72 Hours ago:

The SES Apollo was making its way to explore a never before seen planet. The Star Empire of Arivada wanted it to be colonized for it’s strategic position. The crew was confident. Yet they did not expect some new species of aliens to come and attack them. The ship only 300 Meters long with a crew of about 176 it wouldn’t be ready for this massive battle.

48 Hours ago:
The Apollo was just arriving at the planet noticing nothing was on it except vegetation. It sent 30 Men to go down on the surface. The Jumper they went on made the speedy delivery and the men got a glance at the beautiful planet. The followers were gorgeous. Yet they oddly picked up radiation. They didn’t understand how but they found a building. It proved to be a telescope. They activated it. That was their demise.

30 Hours ago:
The Aliens awakened. They had hundreds of ships in underground facilities. There cities they had been destroyed. The aliens had been in slumber for they were hiding to something that threatened them. Surprising for they could crush the Arivadian fleet. With only a hundred ships. They were highly advanced. Plasma rays, Ion Cannons. The only thing that seemed that could stop it was the Ancient Arivadian technology. The Ancient Alien Technology was an early race of Arivadians who went extinct. They are the reasons the Arivadians have warships now. The only good news was that 10 of the Arivadian warships were ancient Arivadian warships. Yet the Apollo was not one of them.

The aliens sprung out of their hangers. Fighters first… then the slower ships. The Apollo saw the fighters coming .The Rail guns on the ship began firing in an effort to thwart them off. Yet there were thousands. The ship didn’t stand a chance against the fighters they especially didn’t stand a chance against the Alien fleet. The ship noticed the alien fleet. It fired one shot. The ship was destroyed. Yet not before getting two things off. A Subspace warning to all major empires that there was an enemy and send forces to a planet close by. Another was a heavy Ion beam. It hit the alien ship. It did not get pass the energy shield.

24 hours ago:
Arivadian central command picked up the message. Every ship available was ordered to use it’s slip space engine to get to the target location in an effort of defense. The slip space engine could zoom a ship from one side of the galaxy to another. About 135 Ships were at the staging point. They did not know what the enemy was yet they had to take the word on the Apollo for every ship had a tracker on it that could be tracked for galaxies. The only problem with the fleet was no ancient ships. In fact there were primarily mixed Arivadian ships. Most Arivadians were human yet upon conquering local factions it made allies. These allies who were aliens considered themselves Arivadians. One race was the most advanced. The way the Arivadians defeated them was using their knowledge against them. About 20 of the ships were Arivadian. 35 were that advanced race. The rest were some freed soldiers who were liberated by the Arivadians who swore there allegiance to them and became Arivadian citizens.

Now:

Official Message to all star empires:
There is apparently an ancient alien race coming for us. They massacred one of our ships in one shot. We recommend you send ships to help us defend all of our territory. We have 135 ships but they might not be able to stop them.

The Arivadian fleet was prepared. They spotted only six ships coming in from Phase space. Another type of FTL. It seemed puny but the Arivadians were still prepared. They weren’t going to risk anything. Then 5 more ships arrived from another Arivadian coalition member. They had the largest ships. At over a kilometer long the ship made the Arivadians look puny.

[Old Tyrannia]

As the Arivadans focused on the mysterious newcomers, a third fleet exited warp nearby and drifted towards them. Their were twenty ships, the smallest around 500m in length, the largest well over 1 kilometre. The largest of all, a massive vessel that radiated menace like nothing in the known galaxy, was perhaps 3 kilometres in size. It was the Exterminatus, flagship of the Tyrannian Star Empire. As the fleet drifted towards the Arivadians, a simple message was sent;

This is the Twelth Battlefleet of the Tyrannian Star Empire, please respond.

Earth was a divided world. Made up of a handfull of superpowers that jeered for supremacy; it was here that the old Tyrannian Empire was born. The Empire had long since moved it's capital to the nearby Tyrannic system, to the planet Tyrannus Primus. But the same ancient imperialist doctrine servived. Under their Emperor, Lucius the Exterminator, the Tyrannians had conquered almost a fith of the Milky Way, and moved out to conquer many other galaxies. But as the Empire spread, the central authority weakened, and much of the Empire was divided up between warring factions. But here in the Milky Way, the Emperor was very much in control, and here, the Empire remained a nation to be feared.
If the Tyrannians were involved, this could not be good.

