THE HOLY EMPIRE WC 62 SQUAD

While the nation took a long break between WCs 7 and 25, the Holy Empire is proud to be the last currently active nation to have participated in WC1.

Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Tzimisces D'ree-m'relm wgah'nagl fhtagn

OOC - My RP time will likely be limited this Cup through to the 13th of January due to RL commitments. Those of you who recognise the above quote will no doubt know the vague direction I hope to go when I do have the time.

But summed up... There are Tzimisces cultists in Ordinary Reality; however, Tzimisces himself is totally uninvolved with the cult - indeed is actively trying to destroy it. Not just because it might sully his good name, but because it's being manipulated by Powers that Men (or women, or ursines, or robots, or spirits from the Uncertain Realms) Are Not Supposed to Know for their own dark purposes. The WC62-winning squad are also crack SBIS agents who are attempting to hunt down the Tzimisces cult under cover of the World Cup qualifiers.

The Powers that Men Are Not Supposed to Know will - unsurprisingly - be lifted straight from the Cthulhu mythos, and when I have the time, I hope to RP in purple Lovecraftian prose.

If anyone else wants to join in by having the Holy Empire's squad surreptitiously (and all action should be highly secret and covert so it can be plausibly denied / totally ignored by other nations, as appropriate) confront the Thousand Young of Shub-Niggurath in their nation - regardless of whether they're in my group or not - they're welcome to do so without my further input.

Goal:
Alexius Ducaso [cap]

Defence:
Michael Glycaso
Miguel Chrysoberges
Theodore Mangaphaso

Midfield:
Carlos Stilbes
John Lascaro
Demetrius Comneno-Ducaso
Juan Andres Tornikes
Nicholas Myrepsuso

Forwards:
Alexius Philanthropenuso
Alejandro Vatatzes

Subs:
GK: Manuel Comneno
Def: John Palaeologo
Mid: Fabricio Planudes; Andronicus Angeluso
For: Constantine Phocaso-Lascaruso

Coaches:

The team coach remains World Cup Hall of Fame legend Juan Tzimisces.

The assistant coach is Starblaydi World Cup Hall of Fame legend Simeone Di Bradini.

The Holy Empire always registers the coaches as players, just in case.

Kit
The squad will wear the famous Imperial Gold and Red, as worn by the Holy Empire since WC1 (home left, change/away right)

Image

Ground
Home matches take place in the jewel-encrusted and gold and platinum-domed Imperial Hippodrome.

Style Modifiers / formation
Frosty football is attacking football. The Holy Empire always plays a 3-5-2 formation using overlapping wingers that turns into 3-3-4 on the counterattack.

OOC'ly, the team uses the maximum attacking style modifier permitted by each cup's hosts.

RP instructions:
Except as described below, knock yourselves out - creative RP is encouraged.

Please remember that the basic rules for travel to the Archregimancy [see above] also apply to the Holy Empire - you'll need someone to build a portal for you, you can't just fly/walk/drive there. If you want to deal with the malleable reality and non-linear time elements of the Dreamed Realm, and have no prior experience of these, it's probably best to check with me first.

Only I can decide if and when I might choose to field the coaches as players; please don't do this unilaterally.
Τί ἐστιν ἀλήθεια?

Legalese National Team Roster for World Cup 63
The Legal Eagles return again, hoping to make it through once again, and maybe gets somewhere if they do succeed in qualifying. Of course, there's a few other AO sides that might have something to say about it, including the vexing Sylvanae...

(The Usual) Starters:
First-time starters in italics

K: 1 – Tarquin Waldrop, 22, Myre Town
D: 2 – Joe Ellsworth, 29, The Knights of Tiberia
D: 3 - Liam Todd, 29, Argyle Warriors
D: 4 – Phil Livingston (C), 32, Cragland Climbers
M: 5 - Sam Washington, 27, Bob's Towing
M: 6 – Jack Wayne, 27, Brecorn City
M: 7 - Monte Kelshimer, 28, Tiberian City
M: 8 - Lane Wilson, 22, LC Capitals
F: 9 - Xavier Boyle, 22, Bob’s Towing
F: 10 - Jimmy Jay, 28, Bob's Towing
F: 11 - Kelvin Bassford, 29, Draig Goch FC

Reserves:
F: 12 - Garry Maharry, 31, Bob's Towing
D: 13 – Kenny Stroud, 21, International of Tyrellia
M: 14 - Slade Brahm, 19, Draig Goch FC
D: 15 – Cordell Wyman, 21, Francis City
M: 16 – Archie Sanroman, 33, Draig Goch FC
F: 17 - Blake Moor, 18, Argyle Warriors (loaned from LC Capitals)
D: 18 - Dwight Marcus, 23, Rhinos
M: 19 – Ty Henderson, 24, Tiberian City
M: 20 – Titus Armistead, 22, The Knights of Tiberia
M: 21 – Sherwood Hendry, 23, Ellentown Exempts
K: 22 - Noah Simpkin, 18, Rhinos

Manager: Hamish McKinley, 35: McKinley turned to managing fifteen years ago, after an injury during a trial with Bob's Towing effectively ended his chance at a footballing career. He has previously served as an assistant to Gabe Cushing, first joining the NT eight years ago. One can expect him to run the ship similarly to his mentor and predecessor, however the team's performances in the two AOCAFs under McKinley (36 and 38, respectively) may lead to some non-Queendom-related fear to the punters. Adding to the concern is Hamish's choice for an assistant.

Assistant Manager: Stan Thate, 34: Stan, previously the NT keeper, had the fortune of participating in multiple qualifying runs and a World Cup finals appearance as a starter; one would say "fortune" with him, for, as even he might begrudginly admit, Stan was not always playing at an international level. After spending the previous campaign on the bench as Tarquin's backup, Stan played a role in developing his younger protege, prompting Hamish to offer him the assistant's job. In the case of emergency, Stan is registered with kit number 23 to stand in the net, however this option is one that Hamish hopes he doesn't need to consider.

Other Notes:
Legalese will play with a +3 Style Modifier - aggressive, but not too over the top.
RP Permissions: as now usual, you are permitted to apply any and all RP permissions that you have posted for yourself to my side, if you have posted first - this also includes the clause that if you've not posted a roster and/or permissions, you shalt not be permitted a damn thing, and that you keep all ejections/injuries/deaths to a reasonable amount.

Oh, and Gamma Apparel has been arsed enough to make a new set of kits for the NT, which follow below:
Image
Host/Co-Host of:
World Cup XXII and LXVIII
Cup of Harmony XI and XIII
Baptism of Fire IX, XIV, XV, XVI, XLII, LII
The Inaugural CAFA Cup
AOCAF Cup V and XXXIV

Winner of Cup of Harmony 55 and Jeremy Jaffacake Jamboree II
Anaia: Like all the best ideas, this is moving from "lampoon" to
"take seriously" rather quickly

A roster detailing the members of the
Kiryu-shi National Football Team,
The Kiri (桐),
for competition in the
63rd edition of the World Cup
submitted for the benefit of potential rivals and interested parties.

Coaching Staff
J.J. Erickson (Head Coach) --- Age: 37
While Erickson was never a dominant player on the pitch, and although injuries derailed his playing career early on, he has made a name for himself as Kiryu-shi’s finest football tactician. While navigating the delicate webs of Kiryu-shi governance throughout stays at Sakaino University and Kasakake University, he was given full control of the Kiryu-shi national football program following a relatively successful stint as one of the co-coaches of the national team four years ago. While his tenure has not been uniformly successful, as coaches that he appointed did not match expectations in the intervening Di Bradini Cup or the AOCAF, Erickson himself will lead the Kiryu-shi squad for the duration of World Cup Qualifications.

While Erickson himself performs a slightly more offensive style of play predicated around possessing the ball and creating virtual set plays on the pitch, favoring long passes targeted towards intricately placed forwards around the goal, he has adapted to this set of players and committed towards developing one of the best defensive teams in the world. Following a completely scoreless run in the World Cup four years ago, Erickson has recommitted Kiryu-shi football to developing a defense that should intimidate all challengers. While his defensive tactics are nothing extraordinary, Erickson has gained a reputation for incredible one-on-one coaching ability, and under his attention, each of the Kiryu-shi defenders have blossomed. While detractors will say that the direction of the Kiryu-shi national football program under Erickson has meant that the offensive playmaking ability has suffered, Erickson’s coaching directly reflects Kiryu-shi domestic football, which tends to be extremely low-scoring.

Personally, Erickson is soft-spoken and almost demure in his interactions. He is not an enthusiastic, outspoken leader, preferring a cautious, calm approach. He commands respect relatively well, but will never win any kind struggle based on intimidation. While this personality allowed him to be incredibly successful at the Under-21 level, as he coached Kiryu-shi to a championship at the 24th Di Bradini Cup, it remains to be seen how he will manage on a bigger stage with more prestigious players.

Kayla Sasaki (Assistant Coach) --- Age: 25
Sasaki grew up as an academic superstar, graduating from University at age 13 with degrees in Astrophysics and Molecular Biology. However, with the eyes of a nation upon her, she suffered a mental breakdown over the next few years. She emerged four years ago with a popular blog following the tactics of the Kiryu-shi national football team, as she apparently had grown interested in the unpredictability of football; how upsets occurred with seemingly no precedent or clear reason. When her blog attracted the attention of J.J. Erickson, he immediately wanted to meet with her to discuss her ideas on football tactics, which she had grown to appreciate. From their meeting four years ago, Sasaki has grown to become one of Erickson’s most trusted employees, and was selected to assist the management of the national team as well as coordinate the attacking tactics.

As a coach, her lack of experience hinders her from gaining full trust and respect from her players, but she has demonstrated a fine understanding of how to maximize opportunities to score goals in limited opportunities. She favors long passes, citing fewer variables, and high-percentage shots. While she has a clear philosophy behind her actions as a coach, it will be interesting to see if her approach will be fruitful on this defense-oriented team.

GK
Megumi Harris (#1) --- Age: 22
Coming from the prestigious Sakaino University, Megumi Harris represents the finest keeping talent ever developed by the prestigious Kiryu-shi university system. While young and relatively raw, Megumi has started for several years for the league-champion Sakaino University senior squad, and is one of the most athletically gifted players in the nation. While she was one of the leaders of the Di Bradini Cup 24 Championship squad at only 17 years of age, she has struggled in recent international tournaments, as she still is struggling with keeping her focus on cutting down angles for opposing forwards. While she also struggles with balls in the air, she is incredibly athletic and is able to make acrobatic saves even when caught out of position. This will be her first time starting in World Cup Qualifiers.

DF
Lilly Yume (#14) --- Age: 25
One of the stars of the Kiryu-shi system, Lilly Yume will captain the Kiryu-shi squad as she has grown into the most prodigious defenders in Kiryu-shi football. She combines a rare mix of top class speed and incredible maturity, and while she was still raw and inexperienced four years ago, she has grown to become one of the most dominant footballers in Kiryu-shi. She will be challenged to live up to the expectations that she set for herself captaining the squad for the 24th Di Bradini Cup, when she led the team to a championship. She will be asked to command the center of the Kiryu-shi defense, which should be one of the most formidable in the world.

Hikari Takenomi (#3) --- Age: 25
Takenomi has grown into her own, overcoming the shadow of her brother, veteran defender Kenta Takenomi. While she isn’t on par with Yume as an athletic player, she is a hard tackler with natural instincts and good speed on the back line. Her experience playing with Yume in several international tournaments should ease her transition into a starting role on the World Cup squad. While she is fast and a good tackler, she can be prone to overcommitting and letting talented attackers get around her.

Rebecca Hamilton (#4) --- Age: 35
Rebecca Hamilton is the longest tenured player on the Kiri, and remains one of the most technically skilled players in the nation, showing an incredible ability to control any ball at first touch. She is able, generally, to take a ball away from attackers with seemingly no effort, and when she can be coaxed into helping with counter-attacks, she is often able to move past multiple opposing defenders. While her athleticism has diminished with her age, she will be an integral part of the Kiryu-shi defense, helping the inexperience around her as she will be asked to solidify the back line and provide veteran leadership on the pitch.

Jasper Keith (#25) --- Age: 22
Rounding out the defense is Keith, an incredibly intelligent defender who was one of the few bright spots on the most recent Di Bradini side. While he doesn’t have the pure speed or size of a dominant wing back, his reliable positioning and his ability to diagnose and break down opposing attacks proves useful at the international level. While he will not be able to stand up to talented international wingers one-on-one, he can be a useful member of the defense, as long as he isn’t asked to do too much.

MF
Will Feingold (#2) --- Age: 34
Will Feingold is one of the other members of the old guard of Kiryu-shi football, and he will remain in a familiar position in the defensive midfield. He was one of the driving forces behind last team’s dominant defense, making a series of critical plays to keep the opponents completely off the scoreboard in the World Cup proper. With his age, the plan is to keep him primarily in the defensive side of the pitch. As he has made it clear that he is retiring at the end of this cycle, look for him to put it all on the pitch to get to the World Cup one last time.

