age, with FTL communication, the anisable, and FTL drives being decoupled, along with other technologies improving Engi life.

Right, well this seems like a spot of fun. So, here's my app for my nation. I left out a Species one merely because its more of just a collective of cybernetic humies, but I'll be happy to provide one.

Civilization Name:The Brotherhood of Illuminated Steel Confessors, Scions of Humanity, Harbingers of the New Age, Bringers of the Golden Dawn, The Ascendant Prime, or otherwise the Confessors, The Brotherhood, Steel Confessors, or those damn tinheads.
Civilization Age: Several Thousand years of development though its relatively young of a few hundred years on the galactic stage.

Government Type: Military Council separated upon three branches that represent the particular areas of produced models with another section performing in an advisory role.
Government Information: The Triumvirate council is the first and last voice in all matters of the Confessors as a whole. While Legio councils can still operate rather autonomously within their areas, the Triumvirate can override it at any particular time and assign special duties or crusades. The council is made up of three branches. The Chimeric Brotherhood which represents the military arm of the Confessors, the Gargarean Line that functions as the diplomatic branch while also controlling multiple espionage elements, and the Hydratic Order which represents the technological know-how of the Brotherhood. The Reborn are not an official branch but they represent brothers and sisters who've fallen in combat and are reborn through technological means. Their word is not absolute but held in high regard.

Each Legio is functions in itself almost like a feudal state. It receives orders from the Triumvirate, providing arms and troops to defend its borders and to add towards particular targets of conquest requested by the Triumvirate. However, they are free to guard and protect their garrison worlds and the human populations nearby. Each Legio is often times spread out within the cosmos, running about the void and dispensing the particular justice of humanity against the foul alien and their supporters while uplifting humans scattered about. (A better explanation is in one of the later factbooks posted here.)

Government Status: Relatively stable and in a state of stagnation as members take a while to die off.
Population: 10 Trillion Sapients and Synthetics.

Home World/Capitol: Titan, Triumvirate Council Sector
Capital Status: Small, metal-dense moon that has been turned almost entirely into a massive factory and clone production facility. There are areas settled within that help regulate the FT communication system of the Confessors, the Neural Net, as well as the administration and processing of soldiers as well as exterior operating Legios.
Notable locations and such: Within the Confessor's Control of note are the centers of Legio administration, recruitment and logistical supply for all Legio's deployed II - X. Listed as Pheinos, Telsus, Infelix, Vavarius, Corus, Phelus, Heust, Aquila, Vuus, and Accipitres.

Founding Species: Cybernetically Enhanced Humans (Collectively referred to as Sapients despite their differences in build and function) although with the pairing of some of the oldest synthetic constructs.
Other Species: Synthetics are constucts that would find themselves placed as mechanical mockeries of naturally produced life. These are robots and complex collections of code that function with their own consciousness. They make up a small percentage of the Confessor's population, especially the reality based ones, but are often relegated to administration and logistic areas to be used as comrades.

Unaugmented, these are a smaller group within the Confessors than even the Sythetics. While a large group of unaugmented live under the protection of the Confessors relatively few actually exist on the worlds claimed by the Brotherhood than on their vassal worlds. These serve only as the recruitment pool for Sapients.
=========================================================
Society and Cultural information: Factbook for this!
Society Status Not totally sure on the intent of this section though, generally the group is defined by rigid function made form and purposes within the Confessors.
Languages Binaric which is covered in the Factbook and Galactic Common.
Economy: 7. While capable of an almost past-scarcity economy the economy itself is built more around the creation of weaponry and the technology needed to sustain the individual models within the troops and faction. However, this has lead the Brotherhood with little to no consumer goods to trade with exterior factions and an inflexibility that relegates it to a constant 'Total War' economy.
Industry: Typically the Confessors are centered around Cybernetic enhancements and technology related to such things. Further use is typically denoted to the mass-production of firearms and weaponry although one can see the faint production of 'civilian' field goods merely to add to the populations of humans within the Confessor's sphere of influence to help support and uplift them.
Production/Construction: I'm not totally sure here but in large scale manners, creation more for the whole than the individual and especially producing in things as large as continents.

Soopah Powah: I'm not much of a fan of this but I'd classify the Confessors as a sort of Military/Technological one.

