1. You need to be on here more than 3 months and have more than 200 posts (exceptions include puppets of nations with a higher count or DEATed nations)
2. The default flags cannot be used.
3. The maximum is 30 armed guards, and 60 service staff (exceptions to those TGed in which case they have a higher limit)
4. No tanks please. Armored vehicles are allowed, but they cannot be armed. Our transport network is also designed with SUVs and large vehicles in mind.
5. Civilian helicopters are allowed anywhere except prohibited. But military helicopters are off limits except to those TGed.
6. Consulates can be established anywhere, but they cannot have more than 5 armed guards and 20 service staff.
Also note that embassies and consulates are still legally on the soil of the host nation (i.e., they are not the sovereign territory of the native nation) but the host nation's laws generally do not apply. However, we can only enter your embassy with permission unless if the War Measures Act is invoked or permission is given from the President.
