Like the different Orders. I read the OP and it didn't say anything about orders.
Also, what's been happening, so that I can catch up?Olthar wrote:Just read through the OP and check out some other people's apps for examples.
Darn, more reading!

I left the Orders up to the players. You can make your own, say that you joined the Phantom Blade or ask someone else if it's okay to use their Orders in your backstory.
As for a summary, I'll get to it.

Wolf committed blasphemy and heresy against the Sworn Oath. It'd be like walking up to Spanish Inquisitors and calling the Pope an asshole. They're not going to like that very much.

They were getting overwhelmed though, so Arcadius used the Magical Spell of Plot Advancement to help everyone get the hell away from there.
After that, Rin joined the party and everyone had dinner and told stories around a campfire.
Next day (Planetary time), they started walkin' again, and met some giants. The giants claimed to have the clue and send the group on an errand towards a cave. The group went, and they're currently fighting a mage inside the cave.
That's pretty much it.

Individuality-ness wrote:Is this better?Name: Holly Serow Koboi
Age: 100
Gender: Female
Appearance: Holly
Class: Mage
Personality:
She is seductive, outspoken, friendly, fun, determined, and someone who will NOT let injustice lie. She’s also rash, slightly irrational when she’s pushed to her limits, and she dislikes being told what to do. A fiery one.
In other news, she likes sex and she likes girls.
Skills/Knowledge:
Fire-bending – she has the ability to induce fire and to make fire do what she wants it to do. She’s also quite immune to fire damage, due to her abilities to bend this force of nature to her will. Her most powerful ability would be to rain fire on people; this takes up a large amount of energy though.
Healing – she can heal herself with a thought, others if she touches them. Small cuts and bruises are gone in three seconds, larger cuts and bruises within five minutes, serious wounds like a gash take about thirty minutes, amputated limbs and other serious things like that take a few hours, depending on how serious it was. She can’t do anything if it’s a comatose person or if it’s serious mental trauma however.
Charisma – she can easily convince someone to do what she wants... or almost anything, although with her looks it makes it so much easier. And she does so with glee.
She also has bioengineering skills from having worked at her parents’ labs when she was younger.
Strengths:
She’s quite intelligent and very pretty. She trusts her gut instincts, which often leads to unorthodox solutions.
Weaknesses:
She likes the sex a little bit too much… also, she’s not exactly the most level-headed person around, so sometimes she does things like set herself on fire or send fiery hail upon people. She loves people way too much; her heart keeps her from being heartless, but it keeps her from taking what would seem to be the most tactical solution in battle.
Bio:
Holly – named because of her auburn hair and her green/hazel eyes – born to Coral and Az Koboi of the Order of the Emerald Isles on the month of Kalibras. Her Order consisted of mainly Knights, although they tolerated her parents’ bioengineering labs as long as they didn’t blow anything up or whatever.
As a young child, she was often found to be around the labs, watching how the workers installed nanotech into DNA and giving these cells the gift of magic. Everyone around the labs knew her as Miss Koboi, and they let her wander around, while most other people would have been kicked out of the labs.
What she didn’t know was that she herself was one of the bioengineered, made so that she could help out around the labs and otherwise becoming a sort of test case for a new technology that they developed – and that her growth was being watched by scientists.
Her fire-bending abilities were discovered when another child provoked her, insulting her parents. In anger, she conjured fire from the sky and sent the child to hospital with third degree burns (and accidentally set the Cathedral on fire). After using that spell for the first time, Holly collapsed from exhaustion – it used up a large amount of her power, and she needed to rest to replenish it.
Her family and their family business were soon kicked out of their Order due to the damage that they caused to the Cathedral. The workers at the labs, loyal to the Kobois, followed them and together, they founded the Order of the Leprechauns, complete with a Cathedral (which was fire-proof this time).
She became a full member of the Order of the Leprechauns when she was 80, working in the labs and helping out. She was quite happy there, until ten years later, when she came across a file with her name on it as she was preparing to file paperwork. Curious, she started flipping through these files… and noticed that they mainly consisted of details of her growth and her development. Eventually she came up to a lab order, in which a child that matched her description was ordered to be created – redheaded, hazel-eyed, fire-bending, and all – labeled TEST CASE.
Coming to the realization that she was just an experiment, she dropped the files in horror. Confronting her parents later that night, they admitted the truth. Angry that such a secret had been hidden from her for so long, she conjured fire in her hands and threatened to burn down the labs until she was released. In fright, her parents allowed her to do so, and soon enough, she was on her own, wandering around for years.
She came across the quest for the Lost Chalice during her travels, and decided that she would set out and find it herself. At this point, she didn’t trust anyone else telling her what to do, fearing that they would manipulate her and make her an experiment once again.
About the Order of the Leprechauns: this basically consists of the Kobois and their bioengineering company, Koboi Industries, as well as Koboi workers and creations. Full members of the Order are those who work for the company and are investors, otherwise everyone else is considered to be a secondary member.
Equipment:
- A staff tipped with a very large red orb.
- This pendant, but with a ruby center. Serves as a shield generator.
- This robe, in a black color, with a red ribbon to tie it all together.
- Simple black flats.
Additional Information: Not that I know of.

Also, uh, if she's looking for the Chalice by herself, she wouldn' really have any leads. But I can work you in anyway.

Yeah. Her parents made her pretty powerful... plus, to be fair, she wasn't that far from the Cathedral when it happened.
No, she won't, but she's pretty bright. She trusts her gut instincts a lot more.

That's kind of... Extreme. In all honesty I wouldn't let you do that if you tried. Just putting that out there.
Alright, I'll see how to work you in later.
