General Robert arrived at the Airport. He stepped off the plane followed by five guards armed with heavy weaponry. He had just received a call in which Pongol entered another military conflict in Sturmia. Which infuriated him as he preferred conflict to be solved diplomatically. He was greeted and entered the transport vehicle. He lit a cigar and stared out the window of the car. "Tell me how is it that a man can cause such terror in a country with so much defense spending such as Rohamistan? That I do not understand." He questioned. It truly confused him as to how it was possible.

To: Government of Rohamistan Subject: High Noble Encryption: Tier One: Confidential From: Scott Mitchell, Secretary of Defense of the AAS, 1400 Pentagon Pedestrian Tunnel, Washington, DC, Allied States Greetings, We have recently been notified of the situation regarding the recent bombing attacks in the city of Rehran believed to have been operated by the terrorist group previously headed by Hassan Molavi, who is currently in your custody. As such, initial response is to authorize the Allied States Agency for International Development to transfer funds and supplies to the Supreme Kingdom in order to give all assistance possible to both the government and the people of Rohamistan. However, the State Department is also greatly worried of the status of the Allied States’ embassy in the region. As such, the Pentagon has organized the 1st Battalion, 2nd Marines, Companies Able, Castle, Diamond, Explorer, and Fox to assist the Rohamistan government in maintaining peace and order within the nation, primarily in Rehran, while 1st Battalion, 2nd Marines, Bravo Company moves to relieve American troops at the embassy. We request a rapid reply, as these forces are already being deployed to the region and should arrive within forty-eight hours. We hope to hear from you soon. Xanixi wrote:1545 hours | Dr. Phyllis D. Serrano, Allied States Embassy, Rohamistan | Rehran, RohamistanPhyllis ran into the security room, watching as eight soldiers of the FEDS stood near the doors, tightly holding their MP6s. Their eyes scrolled outside the acrylic glass windows, scanning the roads below. Off in the distance, the noise of multiple explosions echoed, screams emerging as the flames rose. This was something with which Phyllis had absolutely no experience. Before this, she’d been an aerospace engineer, specializing in mathematics and science, and even now, was a diplomatic officer. In no way had she ever imagined she’d be in the middle of what she would consider a warzone.
“Ma’am!” one of the soldiers, Sergeant Wescott, yelled. He tugged at her right arm rapidly and pulled her aside. “We must get to the security bunker, ma’am!” Without a response, Wescott dragged her off, racing behind the other diplomatic officials that had served in the embassy. At the front stood corporals Morrison and Douglas, leading the group to the security station underneath the embassy. Surrounded by thick layers of stainless steel, it could resist the impact shot of a rocket-propelled grenade. It was likely among the safest places in the city from the bombs, along with similar defensive installations in other foreign facilities, as well as Rohamistan’s leadership defenses.
As they raced into the room, only two troopers entered. Two more guarded the front door while the remaining four stationed themselves around the embassy to defend as best they could. There wasn’t any doubt; they were seriously outnumbered, if they assaulted the embassy, and were spread far too thin. The best they could hope was to guard the perimeter of the facility and hope that law enforcement arrived on time to reinforce.
Phyllis shook her head as she looked around. The small spaces of the room annoyed her, but she had no choice. She was stuck here until the FEDS troopers outside determined that the facility was secured from any incursions.
Quietly, her mind began to roam in circles with thoughts. “Who is it?” she asked. “Why are they doing this? What purpose would this attack fulfill?” No answers came to mind, and so she prioritized; she had to focus on what was immediately important, and right now that was ensuring that her personnel were safe.
Turning around, she began to count in her head as she moved over people’s faces with her finger. “Twenty eight,” she said to herself. “All twenty six of us plus the two FEDS guys.” She counted twice more, all twenty eight in the bunker, to make sure that she hadn’t counted incorrectly. On her third time, one of the soldiers came and tapped her shoulder, “Ma’am, we’ve counted six times. All twenty eight of us are here. I suggest you take a rest. We may be here a while.”