Bernice Pitri (#35) --- Age: 24 --- Aioi University
Another defensive midfielder, Pitri is a temperamental player, and can be very effective interrupting attacking players. Her biggest weakness is her tendency to overcommit and let people get past her, but that aggressiveness is what can make her an imposing player to get close to. While she was successful as the only starting defensive midfielder in the 24th Di Bradini Cup, she will play a complimentary role this year, as she will help Feingold cover ground on the defensive side of the ball. While she will undoubtably draw her fair share of whistles, she can be a useful part of the squad.

Tamara Tsurimi (#13) --- Age: 28
Tsurimi will be playing in her second World Cup Qualification. While she has been sidelined with injuries for a good part of the past two years, when healthy she is a talented and dangerous weapon in the offensive midfield. Tsurimi consistently demonstrates a strong awareness of other players along with a nice touch on shots from distance, and she has made a name of herself as a set piece specialist with her left foot, and will likely take her fair share of corners and direct free kicks. While she is not a superb athlete, she can hold her own in the midfield with above-average instincts and football smarts. Look for her to lead the team with assists, as she will attempt to pepper the penalty area with crosses and long passes.

Ian McGuinness (#17) --- Age: 27
IanMcGuinness is an attacking midfielder who has consistently demonstrated a fine awareness of the field, capable of directing a complex, multifaceted attack, and always ready to give the ball up to a player with a better shot on goal. He has an occasional, one-footed shot that can be successful, but isn’t particularly adept with his footwork nor is he necessarily faster than anyone else on the pitch. His precise distribution, however, allows him to be incredibly successful with limited responsibilities. McGuinness proved himself capable of facilitating playmaking over the past two World Cups, and will be asked to command the facilitation of the ball to Kiryu-shi’s top strikers.

FW
Tziganes d'Arányi (#12) --- Age: 28
The most dazzling player on Kiryu-shi’s national team, Tziganes d'Arányi has participated in virtually every international match for Kiryu-shi since her debut in the 52nd Cup of Harmony. She has stamped her place as the most talented goal scorer in the nation, and remains one of the most highly recognizable people from Kiryu-shi. Descended from a group of political dissidents who left Kiryu-shi several generations ago, d'Arányi recently emigrated back to join Kiryu-shi’s official national team. Slight and slim, d’Arányi still can be physically overpowered and can disappear during portions of matches against physical teams, but her ability to score goals from any angle with both her feet, as well as her versatile and creative ball control, makes her a tantalizingly talented scorer.

Enéh d'Erdélyi (#9) --- Age: 24
The biggest break-through star in the past two Di Bradini Cups for Kiryu-shi, d'Erdélyi followed d’Arányi’s path from dissident and outcast to potential star, her game is incredibly different. While she does look to attack the goal every time she gets a foot on the ball, her athletic ability isn’t yet top-tier, and she is a lot more limited as a player than her teammate at the front. She does have the most prolific shot on the national team, however, as the accurate, powerful, and deceptive ball that she can kick with her left foot can devastate opposition keepers.

Stadium Information
Kiryu-shi home matches will be played in the new Sakaino National Football Stadium. The stadium seats 75,000 fans, and represents the latest in Kiryu-shi eco-friendly technology. Although its presence is controversial in a nation still in turmoil over the presence of international football, the facility itself should be top quality for all visiting teams and fans:

The Emperor called up NSL (Newmanistan Soccer League) Commissioner Jason Brooker to tell him of the news.

Emperor: Jason?

Brooker: Yes, Your Highness!

Emperor: I need you to put together a national team immediately!!

Brooker: Uhhh ok. How immediately is immediately?

Emperor: Within the next hour!

Brooker: If that’s what you want, then ok. But why? What are they going to be in?

Emperor: World Cup 63.

Brooker: Uhmm Your Highness, the groups are already drawn for World Cup 63 qualifying. I’d love to get back in the World Cup, but we’ll have to wait for 64, Sir.

Emperor: I have that taken care of. Put together the team!

Brooker: Wow, if true, I am speechless, my grandfather would be so proud up in Heaven.

-- The Tundra Falls Proving Grounds is considered sacred ground.
-- Pocono City is the national capital, and the nation is ruled by Emperor Kevin I.

World Cup 20 Champions

The Football Association of Vilita is based at the Tivali-Ring Stadium (87,000 Seating Capacity) in the capital city of Alikki-Corra, Vilita and many National Team training sessions take place on the grounds of the Tivali-Ring. The Tivali-Ring complex was constructed as part of the Vilitan bid to host the World Cup 14 Cup of Harmony as a replacement to the former National Stadium in Lopinka that was destroyed during a regional conflict. 'The Ring' has since hosted countless international matches including high profile matches such as the World Cup 31 Final and the 40th Series 'B' Champions Cup Final.

Despite being based at the Ring, The Football Association of Vilita regularly schedule matches at arenas throughout Vilita, especially bigger matches as many of the stadiums that host Stellar Division and UICA competition matches have expanded far beyond the 87,000 capacity of the National Stadium at Tivali-Ring, which is used only for the National Team, and, domestically for the Vilitan Cup Final and Tropical Trophy matchups. The Football Association typically releases a stadium schedule when applicable.

Nation:
The Tropics of Vilita
Nickname:the 'Jungle Cats'
First World Cup:World Cup 13
Top Goalscorer:Callum Banda (Retired)
Region:Atlantian Oceania
Weather:Mostly Tropical (Inland Weather Varies)
Map:Map of Vilita

Head Coach: Calaesa Mitaroka
After a highly successful spell as the manager of club side Jungle Strike FC, Calaesa Mitaroka led the Vilitan National Team as head coach for the first time during their World Cup 61 Qualifying Campaign. Mitaroka's late run of form secured a spot in the Finals for the Jungle Cats.

After some criticism after an early exit from World Cup 61, Mitaroka led the Jungle Cats back to the World Cup Semi-Finals where they were the only team to put an asterisk on The Holy Empire's otherwise perfect World Cup run, giving the World Cup 62 champions a run for their money forcing extra time, the only time The Holy Empire failed to win in regulation during the campaign. The Jungle Cats would go on to lose the third place playoff to The Babbage Islands, but Mitaroka proved he had taken Vilita back to the upper echelon of international sport.

The coaches will select the squad from the National Player pool. Players are listed below, grouped by position and sorted by projection 'Depth Chart' position where the top player listed is most likely to be named the first player selected for that position, and so on. Depth chart positions are determined by performance in pre-cup training sessions, as well as performance and average ratings in the Vilitan League competition and previous appearances for the National Team.

GOALKEEPERS:

[ 85 ] Nycflala Kater [ - Strike FC - ]
------- GK ( AGE: 27 CAPS: 79 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.84 Average Rating ]
Descended of former National Team goalkeeper Jimmy Kater, who took over the starting position on the National Team under the intense spotlight of the World Cup 17 Finals in Vilita and remained first choice keeper for the majority of Vilitan national competition in subsequent seasons before joining the coaching staff for World Cup 31. Nycflala made his full debut for the Vilita National Team during World Cup 57 where he was named the starter in 14 of Vilitas 16 qualification matches. Kater performed strongly with 6 shutouts and a 5.86 average rating. Many claim that the focus on the World Cup 57 Qualifying campaign distracted Strike players such as Kater from performing well domestically in VLeague 26. Kater ensured there would be no dissapointment in VLeague 27 leading Strike comfortably to both the League and Cup titles, repeating the feat during VLeague 29 and VLeague 30.

[ 92 ] Jungrii Canopii [ - Yeaddin Owls AFC - ]
------- GK ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 22 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.34 Average Rating ]
Canopii spent most of World Cup 57 Qualifications on the bench, earning three substitute appearances in official matches, though he was named starter for the mid-qualification charity match against Akbarabad to raise money for big cats, where he made 11 saves. Despite spending most of the campaign as the primary backup, Canopii was not given the opportunity to start when #1 keeper Kater missed two matches, leading doubts as to whether he is looked upon as a serious canadidate for the starting role in the future. After starting at the Inland Academy then signing for Inland Peaks, Canopii left the home-town club when they were relegated from the Stellar Division after Season 26, joining cross-range rivals Eastal Lunar. Despite being relegated to the Declasse, Canopii led Eastal Lunar to the Vilitan Cup title during Season 28. Canopii has remained loyal to Eastal Lunar despite their relegation from the Stellar Division, turning down multiple offers to join bigger clubs in the top flight. Canopii thrust back into the National Team spotlight during World Cup 60 Qualifying, stopping 5 of the 9 matches the Jungle Cats won consecutively to qualify for the World Cup through the Playoff Pod system. Canopii would lead Eastal Lunar back to the Stellar Division before being attracted by the allure of the Lirai Asku Castle in joining the Yeaddin Owls for Season 33.

[ 91 ] Aranora Jaded [ - Arcticala Inlet - ]
------- GK ( AGE: 22 CAPS: 18 :: GOALS::SR: 1 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.07 Average Rating ]
Jaded was given a great confidence boost by the decision of the coaching staff to sell Jaqe Planst to Cednia Beach AFC. The two young keepers were fighting for the right to be the next Arcticala starting keeper, and Jaded won that job, leading Arcticala to the Tropical Trophy title in Season 27 - on penalty kicks, against his opposite number Planst who was making his first start for Cednia Beach since leaving Arcticala.

[ 90 ] Jaqe Planst [ - Cednia Beach AFC (TUR) - ]
------- GK ( AGE: 22 CAPS: 11 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.63 Average Rating ]
Planst was acquired by Cednia Beach AFC after playing just 1 match in Season 26 for Arcticala Inlet. Planst helped the Turorian side to second place in the VLeague 27 table and a return to UICA Competitions. A poor showing during the AOCL V in which Cednia Beach were eliminated in the group stage likely kept Planst out of any contention for a National Team spot during World Cup 58 Qualifiers, although, as a highly skilled keeper, Planst was still invited to the training camp. Planst has an ongoing rivalry with former Cednia Youth teammate Aranora Jaded who left Cednia Beach to join Planst's former club, Arcticala Inlet, and also achieved great success.

[ 98 ] Atacir Tivalan [ - Makosile FC - ]
------- GK ( AGE: 25 CAPS: 1 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.00 Average Rating ]
Tivalan architected an outstanding season for Makosile FC in the Vilitan Stellar Division, season 26 leading the Mako's to a top 4 finish in the table, and earning a high-profile transfer to the Yeaddin Owls. Although Tivalan played well at the Castle, the team was languishing unfamiliarly near the bottom half of the table, while Makosile also struggled. The Owls decided to part company with the goalkeeper who was welcomed back to Makosile, finishing the season strong conceding just 8 goals in 15 games. Season 30 was the breakthrough for Tivalan and Makosile, an ultra-defensive season fell right into the Mako's hands as they were crowned stellar division champions for the first time and Tivalan got a call to the squad for AOCAF 36.

DEFENDERS:

[ 9 ] Ritopa Simafela [ - Strike FC - ]
------- D LC ( AGE: 28 CAPS: 100 :: GOALS::SR: 9 U21: REG: ) :: [ 7.06 Average Rating ]
Ritopa was a standout product of the Lunar Academy and was named as one of the captains of Vilita's World Cup 57 Qualifying Squad. The son of a Rocket Scientist and a Physicist, Simafela is already well educated and is in no way reliant on a career in sports. However, strong performances during his debut qualifying campaign including a 6.05 average rating and 2 goals spurred transfer inquiries from foreign clubs and comparisons to Vilitan greats like Enzo Ahat and Ricky Ezis. Simafela transferred to Strike FC for VLeague 27 and was an instrumental part of their double success in the League and Cup.

[ 3 ] Niubo Deneli [ - Arcticala Inlet - ]
------- D LC ( AGE: 28 CAPS: 40 :: GOALS::SR: 3 U21: REG: ) :: [ 7.34 Average Rating ]
Deneli was a solid prospect for the Strike Academy before a decline in his development after the age of 15, a time at which he was considered the best defensive prospect in the country. He ended up signing his first professional contract with local side Lonngeylin Coast, helping them get invited to the Declasse for Season 27, and helping them keep that spot for Season 28. Deneli, however, would leave the club and return to the other side of the street to play for Strike FC in Season 28. After a season and a half with his home club, Deneli found himself on the substitutes bench for the first time, and immediately requested a transfer, which was granted as he moved to Kiiarana. However, a miserable season at Kiiarana resulted in Deneli abandoning ship to ride with the Tide in Turoki, then, back to the big island to play for Arctical Inlet - quickly gaining a reputation as a bit of a journeyman despite strong performances all around.

[ 64 ] Uajiala Pulkki [ - Turoki Tide - ]
------- D C ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 39 :: GOALS::SR: 1 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.95 Average Rating ]
Pulkki is a descendent of former Inland Peaks FC defender Pasi Pulkki, and many are saying he could even be better then his ancestors. Pulkki unfortunately lasted barely 22 minutes in his competitive debut against Ipeland in World Cup 57 qualifying, but has put in some more impressive performances since. Like many of his teammates, Pulkki left Inland Peaks after their relegation in VLeague 26, and headed over to Eastal Lunar. Pulkki was a star for Eastal during VLeague 27 earning a transfer to former champions Cednia Beach AFC for VLeague 28. After a season and a half in Cednia Beach, Pulkki moved to the Turoki Tide at the midway point of V-League Season 29.

