Another good reason is that if those of lesser rank are never given opportunities to command they won't be prepared to take a command role later when they might be needed. I personally think it's better for those of lesser rank to have some experience with command before being promoted to an officer rank, rather than after, that way they're not learning on the job.

At the last minor update, The Black Hawks tag raided and hit three out of four targets. There were plenty of fendas around and they were moving quite quickly.

Targets hit included:
The Remnants Of World 34
The Chainsaw Pact
Kongregate

The raid of The Chainsaw Pact ended a delegate run of 1256 days!

Troops involved:
Tramiar -General
Holbornius Two - Colonel(This was Holb's first time raiding in years! Welcome back!)
Xlanar - Sergeant
SevHawk - Sergeant
JamieHawk - Corporal

Raids were led by myself.

Yeah, it was tough with TBR also tag raiding and you guys had some pretty good move times iirc. Anyway, congrats on your victories!

At the last major update, The Black Hawks soared into battle and hit 4 out of 5 targets. There were some defenders around, but not many.

Neocontinent (Where defenders had 1 minute and 15 seconds to stop us!)

Hey Mordor tried here, but we were training new troops and didn't have the numbers tonight. Still our small number was able to prevent Atheist Empire and we assisted TITO in Italia.

Do defenders really consider it defenses when raiders are thorning? (Moving in random targets to see if defenders will follow)

Yes! The reason being that some are quite sneaky and may have planted nations already in the region. What looks like a fake out may not be the case. If only we could trust you guys :p

Yes, because everything that is taken during an update falls solely on the UDL... :palm:

And yeah, we mostly were actually asleep last night. Exams and all that RL stuff does get in the way sometimes--such a bother. :P

The UDL usually has the biggest update force in regards to defences. I'm not exactly sure it's unreasonable to expect some form of response from the UDL.

FRA is mostly minor updaters as much as I've seen, and it is the UDL that tends to brag about how they do all of the defending work. If your organization doesn't want to be the ones pointed out when they fail to show up, perhaps they shouldn't act like they are the ones who have to do everything. And before I get attacked with "I never said that!" posts, I'm not talking about each and every one of you. But there are more posts to that effect from UDL members than the other defending groups. So yeah, when given all of that, I will point out that the UDL didn't show up. Because they didn't.
