This thread is for post that can link to other threads of mine so that it does not clutter up other threads. I have this thread because I am very OCD about the formatting of my threads and I need this to post information that is linked per individual posts to other threads. I ask very respectfully that this thread is not locked, deleted, or merged with any other. Thank you.

Total Personnel: 7,750

The Army of House Florencio is a senior household force that has been in formation since medieval times. Formally the household army of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Army of House Florencio followed its household Lords to North Africa where they greatly reduced in number during their exile there after the fall of the Grand Duchy. During this time it only acted as the personnel bodyguards of one of the richest houses in Helissa.

Today the Army of House Florencio has been reformed to include many more soldiers in an effort to reclaim Luxembourg which is no in anarchy since the fall of many of its European overlords. House Florencio has been reinstated by the King of Helissa as the rulers of Luxembourg. Lord Adrian has been diligently constructing a force that is both effective and lethal with some of the most advanced technology available to him.

Personnel:

Most members of this household force are descendants of the original immigrants from Luxembourg, however others are ex and current soldiers that have pledged their loyalty to House Florencio with the hope of creating a new life in Luxembourg once it is reclaimed. Soldiers in the service to this house undergo extra training with experienced combat veterans to gain an extra advantage in conflict. In retrospect to regular Helissan forces this makes them considered elite forces within the assets of the King.

Nubalus Type 1: Cataphract High Mobility Vehicle

Image, Type 1

The Cataphract HMV is a multi-terrain, versatile light military utility vehicle that is capable of operating in may theaters under many different weather conditions that are applicable to military operation in a light infantry setting. It has been designed and built by Nubalus Motors for the Armed Forces of the Crown of Helissa for use in both European flat-lands and the desert of Algeria. It is revolutionary for being one of the first military utility vehicles powered purely by hydrogen fuel cells.

The Cataphract HMV is capable of carrying up to ten soldiers including the driver and gunner for transportation operations. The Cataphract is also mildly amphibious capable of crossing steady rivers and small lakes, however it can not take large currents.

One of the first assignments for the Cataphract HMV will be in the central Libya where continuing fighting with Berber resistance groups has inflamed a region that previously had been one of the most peaceful de-nationalized areas in the world. Constant improvised explosive devices have been hitting the Helissan soldiers hard as they continue to move through the Sahara.

The Cataphract HMV will replace an aging fleet of Russian GAZ-3937 that were provided by the Russian Union state during the expansion of 2012. The Cataphract being much more advanced that the GAZ will provide greater protection for soldiers in the field from explosions next to, and even under the vehicle. The seeing-glass system mounted on top of the HMV also eliminating the need for the gunner to be exposed to the outside.

Development:

The foreseen need for a new high mobility vehicle came when the expansion of the Kingdom of Helissa first began on the northern Algerian coast. Many older trucks such as the Volkswagon and then the GAZ donated by the Russion Union state were being destroyed easily by Berber rockets and roadside bombs.

The research into a new HMV was then started to curb the deaths caused by the above. And after the King's address on a new Hydrgoen economy it was foreseen that the new HMV would need to run on fuel cells. Nubulas Motors was employed to develop the HMV and from then on they worked directly with the Ministry of War in its development.

Design:

Designed to withstand multiple terrain types it was developed around the standard squad sized element in the Helissan Army. Able to withstand extreme temperature changes that are sometime seen in the north African coast the Cataphract is far more versatile then the GAZ.

The Cataphract can be converted from standard troop carrier, to ambulance, command vehicle, to engineering specialty vehicle. These many variants were a request from the Ministry of war to cut cost on producing even more designs for multiple vehicle beds.

Features:

The Cataphract employs a special V chassis design the allows for any explosions that occur under the chassis of the vehicle to force the pressure outward instead of up, possibly saving the lives of the passengers. Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene armor plating- the strongest material available for armor- dominates the outside of the frame on all of the doors, roof, and engine block. A fully automated transmission system and anti-lock breaks allows for the driver to concentrate on the road and driving.

Eight wheels are featured on the front and back (four each) giving the HMV greater grip on the road. It is powered by the 7.2 L Nubalus Super Successor Hydrogen Fuel Cell Engine. The HMV itself can get up to eighty miles an hour on the highway, and sixty off road through difficult terrain. An angle of 50 degrees can be traversed going up or down hill.

Armaments:

QM22 Looking-Glass System

Armed with a Quartermaster 22 "Looking-glass" remote controlled gun system that can sport either a 7.62 machine gun, grenade launcher, anti-tank missile, or .50 caliber machine gun the Cataphract is able to put a variety of rounds down range in defense or offensive missions. The Cataphract also features four chaff dispensers.

Variants:
Type 1 V1: Basic Infantry Model with changes in the Looking-Glass System to use Grenade Launcher, .50 Cal, or LMG.
Type 1 EN: Engineer variant with a double plated undercarriage, hook ups for anti mine rake on front of truck, and an extending arm with camera to identify objects on outside and move them without dismount.
Type 1 MED: Ambulance version with rear cabin of vehicle modified for medical use. Able to carry 4 stretchers with medics inside.
Type 1 COM: Command variant with cabin redeveloped to allow communications techs to man computers. Fixed with communications disk on top.
Type 1 ADA: Air Defense Variant with no passenger capacity but has a double box anti-aircraft missile system fixed to top, with capacity for four reloads to be carried.