[ 94 ] Miiara Makose [ - Strike FC - ]
------- D C ( AGE: 25 CAPS: 74 :: GOALS::SR: 4 U21: REG: ) :: [ 7.18 Average Rating ]
Makose has Druidan blood, though has been diluted through multiple generations. He was trained as a goalkeeper in Turori but did not want to be stuck in the shadows of Nycflala Kater, so switched over to the defensive role when joining the Strike Academy. The transition was clearly justified as Makose was one of the top performing players in World Cup 57 qualifying, carrying a 6.65 average rating while appearing in 14 of Vilita's 16 group matches. Makose was also part of Strike's dominating VLeague 27 performances winning the League and Cup titles with the club and repeated the feat during VLeague 29, doing one better, having scored the game-winning goal in the 86th minute of the Cup Final against the rival Yeaddin Owls. Incredibly, Makose did it again during the Season 30 Cup Final, scoring the opening goal of Strike's 2-0 victory over Colonial Sile.

[ 66 ] Sipaao Vereaoao [ - Kiiarana - ]
------- D L ( AGE: 25 CAPS: 16 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 8.22 Average Rating ]
A product of the Inland Academy, Vereaoao has played in both Vilita & Turori, but committed his future to the Jungle Cats when featuring for them as a half time substitute against Nitrome Island during World Cup 57 qualifying. Vereaoao left long-time home Inland Peaks after they failed to achieve promotion from the Declasse during VLeague 27. Vereaoao signed for Marine Coast United, who had earned promotion in addition to a place in International Competitions. However, with Marine Coast struggling to keep pace in the Stellar Division, Vereaoao jumped ship to free-spending Kiiarana for V-League Season 29, becoming a big part of the team that would challenge atop the table - finishing 3rd during Season 33 and qualifying for the UICA Champions League.

[ 4 ] Tyaoino Munviola [ - Yeaddin Owls - ]
------- D C ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 12 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.44 Average Rating ]
A towering defender with a dependable head, Munviola is not afraid to join the attack on corner kicks, and rarely loses a defensive header. His feet have let him down from time to time, but have been improving. Despite his inconsistencies, Munviola was a surprise package during World Cup 57 qualifying, making 6 appearances and having a strong ratings average. After multiple seasons in the Non-League with Laiotia Locals, Munviola finally signed a league contract to play with Declasse side Mavaloiao for Season 30. Munviola's fast rise continued when making the big switch to V-League Champions Makosile for Season 32. Things fell apart quickly for the Makos who were anything but strong in their title defense, Munviola jumping ship back to the big island signing with the Yeaddin Owls for Season 33.

[ 68 ] Kadi Molali [ - Cednia Beach AFC - ]
------- D R ( AGE: 27 CAPS: 82 :: GOALS::SR: 6 U21: REG: ) :: [ 7.27 Average Rating ]
Molali has the ability to make stunning runs up the right side of the field and has put together exciting 'from-nothing' goal scoring opportunities in weekly scrimmage matches. Molali was an exciting prospect for the Turoki Academy who was solid, but not exceptional during World Cup 57 Qualifying, making 13 appearances and scoring 1 goal. After joining multiple clubs, including Strike FC, Molali left the VLeague abrubtly in the middle of VLeague 26. After some time off, Molali returned, signing for Eastal Lunar FC and completing a strong VLeague Season 27. Following Eastal Lunar's relegation, however, Molali - fearing the relegation could cost him appearances in the National Team, made the switch over to perennial Turorian UICA representatives Cednia Beach AFC.

[ 67 ] Eda Shindhi [ - Arcticala Inlet - ]
------- D LC ( AGE: 27 CAPS: 15 :: GOALS::SR: 1 U21: REG: ) :: [ 7.13 Average Rating ]
Shindhi is a player in the mold of former Marine Coast defensive stalwarts Ade Hinds and Sibusiso Azaiez. While Shindhi still has some development to go before realizing his full potential, it is expected that he will continue to get a run out from time to time as his skills progress. Shindhi made his competitive debut in defeat against Brendino the 3rd during World Cup 57 Qualifying but did not impress in that performance. After being trainined at the Coastal Academy, Shindhi signed his first professional contract with Marine Coast United. Shindhi switched to Cednia Beach AFC when Marine Coast were relegated for V-League 27, not enjoying success there, eventually returning to Vilita to play for the Turoki Tide, finishing runners up in V-League 28. Shindhi moved to Arcticala for V-League 30.

[ 63 ] Baiiub Jual-Knakok [ - Makosile - ]
------- D LC ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 2 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 4.36 Average Rating ]
A product of the Coastal Academy, Jual-Knakok is a left footed defender nicknamed "the Cricket" by his peers. The Cricket has been loyal to the Laiotia Locals in the Non-Leagues ever since signing his first professional contract, though the lack of exposure and experience has dropped him down the National Team depth chart. After multiple seasons in the Non-League with Laiotia Locals, and the Locals once again missing out on an invitation to join the League system, Jual-Knakok finally signed a league contract to play with Marine Coast United for Season 30, but quickly moved on to the Stellar Division, eventually settling with Makosile United

[ 8 ] Ricata Amakra [ - Orbital Kickers - ]
------- D C ( AGE: 27 CAPS: 1 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.00 Average Rating ]
The product of the Alikka-Corra Academy is a defender being compared locally with former Alikki-Corra FC defender Emarka Laniora. While he doesn't yet share the same ability to charge up either wing with the ball, his solid defensive skills should see him earn some playing time with the National Team. Amakra has been a star performer in the Non-Leagues with the Orbital Kickers.

[ 4 ] Timmson Leabiura [ - Winding Street (CvC) - ]
------- D C ( AGE: 27 CAPS: 4 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.00 Average Rating ]
The development of Timmson Leabiura seems to be hampered by his family's inability to stay put, and he has found himself at 6 different academies in his short sporting career. After training at the Strike Academy off and on, it was hoped by pundits that his development would spark. Leabiura would instead move to Civil Citizenry to play with Winding Street.

DEFENSIVE MID:

[ 36 ] Retiso Buran [ - Strike FC - ]
------- DM C ( AGE: 27 CAPS: 90 :: GOALS::SR: 9 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.75 Average Rating ]
Retiso Buran was the top prospect at the Sile Academy specializing in the defensive midfield role once made famous by Jürgen Ramzi. Buran is a ferocious player who some has said can be seen with teeth gritted ready to pounce as the attacking side approaches. Appearing almost exclusively during World Cup 57 qualifying, Buran missed only one game and scored 2 goals during the campaign. Burans perofmances both for the National Team and for Makosile earned him a transfer to Strike FC for Season 27, where he earned the Vilitan Stellar Divisions top goalscorer award for the second consecutive season, the first time ever achieved by a midfielder.

[ 39 ] Tujamu Treola [ - Arcticala Inlet - ]
------- DM C ( AGE: 24 CAPS: 29 :: GOALS::SR: 1 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.93 Average Rating ]
A product of the Strike Academy, Tujamu Treola excels both defensively in the midfield, and with his head both defensively and on corner kicks. Treola made his competitive debut in World Cup 57 qualifying against West Zirconia. After spending the majority of his youth at Tivali United, Treola joined Jlinal Cove in the middle of Season 31 to attempt to save them from relegation but was unsuccessful, later making the switch back to the Stellar Division to play with Arcticala Inlet.

[ 34 ] Danie Izmao [ - Kiiarana City - ]
------- DM C ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 2 :: GOALS::SR: 1 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.00 Average Rating ]
Izmao was a Strike Academy prospect who, while not rated as the highest defensive midfield prospect at the academy, was still expected to get a run out with the National Squad in World Cup 57 Qualifiers. That chance never came, and the Venom weren't interested when it came time to award professional contracts. Izmao went across the road to Lonngeylin Coast and was instrumental in helping them not only get invited to rejoin the Vilitan League System - but for the first time ever, to stay there for at least a second consecutive season. Izmao is still part of the national team player pool, especially should any injuries come in to play

[ 38 ] Dronik Ratuva [ - Morata Valley - ]
------- DM RLC ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 5 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 7.80 Average Rating ]
Dronik Ratuva was an exciting prospect from the Valley Academy, who is also able to move wide to defensively cover the wings when 2 or 3 central defenders are used. Ratuva helped Morata Valley earn promotion to the Stellar Division during VLeague 26.

[ 30 ] Ukalai Saluria [ - Kiiarana City - ]
------- DM C ( AGE: 25 CAPS: 1 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.00 Average Rating ]
Saluria was a product of the Turoki Academy, who has trained with the National Team as an alternate since World Cup 57. Saluria played much of his early career for Jaguar Moreda in the Vilitan Non-League system. Saluria was discovered by Lopinka United during Season 31 and strong performances quickly earned hte midfielder a switch to Stellar Division side Turoki Tide for Season 32. Saluria was one of the few dark spots in the Tide's run to the championship and would not be retained for the Season 33 campaign. Kiiarana City snapped him up where he became the V-Leagues lowest performing international player, once again, inspite of the strong performances by his club.

MIDFIELDERS:

[ 28 ] Riksa Valjariia [ - Turoki Tide - ]
------- AM C ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 34 :: GOALS::SR: 3 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.00 Average Rating ]
Valjariia is an attacking midfielder who was trained at the Turoki Academy. Valjariia tends to come on the pitch to provide an attack boost, some times as a second attacking midfielder in a substitute role. Valjariia played professionally for Inland Peaks FC before moving to the Turoki Tide

[ 27 ] Rexii Tzikas [ - Turoki Tide - ]
------- M RC ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 79 :: GOALS::SR: 17 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.34 Average Rating ]
Tzikas was the top propsect of the Arcticala Academy, and one of the most highly rated players in the Vilitan National Team pool entering World Cup 57 Qualifiers. The Tzikas name has some history in Vilitan Sport, formerly, Toby Tzikas was a midfielder on the National Team, though he was less known than other former Vilitan Stars as he played his club football in Starblaydia. Rexii was the only Vilitan player to start every single match during qualifications for World Cup 57. His presence was strong averaging a 6.01 rating with 2 goals. Tzikas strong performances also were reflected domestically scoring 9 goals in 2 seasons with Turoki Tide before transferring to Cednia Beach for VLeague 28 season. Tzikas returned home to Turoki during Season 31, rejoining the Tide after 3 seasons in Turori.

[ 73 ] Manolis Kontalroma [ - Yeaddin Owls - ]
------- M LC ( AGE: 25 CAPS: 33 :: GOALS::SR: 7 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.66 Average Rating ]
A product of the Kiiara Academy, Manolis Kontalroma can play central or on the left side in a classic midfield role. After signing professionally with Jlinal Cove FC, Kontalroma joined the Yeaddin Owls during Vleague 26. Kontalroma stayed at Yeaddin for over 3 seasons before joining the Turoki Tide during VLeague 30. Kontalroma played just 9 games for the Tide before the Owls snapped him back up for Season 31, a return to form of sorts as the Owls returned to the title picture.

[ 21 ] Jomur Hulyer [ - Strike FC - ]
------- M LC ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 112 :: GOALS::SR: 16 U21: REG: ) :: [ 7.33 Average Rating ]
A decsendent of the exciting Marine Coast and Yeaddin midfielder Jonjo Hulyer, Jomur has been compared heavily to his ancestors and even carries the same squad number. Unlike Jonjo, however, Jomur was trained at the Yeaddin Academy. Hulyer would soon become the quickest player to ever represent all three of the original Vilitan Dynasties, signing his first professional contract with Marine Coast United before transferring to Strike for VLeague 28.

[ 51 ] Steffyn Siazzu [ - Turoki Tide - ]
------- AM C ( AGE: 25 CAPS: 98 :: GOALS::SR: 10 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.93 Average Rating ]
An exciting prospect from the Yeaddin Academy, Siazzu plays behind the strikers in a clean up or attacking role atop the midfield. Despite not scoring during World Cup 57 Qualifiers, Siazzu was an important presence. After spending many seasons in Yeaddin, Siazzu moved to the Turoki Tide, helping them to runners-up in the VLeague29 table.

[ 25 ] Kiroki Mitaroka [ - Inland Peaks FC - ]
------- M RLC ( AGE: 22 CAPS: :: GOALS::SR: U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
After starting at the Turoki Locals in the Lower Leagues, Mitaroka's talent was spotted by Inland Peaks FC who snapped the youngster up for V-League season 29. At the midway point of the season Mitaroka was setting the Declasse on fire with skillful performances and caught the attention of the Vilitan coaches who added Mitaroka to the World Cup 59 roster despite having never been called to the National Team before.

