Mr. Chang is the epitome of the principle that the pen is mightier than the sword. He might offer you autographed copies of his novels, The Geese in Winter and The Geese Remain but he probably wouldn't know what a gun was if he saw one.

P.S. I have been informed that Mr. Chang has retired and has been replaced as Prime Minister by former Foreign Minister Harlan Escrow. While Mr. Escrow is not exactly a man of letters, he shares Mr. Chang's disdain for weapons. The question is still: What on earth would a Fatatatutian civilian need a weapon for?

However, Pappa also has the black belt in Karate and thus his hands are also weapons of destruction but also bringers of pleasure and joy.