Nodding, she moved over to one of the four “lounge” rooms, where chairs were laid out for the personnel. The Diplomatic Corps had the idea that, in such a situation, the number one priority was to get the diplomatic figures calm. Giving them chairs to sit on and enough comfort to sleep would do the trick.
Phyllis sat down on the one labeled “Ambassador”. As she made contact, she seemingly bounced on the chair’s fluffy cushions. She moved around until she’d reached a comfortable spot and laid her head back. With a single flicker of her eyes, her thoughts fell into the deep, dark abyss of slumber.1600 hours | General McCloud, 88th Army, Allied States Marine Corps | Marine Corps Base HawaiiAs General McCloud pushed the doors wide open, his throat rumbled with the barked order of, “Give me a sitrep, Marines!” One of the operators abruptly rolled his chair back, stood up, and saluted t his commanding officer. The insignia of the Lance Corporal was sewn into his shoulder, the patch hanging from its threads tightly. Urgently searching for the report, McCloud barely pronounced, “At ease, marine,” and yanked the report from his sweating hands.
The lance corporal returned to his desk as McCloud read the report. “Several car bomb detonated in the streets of Rehran, threatening the civilian population of the area. Rohamistan government has taken precautions to defend its highest echelons of government. First Encounter Defense Service has taken additional precautions to protect Allied States mission to Rohamistan.” That was the important part. To McCloud, the remainder of the report was like unnecessary Christmas decorations. The general hardly cared for how the Rohamistan government was reacting so long as the ambassador was protected. His unit had been given the responsibility to defend the mission to Rohamistan, and should something go wrong, his marines would deploy. Most of the time, the Pentagon would go running to the respective nation asking for permission to land, but he’d been given this responsibility before, and he’d technically invaded foreign territory, seeing as the Pentagon hadn’t gotten authorization before the marines arrived.
Immediately calling the lance corporal once more, he asked in an aggressive tone, “What’s the status of the Pentagon’s request?!”
“Sir,” the soldier began to reply, “Pentagon has asked for permission to deploy marines to Rohamistan. Basic plans indicate we’re to deploy a maximum of six companies to both relieve American troops at the embassy and to assist Rohamistan in fixing the mess.”
“Roger that,” McCloud replied. “Gather the Major Generals and notify the Navy. I want my unit launched now!”1630 hours | Captain Stockton, 88th Army, 1st Corps, 2nd MEF, 1st MEB, 2nd MEU, 1st Battalion, Bravo Company 1-1 | MCB Hawaii“ATTEN-SHUN!” Captain Stockton yelled as he entered his barracks. A hundred marines jumped from their asses and clapped their fists to their thighs. Bravo Company, one of the best in the 2nd MEU, stood firm in front of its commanding officer. Stockton looked around for a moment, observing his marines, then nodded.
“All right, marines,” he started, “here’s the situation. Terrorists in the Supreme Kingdom of Rohamistan detonated car bombs today in the capital city of Rehran. Exact civilian casualties are unknown at this time, but the amount of chaos that has unraveled in the city calls upon the Allied States Marines to move in and set order. But that’s not us, Marines. That’s for Able, Castle, all the way down to Fox Company. Not Bravo. Not us. Bravo Company, Marines, is moving in to secure the area around the Allied States Embassy. These buggers are putting a serious threat on the safety of American diplomatic figures in the area, Marines, so get your guns good and ready, because once we launch, we’ll be sticking our boots on Rohamistanian soil in forty-eight hours.”
The marines stood firm, not speaking a word. They all knew the captain, and knew he wasn’t done.

1400 Pentagon Pedestrian Tunnel,
Washington, DC, Allied StatesGreetings,
We have recently been notified of the situation regarding the recent bombing attacks in the city of Rehran believed to have been operated by the terrorist group previously headed by Hassan Molavi, who is currently in your custody.
We hope to hear from you soon.(Image)