[ 74 ] Jian Lejsrma [ - Strike FC - ]
------- AM RL ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 49 :: GOALS::SR: 13 U21: REG: ) :: [ 7.09 Average Rating ]
Lejsrma is a speed demon who was trained at the Strike Academy. The most dynamic and pacey winger in the Vilitan system, he is expected to be a great player for many seasons to come. At this stage in his development, he may get overlooked as he works more on his technique and vision, but with experience, he will learn these skills. Lejsrma has been an important part of Strike FC's VLeague successes

[ 53 ] Resaie Kentiak [ - Arcticala Inlet - ]
------- M RC ( AGE: 25 CAPS: 66 :: GOALS::SR: 3 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.70 Average Rating ]
Kentiak is a product of the Coastal Academy who has played a substitute role in the center of midfield for the Vilitan National Team.

[ 78 ] Relmar Winauat [ - Strike FC - ]
------- M RC ( AGE: 27 CAPS: 4 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Winauat was a product of the Turoki Academy who has been known to hit some quality long range shots. However, he has also been known to blast the ball over the net from 5 or 6 yards out. Winauat was part of Strike FC's VLeague 27 championship side.

[ 29 ] Cristoh Nrubari [ - Colonial Sile - ]
------- M LC ( AGE: 27 CAPS: 3 :: GOALS::SR: 1 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.00 Average Rating ]
Nrubari was a prospect out of the Kiiara Academy who signed his first professional contract with Mliona-Lpaka in Turori. Nrubari was instrumental in Mliona-Lpaka's return to the Stellar Division before moving on to other opportunities. Nrubari got the chance to play in the UICA Champions League, joining Makosile United after their breakthrough Season 31 Stellar Division title.

[ 55 ] Viliaka Morasita [ - Cednia Beach AFC (TUR) - ]
------- M LC ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 45 :: GOALS::SR: 6 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.35 Average Rating ]
Morasita was the top prospect coming out of the Tivali Academy, playing central and left midfield. His sure footed tackling ability is noted but he is a well balanced midfielder. After playing a season and a half professionally for Alikki-Corra, Morasita joined the Vilitan League with Inland Peaks FC midway through VLeague 27. After spending 3 succesful seasons in the Declasse, Morasita transfered to Stellar Division side Cednia Beach AFC during Season 31.

[ 70 ] Aniara Jiurjai [ - Kiiarana City - ]
------- M RLC ( AGE: 25 CAPS: 20 :: GOALS::SR: 2 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.37 Average Rating ]
Jiurjai was trained in Turori but declared for Vilita after being called upon for World Cup 57 Qualifying. Jiurjai can play both central and outside midfield and can use both feet equally well. After declaring for Vilita, Jiurjai moved from Turori to Turoki to play with the Turoki Tide. Strong performances during VLeague 26 earned Jiurjai a transfer to Strike for VLeague 27 where the midfielder was instrumental to Strike's League and Cup double. However, Strike's success would eventually lead to Jiurjai being excessed as an influx of new signings joined the club, and the midfielder opted to move to Arcticala Inlet when the contract allowed during Season 31, accomplishing little before moving on to Kiiarana City

[ 24 ] Astara Daiili [ - Kiiarana City - ]
------- M C ( AGE: 27 CAPS: 43 :: GOALS::SR: 4 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.18 Average Rating ]
Daiili is a classic central midfielder who prefers a holding role and short distribution. With Starblaydi blood and Vilitan determination, Daiili was a consistent performer during World Cup 57 Qualifiers making 19 appearances with a 6.07 average rating. After spending the first 6 seasons of the career in Crosaibi, Daiili jumped ship at struggling Marine Coast for a team with far more Starblayde heritage, Kiiarana City.

FORWARDS:

[ 15 ] Sirkii Moliaudo [ - Kiiarana - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 61 :: GOALS::SR: 20 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.23 Average Rating ]
Moliaudo is a real force in front of goal, rarely missing from inside the penalty area. Many eyes were on Moliaudo during the World Cup Campaign, to see how he fared with a new partner in attack, having spent his entire development partnered with Xcnaio Bansoa at the Coastal Academy. Moliaudo mostly performed well netting 4 goals and having a strong rating, but still left some wondering if there was more talent to be mined from the Marine Coast youngster. After Bansoa left Marine Coast for greener pastures, Moliaudo remained and his stock also decreased. After a second relegation with Marine Coast, Moliaudo jumped ship up the Vilitan coast to Kiiarana City.

[ 9 ] Lita Adjei [ - Arcticala Inlet - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 25 CAPS: 36 :: GOALS::SR: 12 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.78 Average Rating ]
A product of the Turoki Academy, Adjei has sport in the blood, being a descendent of former Stellar Division top Forward award winner Ippolit Adjei. Adjei moved on a loan to newly promoted Hojosan in The Yorozura after WC57 quals as part of an investment deal with the clubs kit sponsors, VIlitan based Vilaye energy drink. When that deal expired, Adjei returned to the Vilitan League, being snapped up by Kiiarana in the Stellar Division and quickly rising to the level of stardom with strong performances and crucial goals during Season 29, seeing the single-cap player called to the squad for World Cup 59. Adjei's impressive performances earned him a high-profile transfer to Arcticala Inlet for V-League 30 where the strong performances continued, including earning the highest performance rating in the V-League during Season 33 while scoring 11 goals.

[ 17 ] Viji-mara Lawaai [ - Strike FC - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 85 :: GOALS::SR: 19 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.51 Average Rating ]
Trained at the Strike Academy, Lawaai has excelled at shooting from long range, and making space on the edge of the penalty area with crafty turns, and may produce opportunities for free kicks if he wears down the opposition approaching the box. Lawaii made 8 substitute appearances during World Cup 57 qualifying, making his competitive debut against Krytenia, but failed to find the scoresheet.

[ 44 ] Erocka Lorei [ - Kiiarana - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 25 CAPS: 33 :: GOALS::SR: 19 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.35 Average Rating ]
The top attacking prospect at the Kiiara Academy, Erocka Lorei was expected to get quite a few chances to impress on the national stage during World Cup 57 Qualifying and did not dissapoint, leading the Vilitan team in goals scored with 5 in the competition despite only featuring in 11 out of 16 matches. Lorei claims to be a penalty kick specialist but has not been known for his aerial ability. Lorei signed professionally for Declasse side Liguon Valley during Season 26, but moved on to the Stellar Division during Season 27 with Makosile.

[ 48 ] Actalia Mermaioada [ - Turoki Tide - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 8 :: GOALS::SR: 2 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.98 Average Rating ]
Mermaioada was a prospect of the Strike Academy, who also excels at water sports, a fact that some pundits have argued hampers his development on the pitch. While not even featuring on the bench for early World Cup 57 qualifying matches, Mermaioada finally made his competitive debut as a half-time substitute against Ipeland and would feature as a sub for three consecutive matches before the return of Kilpter to the lineup. Mermaioada looked to have broken into the lineup during the Cup of Harmony, scoring in Vilita's 5-3 opening match victory. However, the decision to attempt a cross-channel swim on the bye day in the middle of the competition put Mermaioada out of favor with the coaching staff once again. Mermaioada appeared to be completely off the radar before being snapped up from Non-League Surf Jettica by Strike for VLeague 30.

[ 43 ] Kristofer Kilpter [ - East Franz Athletic (PIS) - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 63 :: GOALS::SR: 19 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.24 Average Rating ]
Kilpter is joint Vilitan & Turori national, but declared to play for Vilita, with the lure of World Cup competition in Vilita's entry into World Cup 57 the key decision maker after the Turorian side was not entered. Kilpter netted 4 times during the World Cup 57 campaign but missed three matches due to an undisclosed injury. After struggling to win silverware with the Yeaddin Owls, Kilpter made the Largest Transfer in V-League history (12.7 kT) to Turorian side Cednia Beach. The transfer was more than double the 4.5kT previous transfer record in the Vilitan League, which was also payed by Cednia Beach to Yeaddin (for Antonis Siazzu). The struggles continued for Kilpter in the hunt for Silverware as Cednia Beach simply could not get over the hurdle, either in the V-League or in the UICA Champions League. Cednia Beach recouped their transfer fee in dishing Kilpter out to East Franz Athletic in the Polar Islandstates prior to Season 33. A rejuvinated Kilpter received praise for his performances in the Polar Islandstates while Cednia Beach would go on to miss out on Champions Cup qualification for the first time.

[ 13 ] Yves Gadois [ - Strike FC - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 22 CAPS: 43 :: GOALS::SR: 17 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.59 Average Rating ]
Gadois became a hot topic in Vilita after rising to glory as the spearhead for Strike FC's Vleague 27 championship, with 8 league goals and an incredibly 6 goals in the Vilitan Cup. Gadois, a product of the Inland Academy, earned an invitation to the National Team Training camp for the first time in the build up to World Cup 58.

[ 49 ] Xcnaio Bansoa [ - Makosile - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 22 :: GOALS::SR: 3 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.93 Average Rating ]
Bansoa was a training partner of Sirkii Moliaudo at the Coastal Academy, and many believed that Moliaudo's prowess in front of goal was due solely to his close partnership with Bansoa. After not being called to the line during World Cup 57 Qualifiers, Bansoa decided it was time for a change, breaking ties with Moliaudo and Marine Coast United, signing for Arcticala Inlet in the Stellar Division. Bansoa featured frequently for the Jungle Cats during the World Cup 58 Campaign, performing well, but scoring no goals, relegating him from the top selection in the subsequent Cup of Harmony held in Vilita and New Montreal States.

The Football Association of Liventia has named the following squad of 23 men for the World Cup qualifiers. Likely starting players wear numbers 1 through 11, though a rotation policy will be in place every few matches. The number 16 has been de-retired and handed to player-manager George Bowler. Players with an asterisk* next to their names will never be dropped, unless RP'd by me.

RP permissions: Anything except killing my players. Injuries and suspensions to my players are fine (but you may not determine the length of injury or suspension for asterisked players).

The team plays an attacking 4-3-1-2 (modifier +3)
The player-manager is George Bowler.

Goalkeepers
1 GK Ross Ramsden, 30 (club: Revolutionaries, FSSO)*
12 GK Barry Hammond, 25 (club: Jesner Town)
13 GK Francis LaVergne, 24 (club: Mon-Treffier)

14 DL/C David Davies, 26 (club: Bosting)
15 DL/R Peter Owens, 24 (club: Folenisa)
16 DC George Bowler, 32 (club: Sparta FC, FSSO) [player manager]
17 DC/R Alvin Descarnes, 24 (club: Mountain FC)
18 DC/DMC Robert Ewen, 25 (club: Talbott)

Midfielders

7 MC/L/R Stuart Threlwell, 29 (club: Pardbo)
8 MR Paul Martin, 27 (club: Orean)
9 AMC/MC Rob Grant, 26 (club: Riverston Town, Ad’ihan)*

11 ST/FC James Clarke, 26 (club: Lajuno, FSSO)*
22 ST Reece Wilson, 25 (club: Mountain FC)
23 FC/ST Sean Edwards, 24 (club: Dover City)

Should the team be winning by two or more goals in the 60th minute or later, Bowler will go to a 5-3-2 with himself most likely to come on for Stuart Threlwell and Rob Grant dropping back into centre midfield.

WESTERN CUBAN OFFICIAL NATIONAL TEAM ROSTER
Copa Rushmori XII Preview

Image

Things are starting to take an ugly turn for Western Cuba as they enter World Cup qualifying once more. The country has once more experienced an ugly regime chance and is currently in a state of war, plaguing process for the national football team, who is currently ranked an all-time high of 59th. But at the moment they haven't played in that form, only winning one game out of three in World Cup qualifying so far. And unfortunately, those two losses were not even against Saugeais or the FSSO. Further hurting Western Cuba's chances of qualifying.

The regime change has visibly effected players on the team as well, with Goyo Soto forced to flee the country due to his uncle's removal from the presidency and arrest. The past two losses may have much to deal with this, as Goyo has many friends on the team who have been visibly affected by his leave. Two of the biggest are probably Alberto Perez and Edgardo Mendoza, who are nothing close to there true potential.

Before the Copa Rushmori, Mendoza officially announced this would be his last world cup. Will it?

Information:
Rank: 59
Formation: 4-2-4
Style Modifier: +5

Coaching Staff:

Manager: Cayo Vargas: Even though the regime has changed, the WCSA, (Western Cuban Soccer Association) remains the same. They will be highly evaluating Vargas throughout this world cup, if the team continues to play how they started, he will find himself without a job. If Vargas fails, will it be time for an international manager to step in?

Assistant Manager: Emanuel Montero: You really have to salute Montero for what he is dealing with, he left a cozy job coaching the national beach soccer team, (while not getting much attention for it, he had job security for the rest of his life and a good paycheck). This time is dealing with some harsh times right now, and morale on the team is split. Montero is doing everything he can to keep this team together.

Goalie Coach: Hector Diaz: Santos continues to grow as a more seasoned veteran in goal thanks to Hector Diaz, unfortunately though the defense always finds itself a way to fall on its face and leave Santos hanging. If the defense were to pick up for Western Cuba, just imagine the things that could happen.