Specialties/Advanced Sciences: Generally centered around Medicine, Cybernetics, and Weapon production.
Strengths: Highly Mobile military forces, Vastly defended planets, radical speciesism, and almost eternally total war economy.
Weaknesses: Inflexible doctrines and economy, and largely stigmatized as violent supremacists.
=========================================================
Map Claim Size: 6. They control ten planets/moons but have relatively little interest in holding ground otherwise aside from staging points and protecting human groups as vassals.
Grid Coordinates: Alpha: R,F: J,J
Beta: P,B : G,D
Delta: P,G : W,L
Gamma: S,U
I know, a little scattered about, but this is more for the group to function as a large scale military force to control, hold and ultimately purge areas of the Galaxy before relocating to another moon.
Map Claim Color: Silver/Grey

Holdings/Territory: Actually covered in the planets of note section. There's a few areas of vassal states but they are loosely confederated to the Confessors.

Colonization/expansion:
The Confessors do not 'colonize' worlds in the typical sense that others would go about. They do not go to lengths to deliver numbers of civilians in the middle of a backwater system with the bare glimpse of survival. Instead they look at planets and decide whether it is strategically close enough to enemy systems to provide a regional power, stabilize human populations nearby, support said populations in the even of a tragic event, and support each other when the need arises or simply decide that it has plenty of materials to be used for the war effort, or that the planet has a group of people to serve as a 'vassal' state.

However, the main decision is about one of the gradual assimilation of a planet as a garrison post (Read colony). If a Legio deems a planet much more beneficial than the one they already have (Each Legio already has a garrison planet to stage and repair from) in the majority or all of the before mentioned catagories, then the previous planet undergoes a radical change. The manufactories are removed from their foundations and experience a radical change in purpose. The reactors that previously fueled furnaces and millions of slaving automata are instead repurposed for powering a massive array of engines that are literally jury-rigged to the building. Resources of the planet is then loaded into the gargantuan craft before they gradually begin their voyage to their new world.

In the meantime, pacification forces have already arrived via jump to the new planet in gradual waves. The first wave is the most combat oriented, its numbers in the hundreds of combat ships with special emphasis on dreadnought deployment. Orbital dominance is achieved using the initial elements and the opening stages of ground deployment begin. Troop carriers in the thousands deploy the full marine compliment of the fleet to the ground. Said transports are then used to build the firebases and staging areas of the soldiers. The garrisons of those posts then begin a pattern of systemic genocide to eliminate the most prevalent lifeforms. This includes everything from trees, to insects, to the dominant sentient species. The entire biosphere is put on the chopping block.

Secondary waves soon arrive, often within five months, this time composed of massive landers filled to the brim with construction automata and the supplies needed for such. Under guard from the marine detachments, these contingents of workers proceed to excavate the landing areas for the manufactories and creating the initial framework of the planet's infrastructure. Orbital docks and defenses are towed into place and placed on line, expediting the process. Often times the first wave will now depart to purge the rest of the system and bombard immediate rocky planets to ensure no alien life can threaten the garrison.

Several years later the third wave arrives bringing with it the manufactories from the garrison world. These are then put into orbit and given a destabilized orbit to allow the structure to begin a gradual descent. Towing cables are created between orbiting ships to slowly bring the structure into place, adjusting as needed to best cushion the crash. Seams connecting the foundations and structure are created, reactors are repurposed and engines recycled, tunnels are dug to the core to begin creation of subsurface reactors. Billions of machinery is moved into place and servitors deployed to the surface, installing them in their stations before the Hydra-Rex forms a connection and consecrates the planet with the merging of his sentience to the world.

And thats how they take worlds.

