I think I am in the Caribbean. They drive on the left here, and the fact that Chile drives on the right would suggest that the rest of the South American continent does so as well. Additionally, I would assume that - due to them driving on the left - this is somewhere with British influences. As the area seems to be fairly mountainous, I'm going to go with Jamaica until further evidence presents itself.