Starting 11:

#1, Goalkeeper, Armando Santos: Santos is one of the players in risk of losing his status on the national team, not because of his skill but unfortunately down to the category of race. With Santos and a majority of team being Cubano, the government will use any excuse to install more Russano players on the team, a struggling team will in fact cause that to happen. Santos must lead this defense effectively, or else things may turn ugly.

#5, Fullback, Shin Denisov: The defense is just an outright disaster, Shin was beat too many times and looked lost during the Copa Rushmori. This should be his last chance, unlike the rest of the team which is being unfairly judged.
T
#8, Center back, Fabio Acin: Inconsistency haunts Fabio, just like much of the national team. If Fabio takes that out of his system, he and Ruiz can become the core of this defensive side and hopefully be a sign of better things to come.

#3, Center back, Gabriel Ruiz: Ruiz unfortunately seems to be all alone on the defense side sometimes, even though we have four players defending that area on the field. The criticism at the defense can't really be put on Ruiz, who has been trying his best to keep this defense together.

#11, Fullback, Patricio Posas: Once again Posas received another injury, this time during the Copa Rushmori. From what we seen from a "healthy" Posas, he has shown flashes of great potential. But we haven't really seen a "healthy" Posas, but hopefully it will change throughout this world cup.

#22, Halfback, Alberto Perez Along with Mendoza, Perez was probably the most visibly shaken player by Goto Soyo leaving the country. The two grew up together in the same neighborhood since they were kids and had been friends all throughout there soccer careers. Through these first three games, Perez has seemed lost in the field. His team mates and his coaches will need to have him restore faith in himself.

#10, Halfback, Vincent De Santa De Santa continues to bring in solid performances, however it hurts with Perez struggling in the midfield, as both players rely on each other for a fluent movement of the ball up field. Most likely the task of "fixing" Perez will go down to De Santa. His fellow partner in crime on the field.

#31, Winger, Tom Dawson Dawson's position on the starting roster took a nasty turn with the regime change. With the Russanos having a nasty dislike towards Britannians, Dawson will have to have an absolutely incredible qualifying campaign so it would be impossible for the government to remove him from the team.

#11, Center Forward, Edgardo Mendoza Mendoza is practically impossible to remove from the team, as well of the likes of Tito Moreno. If they were to be removed, the people would go into an uproar. But the government may not even need to remove Mendoza, who plans on to retire from international competition after this qualifying campaign. That may be a smart thing for Mendoza, who probably doesn't want to be stuck in the country at the moment. It wouldn't be surprising if Mendoza played out the rest of his soccer career with Scott City FC, unless the Cuban Republic returns to power.

#21, Center Forward, Tito Moreno After this world cup qualifying campaign, Moreno may take over as leader of this team. Therefore he must find a break between club play and international. Moreno has been absolutely fantastic at Pays de Croix, and if he transfers that to international play he will become a huge duel-threat along with Edgardo Mendoza. The Western Cuba-Saugeais game will be one to watch for. With teammates Daley Hart and Edgardo Mendoza facing off against each other.

#7, Winger, Konstantin Yevtushenko Yevtushenko faces the difficult task of being the the other Russano on the starting team besides Denishov. It will be interesting to see if relations with the rest of the team will remain the same, due to the tense situation of the Russano and Cubano classes currently in Western Cuba. Right now Yevtushenko remains friendly with his teammates, but anything can change.

Bench:
#19, Offense, Ricardo Calderon
#25, Offense, Diego Nanez
#19, Halfback, Gavril Koptev
#13, Halfback, Matro Carpio
#04, Defense, Esteban Sanchez
#14, Defense, Chico Senteno
#02, Goalie, Feliz Angon

Pacificius Roster
The Pacifican Bears

GK-Goalkeeper
---Starter-Tyrone Willcox- Built like a wrestler and with a short and hot temper (which he often take out on referees and opposing teams), Tyrone was first positioned as a goalkeeper during his secondary school years and from there advanced steadily up the ranks of Pacifican football. He has been asked many times by his teammates to shave a short beard he sports, however his normal reaction is to threaten those who see his facial hair as unsightly. Hometown: Alameda, Atla California. Age:32
---Secondary- Clayton Eggebrecht- A younger and lighter version of the starting goalkeeper, Tyrone Willcox, Clayton originally had been dropped from the team, but due to Tyrone's natural likelihood to be given penalty cards he was given a secondary position in case of the eventuality of an ejection. Hometown: Bend, Free Oregon. Age: 25.
Defenders:
RB-Right-back
---Starter-Erik Adolphsen- A middle-aged iron worker and family-man, who after a lucky break, is making his debut as the starting Right-back of the Pacificius National Football Team. Hometown: Southland, Alta California. Age: 36
---Secondary-Hugh Anzalone- A newcomer to the sport and team, Hugh has spent only the last six months training as a Right-back and is likely the weakest link in the entire team, suffering at ball handling and endurance. Hometown: La Paz, Baja California. Age: 25
CB-Centre-back
--Starter: Ted Khalsa- Although originally a sweeper, he has poor endurance and running speeds. Hometown: Soledad, Alta California. Age: 25.
---Secondary: Kelly Hilaire- Arguably the best of the four Centre-backs athletically, although his temper and attitude prevents him from more field time. Hometown: Chico, Alta California. Age: 26.
---Starter: Neil Halbrook- One of the most under appreciated teammates in the defense and must often work much harder then normal to make up for Ted Khalsa's lack of skill. Hometown: Elko, Nevada. Age: 30.
---Secondary: Cody Gazaway- Hometown: Santa Ana, Sonora. Age: 20.
LB-Left-back
---Starter: Guy Arey- Content and dependable, Guy Arey is arguably the only veteran full back that the Pacifican National Team has and also the oldest member of the defensive starters. Hometown: Virginia City, Nevada. Age: 40.
---Secondary: Kurt Hymas- Self-doubting, creative and energetic is the secondary Left-back, Kurt Hymas, also the youngest of the entire team. He recently turned down several athletic scholarships to become part of the national team. Hometown: Benicia, Alta California. Age: 19
MF - Midfielders:
RM- Right-midfield
---Starter: Mathew Spicher- Originally a NCO in the Pacificius National Army before being honorably discharged and beginning a career in professional football and acts according to his military past. Hometown: Durham, Alta California. Age: 25.
---Secondary: Clinton Bulluck- Hometown: California City, Alta California. Age: 21
LM- Left-midfield
---Starter: Neil Streit- The reverse of right-midfielder Mathew Spicher, son of a wealthy businesswoman from Free Oregon. Hometown: Brownsville, Free Oregon. Age: 31.
---Secondary: Cody Nobile- Young and inexperienced, rarely sees any sorts of play due to the skill and endurance of the starters. Hometown: Needles, Alta California. Age: 24
CM- Central Midfielders
---Starter: Mathew Rodiguez- A previously little known outside of his hometown, but a very capable midfielder. Hometown: Bruneau, Free Oregon. Age: 30.
---Secondary: Kurt Nicastro- Hometown: Caborca, Sonora. Age: 31.
---Starter: Nelson Hursh- Hometown: El Peurto, Baja California. Age: 29.
---Secondary: Kurt Viloria- Hometown: Ely, Nevada. Age: 35.
FW - Forwards:
ST-Striker
---Starter: Clinton Janecek- Clinton Janecek has the shifty demeanor of the criminal classes. He was brought up to be an academic, but after leaving school fell into a rut, football his only real release. He was recruited for the Pacificius National Team only nine months ago. Hometown: Buhl, Free Oregon. Age: 26.
---Secondary: Lance Schueller- Hometown: Yaqui, Sonora. Age: 28.

The Roster
When RP'ing, the name of my players in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS AND BOLD are the player's family names. These are the names on their jersey and the name professional commentators would call out when making observations. Also, do not write the names in all capital letters, as this is somewhat annoying when reading; I just imagine someone reading calmly along then suddenly SHOUTING the player's name. For example, if writing about FENG Shaoli making a long shot, one would write "Feng made a long shot..." as opposed to "FENG made a long shot..." If you have any further questions regarding names, please feel free to telegram me.

Players age ONE YEAR in-between cups.

Starting players will have their names in GREEN type
Alternate players will have their names in BLUE type
Reserve Players will have their names in STANDARD type.
Travelling Players will be in tables.

A goalkeeper who is known for having a short attention span, Kita is the epitomy of a Mandalorian goalkeeper: Known for taking excessive risks, bum-rushing an opponent to make a distant steal and playing on the rim of the box, Kita is a gamble in any game he appears in.

Initially, when Kita first was chosen as the starting keeper, his form was less chiseled than his predecessor. However, now, three cups later, Kita has developed into a first-rate keeper, and as such, has officially earned the position of Starter.

22- CHU Takumi
Height: 183cm - Weight: 82kg – Age: 26 years old - Team: Ba Sing Se UNITED

Who was once the third-line goalkeeper for the National team now sits in the second chair. While he has only had twelve caps for the Bisons in three International competitions, those games he has played in, Chu has shown his ability to rise to the occasion. In his first cap against the Archregimacy, with the Bisons down 1-3, Chu would step between the poles and manage to block seventeen shots on goal through the second half and keep the game down.

Known as “Damage Control” by his teammates, Chu sees play whenever Kita breaks down on the pitch; some even think Chu is more skilled than his starting counterpart. However, perhaps it is age which sees Vhett keeping Chu on the bench more often than not...

Having just been accepted on a full-scholarship to the premier football school in the Republics, Shu continues to enjoy the success befitting a player who loss just six games in the four years of his high school career.

Reminiscent of Nishimura’s original style of play --- agile and able to jump on the rebound --- Shu is still mentored by the original Bison keeper, both at UO and on the National Team. Perhaps that is why his style continue to reflect the heritage of the Bisons.

FENG Taoli 18 Mount Sheng High School (Sheng) Earth
JI Liangzu 18 Azulon State Secondary School (Shu Jing) Fire

Brought along last World Cup, Ji Liangzu has continued to develop at home. At Azulon State Secondary School, Ji has kept first Goalkeeper position, even with the graduation of Number-One college prospect Kio Ozai. In his first season as starter, Ji was 10-2 in his conference, taking Azulon into the Imperial Championship, seeking to earn the school’s first State trophy. In the end, Azulon would win 2-nil against Chaozu Secondary (Imperial City). As for Feng, at Mount Sheng High School (Sheng), he has enjoyed a low start to his senior career; Mount Sheng is 0-3 in the first three games of the season, and look as though they will be struggling to make it into the post-season. Though to be fair, teams only win by a lone goal when Feng stands in their way...

Left Defenders:
2- MIYAMOTO Kaoru
Height: 187cm - Weight: 82kg – Age: 28 years old - Team: Kuruk FC
A big defender with the skills to back up his talk, Miyamoto Kaoru is an impressive specimen of a defender. Playing for arguably one of the best teams in the RPFL has hardened this man into an imposing wall of strength on the backfield. Prepare to see plenty of tackles, shoves and general rough play from a man who grew up playing meshgeroya; an Avatarian variation of football also known as 'limmie' or 'bolo-ball'.

Much like Miyamoto, Akiyama is a no-nonsense player. He has no problem laying an opponent out for a fowl, and as such as earned the most red cards in a single season by any player in the Modern Era (12) as well as garnishing multiple suspensions. He is a rough player who pairs perfectly with Miyamoto and the two have earned the moniker, ”The Dueling Mandos” by the media.

A young player who was drafted six seasons ago to the Premier Cup champions RC United, Zhang is still a young player with much to learn from his teammates. While he lacks the size of Akiyama and Miyamoto, he most certainly does not lack on the heart: During practice skirmishes, Zhang is often found opposite Miyamoto and has thrown himself full-force into the 'Mando Mauler', only to receive a week-ending injury as a parting gift.

Central Defenders
5- KIM Dong Su
Height: 178cm - Weight: 75kg – Age: 29 years old - Team: Island FC
Not a highly-rated player for the Bison defence, however, Kim has shown himself to be a surprise in many a games; a fine defensive player, Kim is also a very good option for the full-back position when results are needed. He supports the offence well, with very strong passing and marking skills. Following his trade from Ba Sing Se UNITED to Island FC, Kim has continued to develop into a great central defender; something which the Bison’s new strategy will welcome immensely.

Outside the stadium, Kim is the morale of the team. Often telling jokes and giving out care packages, he is loved by the fans and by the media for his often-spirited antics and interviews.

15- WONG Haru
Height: 185cm - Weight: 83kg – Age: 23 years old - Team:FC Itakawai

Given his size, one would expect Wong to have a style of play more similar to Fujimoto. However, growing up playing in the offensive-orientated Earth Kingdom's LEAGUE ROYALE shaped Wong into a speed-demon in the body of a tank. He is quick to run, able to outpace many of his teammates and overtake many of his opponents. His endurance is bar-none the best of the team, which Coach Vhett attributes to his genes; the son of a clone trooper with the Avatarian Republics' Mandalorian Corps, Wong shares similar genetics to several other players as well as Vhett himself.