Stats:
    Country: Helissa
    Crew: 10
    Introduced: 2013
    Length: 7.30 Meters
    Height: 2.76 Meters
    Width: 2.50 Meters

QM1A1 Grinder, Assault Rifle

The QM1A1 is a selective fire, gas operated assault rifle. Designed by Quartermaster for service in the Armed Forces of the Crown to replace its aging stock of Belgium FN FAL that have been in all branches of service for over thirty years. It is a bullpup design that has been featured on many other successful European assault rifles to this day.

Development began in 2003 when the Ministry of War order a program of replacement rifles to be designed in hopes of soon phasing out the older FN FALs. This program was given a very large budget and invited several domestic arms manufacturers from around Helissa in hopes of making production of the weapon a domestic affair. Out of the twenty companies that began in the program only five designs were kept after the third round of eliminations. These five designs were given funds to make an actual working prototype of their weapons.

By this time Helissa was in the beginning stages of its expansion on the North African Coast. The Russian Union State had given the small nation a large supply of weapons to include the AN-94 a more modern assault rifle that replaced the FN FAL nicely within the ranks of regular forces. The program for the new assault rifle was then delayed as need for it soon diminished, but after a few months of field use of the AN-94 problems and complaints from the ranks arose. It was too long, making CQB hard on the Helissan Infantrymen. Aside from that finding replacement parts was hard as they had to be ordered from foreign suppliers. At this time the program to build a Helissan Assault rifle was resumed.

The Grinder was the only bullpup designed rifle in the running at this time and was showing very long strides against its competitors. It also was only one of two rifles that chambered the 7.62mm NATO round which gave it much more stopping power. In the end after many trials and field uses the Grinder was chosen over all the rest.

Features:

The Grinder is a bullpup layout with the grip and trigger forward of the magazine. This layout is advantageous because it allows for a longer barrel to be used while not increasing the length of the gun. This makes the Grinder a shorter than a carbine but as accurate as an assault rifle that can be used in many different environments.

The selective fire options on the Grinder are safe, semi, and burst. The selector switch is ambidextrous, with levers on the right and left side. It has a slotted flash suppressor at the end of the barrel that eliminates excessive flash when the weapon is fired. It uses the standard FN FAL magazine which was chosen due to its widespread usage already in the AFotC, this carries 20 7.62mm NATO rounds. A bayonet can also be attached to the front of the weapon.

The Standard Grinder is issued with a attachable cheek rest, flash suppressor, a blank fire adapter, cleaning kit, bayonet, and a sling. A Picatinny rail runs along the length of the top of the weapon, and the length of the hand guard on the sides and bottom grips. From there any accessories the user would like to use: scopes, sights, lights, lasers, can be mounted. A 40mm grenade launcher can be mounted on the bottom grip as well.

Variants:
QM1A1: Standard Variant
QM1 Para: Paratrooper Variant with foldable stock.
QM1DMI: Designated Marksmen Variant with 575mm barrel.

Stat Block:

Country: Helissa
Designed: Quartermaster, 2002
Weight: 4.1 Kg
Length: 770mm
Barrel Length: 540mm
Cartridge: 7.62mm NATO
Actions: Gas operated, rotating bolt
Rate of Fire: 800 RPM
Muzzle Velocity: 850 m/s
Effective Range: 620 m
Feed System: 20-Round Detachable Mag

Tresene Aero TA11 Series

TA11 Turbo, and TA11 Jet Image

One of the first hydrogen aircraft produced by Tresene Aero the TA11 is a revolutionary design that comes in either a twin turbo-prop version (the TA11 Turbo) or a twin jet engine version (the TA11 Jet). It is specifically designed to be a passenger aircraft but many variants exist making it a versatile military aircraft capable of preforming several different missions.

It is manufactured at Tresene Aero's facilities in Tunis, Mytarca where the fuselage is manufactured and assembled with the wings and engines. It features either twin Nubulas N023 Turbo-Prop Engines or twin Nubulas N450 Turbofan engines developed by Tresene Aero's sister company Nubulas Mortars. For use as an airliner it can service regions such as the Northern African coast and be compatible with the usual inhospitable dust storms that wreak havoc on many aircraft engines.

As a passenger airliner the TA11 can carry up to 100 passengers in a mixed two class cabin in the 100 series of the aircraft and 140 passengers in a mixed two class cabin in the 200 series of the aircraft. This seating arrangements gives the passengers comfort as well as provides the airlines with a variety of options as far as cabin configurations.

The Armed Forces of the Crown of Helissa have put much money into the aircraft for it to be designed as a variant as either an electronic warfare aircraft or airborne early warning and control aircraft. These significant investments by the AFoTC have allowed for Tresene Aero, Nubulas Mortars, and Casandaia Dynamics to develop a state of the air aircraft capable of flying in many different battle spaces giving the commanders choice data to make large strategic decisions.

Prototypes were made in early 2011 and flown as late as 2012. No significant incidents occurred with these prototypes and after further design enhancements were made the TA11 was put fourth to production for several buyers including King Nikifor Airlines, the Royal Army Air Force, and the Royal Marine.