[Starfleet Command HQ]

The United Federation Of Plnets, is not in the habit of allowing Distress Calls to go unanswered, so when it appeared there was going to be a large invasion of a planet, the Federation responded. Four Starfleet Task forces were assembled, numbering nearly a hundred fifty ships, led by the Dreadnaught, USS Excelsior, Galaxy-IV class. THe Federation fleet left Deep Space Six and heaaded towards the origin of the message at maximum warp. Whatever they were going to face, they were going to be ready.

The Minister of Dyanstia's Star Fleet signed he order for 400 Capital Ships each over 2 miles long 4 stories high, 4,000 Starships, and 5,000 individual Fighters. Also The Black Pilots piloting their Respective Orbital Frames have been dispatched, 50,000 unmanned orbital frames are also being dispatched.

This is the staging point for the invasion. Were the Solar Empire of Arivada coalition is already staging a defense. We have sent a recon ship to the system and will get more details later.

The Recon Ship SES Frank was being sent to recon the area where the Apollo was attacked and most likely destroyed. The ship was basically a snowball. It had measures inside that mimicked the temperature of the space outside, while the inside was kept shielded. The Ship was painted black so it would be visually harder to spot. The ship just left FTL. It saw only hundreds of ships. The six ships were just preparing to leave. It would be a difficult battle. Then the Frank saw the Apollo. Or what was left of it. The vessel was millions of pieces now. The vessel decided to send visual and an audio Intel on this. When the message was sent back to both the fleet and Arivadian central command somehow the ship was spotted. The ship was sent a message. It read-

You are the descendents of the race that almost brought the end of us. We will exterminate you

The Frank sent the message back to Arivadian Central Command. Then the alien ship fired one shot at the Arivadian ship. Completely destroying it.

The Arivadian fleet, mainly made up of local militia ships was still waiting. They were prepared when they received two messages. The flagship, SES Ironsides, received the message.
The first from the Old Tyrannians.
“Capitan we have received a message from the old tyrranians.” A crewman said. The captain hit the communications button.
“This is Captain John Korsev of the Arivadian fleet how can I help you?” the Captain said. The fleet standing basically still. Then they received another message. The descendant’s one from the Frank. The visual Intel was amazing. The Arivadians never came up across anything like this before. He saw the six ships preparing to enter FTL. How can such a small fleet take us down? Korsev thought.

[Starfleet Command HQ]

The Starfleet Armarda picked up the new co-ordinates and alterered course. Thanks to the new Quantum Slipstream drive they were due to arrive shortly. A few minutes later, they did so.
First the Excelsior dropped back to Warp, then to normal space. Followed one by one by the rest of the Starfleet ships. This task group was a Tactical, no-holds, combat fleet, due to the nature of their mission. As a result, the fleet was dominated by Galaxy-III's, Galaxy's, Soveriegns, Nebula,s Akiras, Ares's as well as others of Starfleets new combat ships. They moved into formation.

a commonwealth scout picked up the request transmission, and after going through a quick process with the five Grand Councilors, the head councilor, Raxi Jantilion, sent the following message to the Arivadaians:

To the government of the Arivadaians,

I am Grand Councilor Raxi Jantilion. I have heard of your plight and am prepared to send a small fleet of CDF War Class ships to assist in the oncoming battle. IT will be all we can muster before the other council members can gather the Home Fleet's, but it is all we can do. Can you give us any information on the enemy, such as if they are humanoid, reptilian, amphibious? Anything would be great. Also anything about there weapons and ships. Thank you,

Grand Councilor, Miss Raxi Jantilion

Raxi was head of the Council, therefore in charge of military decisions. She gathered her war ministers, who nearly all voted on using the Snake warship as the heavy ship for the mission, the Hornet as the main fighter class, and the Condemner as the Medium class ship.