Having graduated from the University of Kibago in 2012.3, Wong shocked the Republics when he chose to play for FC Itakawai down in the Southern Mandalorian Islands. Instead of playing for FC Mando, Southern AFC, or even the storied RC United, Wong chose the lower ranked Itakawai as a personal challenge; to bring this perennial underdog into the RPFL championships.

6- FUJIMOTO Zhong
Height: 175cm - Weight: 70kg – Age: 30 years old - Team: RC United
Extremely fast given his size, Fujimoto is a full-back more focused on the offence, and can have some minor difficulties when tasked with defence. Able to quickly counter any attack placed before him, Fujimoto serves as a valuable link between the offence and the defence. An excellent sniper, Fujimoto is one of the best free-kickers on the team, being able to take pieces with either pure technique, pure strength or a combination of the two; exceeding in both styles is a rare form in Avatarian football.

However, every gem has its imperfection and for Fujimoto, it is discipline. With such natural talent coming easy, Fujimoto has yet to truly have to work to exceed: Rather, he naturally falls into the game and succeeds at almost everything he does. However, with the years passing and Fujimoto gaining wisdom in his age, discipline is slowly coming to him.

While certainly not the oldest player in the defence, Bao serves to give a bit of balance between the youth beneath him and the seniority above him. Following a trade from Kuruk FC to Southern AC, Bao found a new obsession in the form of his new teammates. Yet, he still has a tendency to indulge in a little too much liquor and little too many loose women.

While still not as strong as Kobayashi, Bao did appear in as many games as his counterpart due to WC60’s experiment in formations. However, with the Bisons returning to the familiar 4-4-2, Bao finds himself yet again on the alternate list.

One of the more youth players on the team, Xu has fallen under the tutelage of Kobayashi, so much that the two right defenders room together on every road trip, visit one another during bye weeks and , when Xu was a student at RCSU, Kobayashi --- an Alumni of RCSU --- would constantly visit Xu to help him with his skills.

This tutelage has resulted in the shifting of Xu's skill-set, from more of a reserved full-back to a matured one, capable of running with his opponent, stealing the ball quick and passing it off up-pitch even faster. After being drafted out of college into Republic FC, a Taap-B team in the RPFL, Xu has continued to develop and will one day become a fine defender...

LD KATO Tarou 19 University of Omashu Earth

The young travelling defencemen come from two distinctive backgrounds; wealth in the Earth Kingdom, or middle-class-spoiling in the Fire Nation. The three players from the Earth Kingdom come from two Universities and one of the most prominent Academies in the Republics. Tanaka Daiki is the star of the Republic City State Republicans, having his first thirty goal season last year. Kato Tarou, on the other hand, is helping turn around the University of Omashu Badgermoles from a barely-winning season last year --- 8-7 in the regular season --- into a Championship threat. As to the Fire Nation players, Suzuki Juro and Takashi Isamu are nothing spectacular; both players had mediocre seasons in the respective high schools, with Takashi helping Minato Community Secondary make it into the Kyotshi Prefecture State Championship series, making it all the way to the semi-finals before losing. Suzuki Juro, on the other hand, managed to end his Junior season with a high ankle strain which he is still recovering from.

Defensive Midfielders:

7- MAKI Li
Height: 178cm - Weight: 76kg – Age: 30 years old - Team: Ba Sing Se UNITED
A veteran of the Grand Army of the Republic, Maki was shot with an assault rifle during a border dispute with the Charicific Valley which tore his left shoulder to shreds. Six months of physical therapy resulted in his retirement, however, Maki had a great passion in football; luckily for him, you don't need to use your arms in football. At 23, he was drafted by Ba Sing Se as a defensive midfielder and within the first six months of play, he established himself as a premier player. Being a veteran, he is often found with the other 'military players' on the team, notably Kad'e Tay'haai, Kotyc'e Bralor and Wong Haru. A result of his training, Maki is a very serious player, whose morale is spot-on and dedication to the team is second only to Vhett himself; this leads to him being liked a little less than most players, but since when has football been a popularity contest?

In Keldabe, Bralor makes for a perfect pair with Tay'haai: While Bralor serves as the connection from the defence to the attack, Tay'haai gives the sniping skills of a well-honed soldier. Quick on his feet and agile in mind, Bralor is just starting on his historic career...

Just as his partner on the midfield defence, Bralor is military veteran. His father is a General within the Grand Army of the Republic and Bralor is currently on Sportsmanship Leave from his own military life as a Sergeant, First Class in the GAR. Having the rigors of combat beaten into him since the beginning of his adult life, Bralor knows full well the pay-off for hard work, well-refined skills and dedication.

Instead, he is a hard-working midfielder, who focuses his time on setting up the offence for a great pass, a well-positioned switch or the decisive tackle to change the momentum in the game. Ranked as the second-best player on FC Mando, Tran has worked hard to get to the National Team, so expect to see him alternate to relieve Bralor or Maki in the late games.

The Golden Star of Gyatso-kaian football, Kryse has shocked the nation twice in his career. First, predicted to reach the National Level at 21, Kryse came onto the pitch at 19 wearing the national kit; this was such a feat that a new set of laws were passed to allow players younger than 21 to play with the Bisons as opposed to just travelling. Second, after World Cup 58, Kryse was sought out by FC Mildred, a Seria-A team in the Kingdom of Erathore. He quickly signed a contract with the team, despite suffering a concussion in Group Stage Play.

His footballing style is very offensive, working as the last link between the midfield and the offence; Kryse has been known to even advance from the midfield to score some key goals in pivotal games. He has a powerful long shot and is exceptional at heading, both of which are aided by his height. However, as skilled as he is in offense, Kryse still prefers to pass the ball up to forwards for an assist in a goal as opposed to being the star player.

A bit of a clown, on those days he is well-inspired, Ngo will often perform many an antic when a goal is scored, thus earning him the love of the fans. Relatively young when compared to his teammates, Himura has not had a promising start to his career, both at home and abroad. Given his still-developing skills in midfield, his is seen as a comparatively weak player and often spends more time with the coaching staff than other more-seasoned players. In his third season out of college with the Northern AFC, Himura is a technical player by nature whose greatest asset is not in his aim or power, but in the art of dribbling which he uses at every opportunity. While more prone to provide assists on plays as opposed to goals, Himura caught Vhett off-guard when he was brought on the pitch to replace an injured Pre Kryse, and managed to score his first goal of his career. However, following World Cup 61, Himura has hit a dryspell in the terms of goals... Maybe World Cup 63 will change that.

Mostly comprised of Water Tribesmen, the Midfield Travelling Corps is a grabbag of talent. From the University of the Northern Tribes come home-grown Inoue Kuruk, who at just twenty has completed three double-digit scoring seasons in collegiate play; impressive for a man who is supposed to be on the defensive midfield. From UST comes Kimura Kaskae, who while having yet to score a goal since his first year of high school, has continued to provide multiple assists game in and game out. The youngest travelling player, Saito Tsuka comes all the way from Saipan State Academy, and as the lone Fire in the MTC, he does find himself more lonely than the others. In just three secondary seasons, Saito has never allowed more than a single goal while on the pitch per game. On the offensive side of the pitch, Ito Anernerk and Pak Diku both are young, and only Ito is in college, but the two play a very similar game. In fact, Vhett compares the two to a younger pair of Bralor and Kryse...

A great player who is the star of FC Beijing, Wakahisa is a world of contradiction. While he gets along swimmingly with his teammates and has the technical form of a football-playing robot, his morale leaves something to desire; a defeatist by nature, whenever the going gets a little too tough, Wakahisa will start to crack. It is this attitude which sees Wakahisa often removed from the pitch and replaced by the younger A’den Skirata.

Given his size, he makes for an impressive target for midfielders; coupled with his physical strength and accuracy, there is very little the defence can do should Wakahisa break through. Many a times a defender has gone for a tackle, only to have the 86-kilo Wakahisa just steam roll him. Known for his aerial skills as well as his ground work, a goal from Wakahisa is just as easily to come from the sky as it is to come from the ground.

Tay’haai comes from a sports-centric family; with his father a coach in the AHL, his brother a member of the National Ice Bisons and his mother the coach of the women’s national football team, fans and critics have come to expect nothing but greatness from Tay’haai. Certainly they have not been mislead, with Tay’haai has become known as ‘The Next One’ following the retirement of VId’a Ambeck, aka the Great One, eight years ago. When on the pitch, he plays almost effortlessly, dodging defenders as if they were standing still, sniping balls past nets which might as well have been empty and being the media’s favourite player.

He strives for perfection in every session and he knows too well the wrath of Vhett when he does not perform well. In his personal life, he is a staunch supporter of the military, given his family’s history with the GAR; his grandfather was one of the first training sergeants of the GAR’s clone-based military nearly 80 years ago and ever since, Tay’haai donates portions of his salary to charities which support the GAR. World Cup 61 saw the first low-scoring Cup for Tay’haai, having only scored two goals in the entire tournament. Coming from someone who routinely scores into the double digits, it is perhaps a sign of his age...

So well in fact, there have been talks of pushing Wakahisa to the alternate corps...

While he has completed his degree at KSU, Skirata has chosen to play another season with the Strills rather than enter the RPFL draft. While Vhett is dying to sign him to FC Mando, there are several other teams dreaming of the day they can add the amazing Skirata to their roster.

A man who has been involved with Avatarian football since his years as a collegiate player, Leifong entered into the coaching sphere following the sudden death of University of Omashu Head Coach Ko Podain in 2000.1 from a heart attack. Despite winning the DiMong Plate as well as several awards during a record career as a striker, Leifong continued to win as both the Assistant Coach of the Badgermoles, and the Head Coach in 2001.3, where he remained until 2006.1 when Vhett offered him the position of Forwards Coach.

Since then, Leifong has continued to develop as a coach, including winning the Omashu FC contest for Manager in 2009.4 and even entering into the contest to win the Head Coach position of the Turori National Team, eventually losing due to a poor team performance in the first half of WC 60 Qualifying.

As the Offensive Assistant during World Cup 61, Leifong helped transform the team’s attacking abilities, earning at least two goals per match, and earning eleven shutouts during both Qualifying and the Round of Sixteen. As Assistant Coach, the sky is simply the limit for Leifong.

Zandistani Men's National Team

After the disbandment of the ZNFA following the Copa Rushmori, General Zanderstrom, figuring the national team had never done very well in World Cups anyway, decided to let whoever wanted to suit up for the squad-- what’s that you say? We’re 6-3 and two points out of the lead? We’d better get a team ready, we have a chance at this thing!

STARTING XI

No changes from the last Cup of Harmony to this World Cup, some first-time players in the Copa Rushmori have made the roster as substitutes.

GK - 12 - age 28 - Juan Sánchez de la Mega (first appearance: BoF 48)
A huge beast with near superhuman strength, he is supremely acrobatic in the goalmouth. He has been a Zandistani legend ever since securing a 5-4 penalty-shootout victory with a diving save in the top right corner.

RB - 17 - age 26 - Scratch Tzingotürk (first appearance: BoF 48)
Growing up on the streets of Coastal Zandar, Zandistan’s capital, he is a very scrappy, physical player, and these tendencies sometimes lead him to commit fouls near Zandistan’s penalty area.

CB - 15 - age 23 - Ing Steen (first appearance: BoF 48)
Steen, while the youngest starter, has been a member of Zandistan’s top squad since age 17. He is tremendously skilled, but does sometimes lose focus and slip up on the back line, to the frustration of Calderón.

CB - 4 - age 32 - Anthony Morris-Kalamazoo (first appearance: WCQ62)
Better known as Tony-mo, Morris-Kalamazoo has been tasked with holding together the back line, especially the young boys Tzingotürk and Steen. He debuted internationally at age 30 for the WCQ62, and did a…well, decent job holding together the back line.

LB - 3 - age 29 - Avisajj Bunfogle (first appearance: BoF 48)
An expert at stealth, Bunfogle moves around the field largely silently, so Zandistan’s opponents frequently lose track of where he is. He is extremely dangerous on corner kicks.

CDM - 6 - age 27 - Melreund Mingot (first appearance: WCQ61)
A less experienced midfielder than the others, he is unquestionably the weakest link in the Zandistani midfield, which puts a lot of pressure on the sometimes shaky defense.

LCM - 23 - age 28 - Melbrue Tangari (first appearance: BoF 48)
Tangari plays with a flair for the game unmatched by most. Still, as a transplanted winger, he often tries to do too much in space he doesn’t have, and turns over the ball.

RCM - 8 - age 28 - Travestino Bellucci (first appearance: BoF 48)
Bellucci, former super-sub has grown into his starters role in central midfield and is a very clean player. Also, watch out for his rocket shot.

LWM - 7 - age 27 - Nikolaas van Oolsjoy (first appearance: BoF 48)
Van Oolsjoy is a stalwart on the left wing, constantly plaguing defenders, one half of Zandistan’s extremely dangerous wing attack.

ST - 9 - age 25 - Flavio Domingo (first appearance: BoF 48)
A pure talent, Domingo has a penchant for scoring beautiful golazos. Despite a crushing injury to his right leg in during the WCQ62 qualifiers, he is finally healed and ready to make a great impact as he enters his prime.