Borders are protected by routine patrols of Vanguard elements as well as intricate sensor bouys the attempt to detect the exotic particles from a jump or more natural methods of detection.
=========================================================
Foreign policy: Typically pretty xenophobic and full of gunfire. Aliens are generally spit upon and seen only to be used as target practice though the closer to humans they are, and as long as they don't have an arrogant personality, then they can work together though rather begrudgingly. Humans however they are generally bestest pals with if they can manage it, and they don't diddle with alien, providing technology lending military support and all sorts of fun stuff.
Diplomacy: Well, don't really have any at least yet. I'd rather leave that for something to play out than just arbitrally state it.
Technological Age: Hmm, that's hard. Well, something like a couple hundred years in the future. Its hard to label that though.
FTL Capabilities: Think slipspace but a little slower and with the possibility of complete annihilation. However, it is capable of dashing about almost anywhere plot demands. Generally using giant magnets to bend a hole in the fabric of reality then jump through it to wherever they want and bursting from the other side.
Inter Planetary Travel I think that's covered above.
=========================================================
Military Information: Factbook!
Doctrine: Typical Combat doctrine of the Confessors can typically be called a war of extermination as they are often time engaged with what they would call xenos filth or heretical elements. These creature often times deserve nothing of the respect a human would deserve in times of war and everything will be used against them. This can consist from orbital bombardments, engineering viral weapons, environmental warfare (Burning off the atmosphere, destroying foliage to destabilize ecosystems), and extensive genocide. Or at least on a strategic level.

On a tactical level the Confessors focus on a 'meat-grinder' approach, utilizing layers and rows of specialized combat models subdivided into maniples to engage and whittle down particular elements of the enemy until victory is achieved.
Army: All in the Factbook
Navy: All in the Factbook

Strengths: Highly effective components, disciplined and well-organized troops, intricate intelligence networks
Weaknesses: Inability to adapt, inflexible formations and tactics.

=========================================================

Steel Confessors wrote:Right, well this seems like a spot of fun.

=========================================================

=========================================================

As I said I would, here is my full app.

(Insert Nation Flag/Insignia here)Same one as right to the left there :P
Civilization Name: The Queendom of Hyracor
Civilization Age:

Government Type: Absolute monarchy, though with a council of sorts.
Government Information: Ruled by Queen Kia Takara Lividakki and her daughters, Princess Nirali Lividakki and Princess Nakili Lividakki. The Council is made up by a representative from each of the castes (Species) within the Queendom, though the Queen has final say.
Government Status: Running smoothly
Population: 5,235,117,983

Home World/Capitol: Hyracor
Capital Status: Rather sparsely populated, considering the culture of the Queendom, where the land is preserved as much as possible, to allow for grazing and hunting, as well as the desire for large expanses of nature, though there are several highly populated cities scattered about. Most of the industry for the homeworld, and mirrored throughout the Queendom, is located in orbit, or on the moons.
Notable locations and such:
Founding Species: (Note, the species listed are anthromorhpic, not the natural species) The top of the caste system, the Spotted Hyenas (Average size is around 10-13 feet tall)
Other Species:
Lions (Teachers, doctors, police (Civil and military) and various others. Average size is 7-8 feet)
Striped Hyenas (The mechanics, tech experts, vehicle operators. Average size is that of a human)
Painted Wolves/African Wild Dogs (Farmers and the like. Average size is slightly above a humans)
African Elephants (The constructors and engineers, also used for heavy lifting/weapons in military service, and combat engineers, of course. Average size is around 13-15 feet)
Zebras (Various. Average size 6-8 feet)
=========================================================
Society and Cultural information: Female dominated, puts emphasis on personal physical and mental strength, caste system depending on species
Society Status Minor amount of dis-content, but nothing major.
Languages Basic, Neo-Hyracorian (Mix of English, German, and Japanese. In name only, since earth doesn’t exist here)
Economy: 6
Industry: Most industrial bases are in orbital facilities, or on moons, though a decent amount of mostly clean industry have made their way onto planets-proper.
Production/Construction: Most production comes from the military-industrial complex, though both military and civilian production and construction is a mix of quality and quantity, though leaning toward quality.

Soopah Powah: Err, some might consider The Queendom a military super-power, due to its military centered society and emphasis, but, well, meh. :3

Specialties/Advanced Sciences: Agriculture, academics, and military, of course
Strengths: Everyone does their part, and there is always a chain of command, due to the caste system
Weaknesses: The caste system limits the roles one can take, and future jobs are chosen by lottery and years-long assessments, usually during their education years
=========================================================
Map Claim Size: 3
Grid Coordinates: (See the star map, these are the coordinates on the galaxy grid of each square of turf you own. Can only claim the number of squares specified in claim size. It may be possible to share spaces, but you must consult the ones you intend to share with first for their permission. Also, don't piss off the map maker.)
Map Claim Color: Green

Holdings/Territory: Several systems explored/claimed. 3 fully developed planets, 6 in-progress colonies, each at various stages.