RWM - 20 - age 24 - Jimmy-Phillip McRae (first appearance: BoF 48)
Easily the fastest member of the team, McRae is young and speedy and loves breaking down the wing, and will be counted on to spark the offense.

Substitutes:

GK - 18 - age 30 - Wilfried Thomas (first appearance: CR 12, rostered since BoF48)
Thomas is only on the roster in case of strange circumstances or injuries felling de la Mega, but he has never shown even basic proficiency in the net, almost always giving up huge quantities of goals.

GK - 1 - age 21 - Turmo Valbizax (first appearance: CR 12)
There was not enough seen of Valbizax in the Copa Rushmori to put him ahead of Thomas, but should de la Mega fall to injury, there are two keepers readily available.

RB - 2 - age 27 - Cameron Wills (first appearance: WCQ 62)
Wills would have been on the BoF 48-winning roster if not for a horrific injury to his right tibia. He performed well off the bench in recovery during WCQ62 and in the most recent Copa Rushmori and is likely to see good time.

CB - 5 - age 27 - Josué Calderón (first appearance: WCQ 62)
Calderón is frustrated that he still remains a bench player, as he thinks himself a more consistent player than Steen or Kalamazoo.

CM - 10 - age 25 - Kirk Waldimer (first appearance: WCQ 62)
Waldimer is an attacking center midfield who performed well in the recent Copa Rushmori, and a likely strong substitute the way Bellucci was two cups ago.

LWM - 17 - age 19 - Otherico Tarmarok (first appearance: CR 12)
Tarmarok is the latest and greatest young winger for Zandistan, displaying his great talent at the last Copa Rushmori, but, with the prominent wing attack of Zandistan, the fans won’t see many appearances out of him.

ST - 11 - age 33 - Yuri Radonezh-Muratovich (first appearance: BoF 48)
A beastly, brutal, physical forward, he punishes opposing defenses and even sometimes hurts his own teammates in practice. With his age, he normally features in a substitute role, and this might be his last hurrah in the World Cup.

ST - 13 - age 19 - Laszlo Shram (first appearance: CR 12)
With only one true striker spot in the starting lineup, the young Shram is unlikely to see a lot of playing time, especially behind the grizzled Radonezh-Muratovich,

Zandistan plays a 4-5-1 with wingers on the attack pushing it into a 4-3-3
Style modifier: +3

COACHING STAFF

Head Coach - Drago Vilisević
He infuses energy into his players constantly and the team views him as the perfect coach. He has perfected a blazing midfield winger attack, sure to score many goals. Still, the defense could use some work.

There is also a third kit, which is mostly gold, if neither of these is suitable.

My RP Permissions are pretty chill to be honest.
Pretty much anything goes, I only ask that you let me decide the severity of any injuries you decide to RP for me, please.
Send my players off if you must -- if its a player I really didn't wanna lose for the next game, I'll RP an appeal or something.
Oh and at the risk of sounding a bit "RAWR" ... do not kill any of my players or coaching staff (unless I say go ahead via TG).
Killing fans is okay though. Go nuts with that if you like.

Most likely to...
Score a goal: Gilberto Cuellar or Roque Urbina
Win a free kick: Gilberto Cuellar or Felix McLean
Take (and score) that free kick: Gilberto Cuellar
Win a penalty: Gilberto Cuellar
Take (and score) that penalty: Connor McCarthy
Miss a penalty: Tobias Carter
Score a header off a set piece: Connor McCarthy
Score an own goal: Connor McCarthy
Hack an opponent down: Brent Steele or Mario Donati
Lose their head and get sent off: Tomas Urena
Commit a professional foul: Tomas Urena or Me'nu Katuli'ha
Argue with the referee: Sean McCarthy
"Disappear" during a match: Lynette Fields
"Put in a shift": Serenity Lewis or Azarai Robinson
Have an elaborate goal celebration planned out: nobody, the gaffer doesn't approve
Get caught stumbling out of a nightclub: any fringe player, the others have too much to lose
Do charity work: Lia D'Ortona or Me'nu Katuli'ha
Illicit marriage proposals from fans:

Firstly, the NSWiki page is not complete, but still worth a look...

It's important to note that the team itself generally doesn't consciously defend. They press high up the pitch though and try to win the ball back as quickly as possible.

They will slow down when ahead later in the game, but only so they don't unnecessarily provide opportunities to lose possession and/or concede. This doesn't mean they wont take the opportunity to score if it presents itself, though...

Set piece preferences (in order):
Corner kick takers: Whichever wingers/wide forwards are on the pitch
Penalty takers: Connor McCarthy, Gilberto Cuellar
Free kick takers: Gilberto Cuellar, Azarai Robinson
Long free kicks: Connor McCarthy, or the goalkeeper (for offsides, really)

You don't have to stick to that, though. It just fits in better with the way I intend to RP my team (when I can).
Generally the team will focus on Lewis winning the ball deep centre, and driving forward. If there is no space to do so, expect her to try and spread play to the wings. The team will have a slight preference toward attacking down the left, though goals can come from any one of the front six, really. Least likely is McLean (ironically) as he will drop into midfield more than attack the box. McLaren, and McGregor, on the other hand are out-and-out predatory strikers who will score for fun when in the team.
If there is an attacking midfielder on the pitch, they will likely operate as a "false ten" in tandem with a forward dropping deep. Effectively they will be most likely to get onto the end of passes in the final third, and thus score goals. Sahota tends to deploy Giovanna Rossetti in that role if he assigns anyone to it at all (usually he won't), because she is the most prolific of his options, likely due to her playing a similar role at club level.

Something that is important to know is that football isnt the number on sport in Osarius. Its second, to GraviBall.
Footballers are loved if they make tough tackles -- case in point, Connor McCarthy; and before him, Georgina Carsley -- because the combative nature of the game is what the fans like. Very passionate, are Osarian fans, you see.
Sooo... basically, if you're not scoring goals or making crunching tackles, the fans aren't impressed. That goes for opponents too... Osarian fans always appreciate a good tackle, so they will even applaud opposition players at times (although they will boo their goals, obvs).

From time to time I'll make reference to the area a player is from, and when I do, I will try to add an OOC note to explain what it means, because different regions of Osarius have almost entirely different cultures. For example, Tubrissian people's habits and sayings are heavily based on Phoenician/Carthaginian culture and religious beliefs.

Manager: Amandeep Sahota
When Roberto Cormega described Sahota's greatest skill as being his ability to "make a team far greater than the sum of its parts", he wasn't joking. The current Osarius squad is believed to be less talented than many of the incarnations that have preceded it, yet they are the second group to reach the World Cup finals. Sahota's method is largely built on the notion that every player should be versatile, and that every player has a role -- not a position -- to play on the pitch. His flexible, role-based system worked well at Hastmead, and has taken some time to really embed itself with the national team. His man management skills are often praised, as he "gets the best out of players" according to many, but over the years, many have questioned the mental toughness of his teams. That question was answered when the Firebirds went to Michael VII and turned around a 2-0 deficit on the day to secure a 4-3 win and a trip to Aguazul. The former Hastmead boss has gone on record to reveal that he believes his side can better the exploits of the squad led to the same stage by Osarian Hall of Famer Alain Montblanc. It's hard to bet against him, looking at his record of exceeding expectations.

Assistant Manager: Ishmael Walker
Walker's reputation is well and truly restored within Osarius, and he is beginning to figure in speculation for managerial positions. He has revealed that he is far more comfortable as a number two, though, and it's unlikely he'll be leaving Sahota's side in the foreseeable future. His coaching ability is his greatest strength, while his man management has dramatically improved since his ill-fated tenure with the Flying Sparks. It is not uncommon for Walker to handle squad training sessions alone while Sahota goes on scouting missions, or works with specific players. This illustrates the degree of trust Sahota places in him, and the respect he now commands from the players.

Coaches: Maurice Simmons, Jeffrey Allen, Gerald Cole
These guys have been in the national team setup for so long, nobody even thinks to question it anymore. It's doubtful whether the OFA even realises they're still on the payroll, really. All three are vastly experienced though, and very knowledgeable, making them valuable -- if seldom seen -- members of the Osarius backroom staff.

Specialist Coaches: Onyibo Oduoza (goalkeeping), Claudio Traga (fitness)
Both Oduoza and Traga have reputations for using unorthodox methods to get good results. It's unlikely there are better men for their jobs available within Osarius, and frankly, the OFA's reluctance to search for alternatives is borne out of a part-xenophobic, part-"look-at-us-we've-got-progressive-coaches" mentality. Of course, this begs the question of why Oswaldo Garabona felt it necessary to go to Free South Califas to get employment, but that's a digression. Traga's fitness regimes are constantly evolving, and it seems that at any given time, 50% of all gym-goers or fitspos in Osarius are on one of his training programs. Oduoza on the other hand, despite his advancing years dulling his own reflexes, maintains a remarkable ability to read the game and pinpoint, then eliminate, flaws in young goalkeepers. Most within the professional game consider him Osarius' best goalkeeping coach since the legendary Enzo Corradini.

Medical Staff: Daniel Chambers (physiotherapist), Dr. Sarah Bocchetti (team doctor)
The two medical staff have built up an incredible degree of trust with not just the players, but also the other coaching staff in the national team setup over the past thirty years, and it's hard to imagine their apprentices taking over. They do have apprentices, though. Understudies, if you like. People who are shadowing and learning from them, whatever the official term should be, anyway. Dr Bocchetti's expertise extend beyond conventional medicine, too, as seen in the role she played in addressing the mental health issues of Alessandro di Corradi.

Head Coach: Ematea Saenu [TUR]
An on-again/off-again relationship between the Gibbons family and the Turori National Team continues for World Cup 63 as Abraham, Jake and Aaron Gibbons join the National Team setup under the guidance of their father Mikael. The Gibbons family was kicked out of Darmen after a vote-buying scandal at Eau Claire Aris Football Club. However, Gibbon's role as Head Coach has been reduced to that as Training Coach, allowing him more time to focus on the development of his son's to the Turorian system, as well as to protect against Gibbons' death in a parallel Wyvern universe to catch up with the former Darmeni manager and end his term in this universe. Turori's Ematea Saenu will take over the duties of Head Coach for the World Cup 63 Finals.

[ 86 ] Hooizo Nuakoi [ - Turoki Tide (Vilita) - ]
------- GK ( AGE: 27 CAPS: 14 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Nuakoi, a dual Vilitan & Turorian national, entered World Cup 58 qualifying uncapped and undeclared for either Nation. Nuakoi was widely expected to openly declare Turorian Nationality going into the qualifying, but with the rise of rival Ronji Miiastara, Nuakoi decided to leave the door open to a Vilitan return should he remain uncapped for Turori. After spending Season 26 and 27 at Turoki Isle, Nuakoi made the move to the Yeaddin Owls midway through Season 27 to become their #1 keeper. Nuakoi returned to Turoki during Season 29, joining the Turoki Tide as they finished runners up in the Stellar Division. Nuakoi was important in the Tide's success in the Tropical Trophy, the clubs first major Top-Level silverware, before rising to prominence in the lore's of the opening of a new chapter of Sporting Success in Turoki. Nuakoi led the Tide to the Stellar Division championship during Seasons 32 and 33 before a remarkable run to defeat rivals Strike FC in the 40th Globe Cup Final for Turoki's first International club competition title. Nuakoi's performances in goal were critical as a 0-0 shutout performance in the final match gave the Tide a remarkable victory in the UICA Super Cup, the first Vilitan League side to lift the trophy.

[ 1 ] Ronji Miiastara [ - Colonial Sile (Vilita) - ]
------- GK ( AGE: 27 CAPS: 61 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Miiastara joined Marine Coast United in Vilita for their V-League 27 campaign in the Declasse, just the second ever for the club at that level. Miiastara was tasked with keeping the ball out of the net, and he did just that, helping lead Marine Coast United back to the Stellar Division at the first attempt leading up to V-League 28. After competing in the UICA 'B' Champions League, Marine Coast finished a respectable 7th place in the V-League but just missed out on a UICA place. Miiastara jumped ship to Kiiarana City in order to participate in the UICA Globe Cup prior to Season 29. While Kiiarana did not make the huge title push expected of them, Miiastara let in a career low 14 goals during Season 30, leading Kiiarana to a runner up finish in the Stellar Division a place in the UICA Champions League and a Tropical Trophy victory. It would be the lone high point at the club for Miiastara, however. After losing his 'ever present' status as National Team goalkeeper to the domestically succesful Hooizo Nuakoi, Miiastara made the switch to Colonial for Season 35 and immediately added a second Tropical Trophy victory to his resume

[ 82 ] Mumau Atla-Siioai [ - Turoki United (Vilita) - ]
------- GK ( AGE: 28 CAPS: 5 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
A Dual Vilita & Turori National, Atla-Siioai was invited to the Vilitan World Cup 57 Training camp - but so were 6 other goalkeepers. Atla-Siioai transferred from the Kionao Locals to Vilitan side Turoki United for the V-League 27 season. While his play for Turoki was solid, the impact of Atla-Siioai's presence was most evident back in Turori as the Locals were relegated from the V-League with a club record 20 defeats. While showing the importance of having Atla-Siioai in the squad, the fact that the Goalkeeper left the Locals high and dry has not left a good impression on their Turorian fanbase. Atla-Siioai has, however, made a name for himself in Turoki, repeatedly being named Supporters Player of the Season and leading the team into UICA Competition places. Atla-Siioai has been the Player of the Year at Turoki United every season since joining the club.

DEFENDERS:

[ 2 ] Yoains Konoaafeo [ - Cednia Beach AFC - ]
------- D RLC ( AGE: 29 CAPS: 72 :: GOALS::SR: 6 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Konoaafeo was the top defensive product of the Yeaddin Academy and was expected to be part of the Vilitan national team set up due to this fact. However, after not being capped during World Cup 57 Qualifying, and learning of Turori's intention to enter World Cup 58, Konoaafeo switched allegiances both for club and country. After playing half of V-League 26 with the Kionao Locals, Konoaafeo moved to Cednia Beach AFC where he would lead the Coconut Kickers to their second V-League championship, being named Turorian player of the season in the process.

[ 3 ] Lioniaa Tana [ - Turoki Tide (Vilita) - ]
------- D/DM LC ( AGE: 28 CAPS: 73 :: GOALS::SR: 5 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Tana is one of the most athetlically skilled defensive players in the Turorian arsenal, although Tana's weakness shines in technical areas like heading and man to man marking. After starting their career at Vilitan side Rammsissil, Tana moved to Eastal Lunar FC during V-League 27, winning the Vilitan Cup with the team during Season 28 but relegation triggered a clause allowing Tana to return home to Turori with Cednia Beach AFC for Season 29. After a miserable campaign which saw Tana without Champions Cup competition, Tana joined the Turoki Tide for Season 34, doing so in time for their 43rd UICA Cycle run. The Tide lifted the UICA Globe Cup and UICA Super Cup, one of three Turorian players on the roster for the Tide's Triumph

[ 12 ] Diauro Dlaminii [ - Cednia Beach AFC - ]
------- D LC ( AGE: 28 CAPS: 59 :: GOALS::SR: 1 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Dlaminii started his career at Vilitan lower league side Alona Sissil where he impressed greatly, warranting interest from all the top named V-League sides. Dlaminii eventually decided to head home to Turori, signing with Cednia Beach AFC where he competed in all of the clubs V-League 27 matches.

[ 5 ] Noa-isinao Wioauoi [ - Arcticala Inlet (Vilita) - ]
------- D RLC ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 14 :: GOALS::SR: 1 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Noa-isinao Wioauoi ws a product of the Yeaddin Academy who caught the eye of one Yeaddin reporter at a training session doing ball handling tricks, and the shared video went viral, sparking a campaign including a fan website and even local town council requests to invite the youngster into the Vilita National Team training camp for World Cup 57. Wioauoi was invited to the camp, but never impressed coaches Massa and Wrice enough to be capped during the process. Wioauoi, born in Turori despite leaving in Vilita, accepted an invitation from the Football Association of Turori to train with them in preparation for a playing role in the World Cup 58 Qualifiers. Wioauoi has spent most of his career at Arcticala Inlet, though did make a brief stop in Turoki to play a season and a half with the Tide.

[ 4 ] Balariita Muzmaara [ - Morata Valley (Vilita) - ]
------- D LC ( AGE: 24 CAPS: 16 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Muzmaara, one of the youngest players ever invited to a Turorian National Team training camp (Ignoring the Cocoboas), joining the Terrarokka Spirit during Season 27. After spending seasons bouncing between the League and Amateur levels, Muzmaara finally moved to play full time for the Kionao Locals, spending two seasons at home in Turori

[ 61 ] Moia Fliporta [ - Kiiarana City (Vilita) - ]
------- D/DM L ( AGE: 27 CAPS: 5 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Fliporta started their career at Laiotia Locals in the Non-League system of Vilita. Known for aerobic ability such as speed, acceleration and the ability to jump higher than most anyone on the pitch, Fliporta is otherwise not particularly great at the technical aspects of the game. After holding out to remain the star at non-league Laiotia City, Fliporta finally 'sold out' and moved to the Stellar Division to play for Kiiarana City.

MIDFIELDERS:

[ 7 ] Rikko Rawaii [ - Arcticala Inlet (Vilita) - ]
------- AM C ( AGE: 27 CAPS: 73 :: GOALS::SR: 16 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Rawaii's dribbling ability coupled with lightning pace make him a threat any time he touches the ball, to create something even from nothing with a few quick moves. Rawaii is not known so much as a goalscorer, instead, an opportunity creator. Rawaii was named Player of the Year at Arcticala Inlet during Season 26 and was named Turorian player of the year during Season 27 when Inlet won the Tropical Trophy. Rawaii would win the Stellar Division with Arcticala Inlet during Season 29 finishing second in the goalscoring race.

[ 17 ] Cediici Tzatzos [ - Makosile (Vilita) - ]
------- M R ( AGE: 30 CAPS: 73 :: GOALS::SR: 5 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
A determined winger, Tzatzos is a product of the Strike Academy and remained a bit-part player for the club when the Vilitan League resumed for Season 26. Tzatsos was part of Strike's Stellar Division winning Season 27 side while being named Turorian Player of the Season, but when the success did not repeat itself during Season 28, Tzatzos was transfered to Kiiarana City. Looking to take a step back, Tzatzos moved across town to Kiiara-Torra in the Declasse division and helped to orchestrate a masterful promotion during season 33. Tzatzos would not stick around, however, looking to make the quick jump to the upper half of the table, signing for Makosile United.

[ 13 ] Vrotaoa Lorasoiba [ - Mliona-Lpaka - ]
------- M C ( AGE: 28 CAPS: 73 :: GOALS::SR: 7 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Lorasoiba's impressive performances for Turoki United, including 5 goals during the V-League 26 season, earned a high-value transfer to top Vilitan side Arcticala Inlet AFC. While it took Lorasoiba some time to get settled into life on the big Island, Lorasoiba's performances were enough to get an invitation to the Turori National Training camp for World Cup 58. Lorasoiba would impress on an international level, becoming one of the most important players in the Eels lineup, and also returned home domestically to help in the rise of Mliona-Lpaka as a domestic and international threat.

[ 6 ] Raso Tareak [ - Cednia Beach AFC - ]
------- M C ( AGE: 28 CAPS: 67 :: GOALS::SR: 8 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Tareak joined Jlinal Cove FC in Vilita for V-League 26 helping the club to a respectable 8th place finish. In V-League 27, Tareak's peformances improved with a pair of goals helping Jlinal to an all-time best finish of 4th place in the standings. Tareak's impressive performances in Jlinal earned him a transfer, first to Turorian UICA Champions League representatives Cednia Beach AFC, then to the Yeaddin Owls for V-League 30 before moving to Jungle Strike FC

[ 38 ] Tiika Diirotora [ - Kiiarana (Vilita) - ]
------- M RC ( AGE: 28 CAPS: 31 :: GOALS::SR: 3 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Diirotora is a dedicated and well travelled midfielder who made a name for themselves while leading Kiiarana City to the Vilitan Cup Final in V-League 27. After starting their career in the Liguon Valley, Diirotora made the leap to the Stellar Division for Season 27 and the move payed off with 4 goals and a post season transfer back home to Turori with mega-club Cednia Beach AFC. Diirotora spent a season at Makosile before joining Strike for Season 30.

[ 16 ] Rutaj Ranaso [ - Turoki Tide (Vilita) - ]
------- M LC ( AGE: 27 CAPS: 30 :: GOALS::SR: 2 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Ranaso moved from Turori to the nearby island of Turoki to play for Mavaloiao FC in the Vilitan Declasse when the league resumed for Season 26. After 2 strong seasons at the Declasse side, Ranaso joined Stellar Division side Eastal Lunar for V-League Season 28 and helped them win the Vilitan Cup despite relegation from the Stellar Division. Ranaso wouldn't stick around in the lower leagues, however, spending two seasons in Turori before moving to the Turoki Tide where he would win a UICA Champions Cup title.

[ 70 ] Aaron Gibbons [ - Kionao Locals - ]
------- M C ( AGE: 31 CAPS: 0 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]

[ 12 ] Jake Gibbons [ - Kionao Locals - ]
------- M RC ( AGE: 29 CAPS: 0 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]

FORWARDS:

[ 8 ] Liinai Zakazaka [ - Jlinal Cove FC (Vilita) - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 27 CAPS: 73 :: GOALS::SR: 31 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Zakazaka joined Jlinal Cove FC for the V-League 27 season and gained some attention back in Turori for their contribution to the 'Cove's impressive top-4 finish in the final standings. Zakazaka was named Jlinal Cove's top player during Season 28.

[ 18 ] Loala Kigoouao [ - Arcticala Inlet (Vilita) - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 28 CAPS: 62 :: GOALS::SR: 22 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Kigoouao signed for Morata Valley FC for V-League 26 and instantly made an impact at the Vilitan club, earning Top Goalscorer honors in the Declasse while leading Morata Valley to Stellar Division Promotion. Kigoouao was unfazed by the higher level of competition, upping the goal count to 16 in Season 27 and firmly setting the expectation that they would be the go-to forward for the Turori National Team in World Cup 58. Kigoouao was named Morata Valley player of the season during Season 27 and 28. After many outstanding seasons at Morata Valley, Kigoouao joined the Turoki Tide for V-League 30.

[ 19 ] Jukkia Diijelhma [ - Jlinal Cove FC (Vilita) - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 28 CAPS: 26 :: GOALS::SR: 4 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Born in Starblaydia, Diijelhma moved to Turori following V-League Season 26 to pursue a new career in the Island Emirate. Diijelhma was one of the few Kionao Locals players in their disasterous V-League 27 season to receive even neutral reviews. Despite scoring no goals on the season, the Striker showed some skill that was required for the Locals to avoid another relegation in Season 28, and also proved to be useful for the Turori National team. After 7 seasons in Kionao, Diijelhma moved to Vilita to play for Jlinal Cove along side National Team star Liinai Zakazaka.

[ 9 ] Anuh Ciniima [ - Morata Valley (Vilita) - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 28 CAPS: 34 :: GOALS::SR: 5 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Ciniima was born in Turori to Misrantian parents before moving to Vilita to study and train for his sporting career. The unselfish striker joined Morata Valley after their promotion to the Stellar Division for Season 27 as a compliment to Turorian Striker Loala Kigoouao. Ciniima, while able to put the ball in the net when needed, has shown to be an expert decision maker, recording twice as many assists as goals inside the box.

[ 80 ] Abraham Gibbons [ - Kionao Locals - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 33 CAPS: 1 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]

UTILITY PLAYERS:

[ 22 ] Restiaa Mumamba [ - Turoki Tide (Vilita) - ]
------- ATH ( AGE: 26 CAPS: 71 :: GOALS::SR: 3 )
Mumamba was the definition of a versatile player for Vilita's Yeaddin Owls after joining them for the V-League 27 season from Jlinal Cove FC. Mumamba played in every position from Central Defender to Striker, scoring a game winning goal in one game and a game saving tackle in the next. Mumamba is an expert choice for a third sub or to allow tactical changes on the pitch without substitutions being made. The strong and versatile performances of Mumamba during Season 28 earned Mumamba a high profile transfer to defending Stellar Division champions Arcticala Inlet but he left the Electricians the following season to be apart of the growing Yeaddin Owls squad. Mumamba spent 4 seasons in Yeaddin without recording any meaningful domestic awards other than the Season 29 Turorian Player of the Season award. The lure of international competition was too great for Mumamba who joined the Turoki Tide for Season 34, doing so in time for their 43rd UICA Cycle run. Mumamba helpd the Tide lift the UICA Globe Cup and UICA Super Cup, one of three Turorian players on the roster for the Tide's Triumph

[ 22 ] Klaillal Tuirma [ - Kionao Locals - ]
------- ATH ( AGE: 18 CAPS: 0 :: GOALS::SR: 0 )
Descendant of Season 4 Turorian Player of the Season and National team legend Cuolia Tuirma, Klaillal will work with Restiaa Mumamba to become the future "All-Around" player for the Turori National Team. Playing in a unique role, Tuirma will be expected to fill the role of being able to play every game, in every position - even Goalkeeper, if there are no subs left. Tuirma will certainly be starting as a substitute during their debut campaign in World Cup 62 but may get the chance to start against weaker opposition. After being brought up through the academy system at Kionao, Tuirma signed a professional contract with Colonial Sile in Vilita for Season 35, winning silverware in the first match, the Tropical Trophy triumph over Strike.

The Starblaydia national football team are a Featured Article on NSwiki. If you've never bothered to read it, have a skim through it now, as it'll tell you more about the team, their style, culture, fans, and history than I can ever write in a roster post. Thanks.