Colonization/expansion:Usually the moons of suitable planets are colonized and built up first, to provide an industrial base for the colonization of the planet, as well as provide various other services, and not tying down a full defense fleet that could be used elsewhere.
=========================================================
Foreign policy: Trade policies are set by the Queen or her daughters alone, so all trade policies are generally of the major kind. Other nations and species are viewed with a blank slate, though first impressions go quite a long way in forming the final opinion of the Queendom. And of course, the Queendom is open to mercenary contracts of any kind.
Diplomacy: No allies or friends yet :3

Technological Age: 4,000 – 5,000, I think?
FTL Capabilities: Basic FTL?
Inter Planetary Travel Common for military and trade, not so much for civilians, though there is a state-run organization that runs ships and shuttles between planets. Most civilian travel is from planet to orbit, or moons, for industrial jobs and movements.
=========================================================
Military Information: (You may use Factbook, but give us a general idea. If you don't have a military, just make a note of it here, and leave the rest out.)
Doctrine: Every situation calls for a different approach, and Hyracor officers are among the finest in the galaxy, being trained from a young age, undergoing grueling training for years and years.

Army: Each soldier, except for most vehicle crew, are clad in power armor and armed with energy weapons of various sorts. Artillery is more traditional, firing shells that arch. Tanks also have mostly rail-gun type weapons, but can be refitted to use just about anything. Tracks win the day, of course, and you won’t see any such thing as mechs or hover vehicles in the Queens Armed Forces, except for a few very rare exceptions.

Navy: The navy puts an emphasis of their ships being able to punch above their weight, the majority of their ships following the concept of a Battle-Cruiser, being armed like a battle-ship, but with the armor and mobility of a cruiser.

The technology used is mostly energy based, along with missiles.

Strengths: Highly trained and adaptable, well armed and armored.
Weaknesses: Due to the caste system, only select parts of the population can be called upon for military service, most being the spotted hyenas.

Steel Confessors wrote:Right, well this seems like a spot of fun.

=========================================================

=========================================================

=========================================================
=========================================================

=========================================================
NS activity: On often
Technological Bases: 40k and Custom

Hope that's satisfactory!

I’d like to just point out a few small things. I'm no op, so you may feel free to ignore/ not even read my criticism.

First off, your population
I personally, have one of the largest nations, with less than a trillion citizens, at a still massive 800 billion. I’m certain the only reason I was allowed to have such a large population, and a good navy was because of all of the internal dissent I have to face. Unfortunately, I don’t see any such weaknesses in your app, but correct me if I am mistaken. Your eternal war economy is simply saying “oh yeah, we’re a military powerhouse”.

Yet, do you realize that you easily outnumber the rest of our nations combined? None of our nations can even come close to the amount of influence you wield. What does inflexible economy actually mean, and how does it actually act as a detrimental factor? I’ve never heard of an “inflexible” economy. Do you mean a state run, centrally planned economy, or is your economy somehow weakened in another way?

Your other disadvantage is “Largely stigmatized as violent supremacists.” But consider this; as you are easily 3 times the size of the rest of these RP nations, this doesn’t even matter, because if we were to unite, we still couldn’t dent you, so what’s the point? Why does it matter if you’re characterized as bloodthirsty brutes, if its the truth, and if we can’t do a single thing about it? I’m sorry, but I would personally like to see a nation with more balance, though I do admire and love your military design, and can see you’ve put lots of work into it. Kudos to you.

Also, you have 10 planets/ moons. How do you fit 1 trillion people onto a planet? This leads me to believe that you might have meant 10 billion, as opposed to 10 trillion? In which case, my whole block of text above is invalid, and I would have no further objections. And of course, I personally would love to expand my population into the trillions myself, but considering that the average population in this RP is around the 30 billion mark or so, that wouldn't be very fair.

Idea for RP: Induced supernova to counter Damballah.

The Great Swarm gathers enough souls in one place and begins converting them at once, drumming up a suddenly massive clot of consciousness in the hopes of awaking Damballah and coaxing him through a specialized wormhole in order to begin the Age-of-Dusk. Supernova or some other big, shiny doom weapon is used to disrupt the ritual half way, closing the wormhole. It isn't closed in time to fully prevent the ritual, however, and a tiny fraction of Damballah escapes into the galaxy and promptly carves through the local area and disappears into the darkness of the galaxy, to be used as a plot device in later RP's.