The Snake was a new machine, only used several times, and was the strongest ship in the CDF. It was going to be its first time in active service, and would take a crew of over 300. Only 150 would be on this mission, for that is the amount that was made.

The Condemner, however, was much smaller in comparison, but also much faster and maneuverable. It was the most common war ship seen in the CDF, and was mass produced since the beginning of the Commonwealth. It took a crew of just over 100, and was upgraded several times. The fleet would have around 5,000 of them.

Finally, the Hornet. The Hornet was a older model of fighter, but was so far the most effective. It had dual plasma guns, with a small grapple hook in the back. They would be sending around 8,000 of them with the fleet.

After a long session of prep, the fleet was prepared to launch, but would not until it received word from Arivada that they were needed.

The Tyrannians responded,

No, we were mearly informing you of our arrival. Tyrannian forces will reach the rendezvous point within ten minutes. We thank you.

(Based on Romulan ships, as my technology is based on the Romulans, chosen due to the parallels between the Romulans and the Ancient Romans whom I based my nation in MT on).

OOC: Expect either to take a lot of causalities or retreat from the battle. I plan to have most if not all of my fleet wiped out.

The ships were preparing for the six ships. The visual info that they received was shocking. They managed to get very littler info on it. The only thing they knew about the race was that apparently they hated the Ancient Arivadians. The weapons were the only were highly plasma based. No projectiles at all. Arivadian Technology was inferior for Arivadians relied on nuclear missiles, Rail guns and highly ionized proton beams (OOC: Don’t quote me on my tech). The official Arivadian military ships (Which only made up a fraction of the Arivadian fleet. Most of the fleet was set up on the borders. Most of this fleet is local militias.) Were meant to be high maneuverable and designed to be able for both space and atmospheric combat. The ships didn’t expect to see what was happening. The defense fleet was about 200+ strong. Then right then, the aliens arrived. They just sat there. Then right then they sent a message to all of the fleet-

Disperse now. We have seen these people you are fighting for. They nearly wiped us out. All whom are helping these Arivadians disperse!

The message was received by all the Arivadian fleet. They couldn’t believe it. They were fighting an enemy of their ancestor’s creation. Yet they would not let that scare them.
“Send this message back” The captain said.

Our ancestors most likely almost wiped you out because you striked first. Surrender. You are heavily outnumbered.

The Arivadian database on the capital was receiving info on an old Ancient database. It said that these aliens were known only to the ancients as Legion. They were a highly advanced civilization but it faltered when they tried to conquer the even more advanced Arivadians. Nothing was known about the race themselves but they used plasma and phase weapons as their primary weapons. With that the Arivadian central command ordered one ancient Battleship to the fleet.

Our advertised Fleet, The Concoran Theater, is en route to the coordanites provided, our Black Ops Corp will arive 4-5 hours beforehand, note that they will be cloaked, but they are the Aces of our Fleet and each one has the capability to annhiliate 20-30 enemy Fighters with they're homing lasers.

OOC: So basically this is going to happen:
1. We all die a glorious and grand death by explosion, but were screwed.
2. We barely escape with our lives but live to fight again, but still, screwed.
3. Stand still in battle and we both stay the same taking heavy loss until your older ships arrive, not very much, but still screwed.

IC: When Raxi Jantilion received word, she ordered the CDF main fleet to head to the coordinates. As if in a huge burst of fire, they all sped off toward the rally point. At the head of the fleet was Commandant Torilee Fer'nos. She was one of the most experienced fleet commanders in the CDF, and this mission was going to mark her promotion to admiral. She was on the flag ship, the Snake Class Cavalier. As the fleet assembled at the first rally point, the fleet jumped, and went off to war.

Meanwhile, on Nua Gealach,

Raxi Jantilion was at a meeting with the other Council members. She was there to determine if after the first battle, if they would truly commit the LPDF (Local Planetary Defense Force's) to the war, if it continues. As she took her seat at the head of the chamber, the other four members strolled in, heads held high. She rolled her eyes, and when they finally sat down, she said "Finally, we can begin. As you know, we have sent a CDF force to assist in the defense of Arivada from a strange Alien race, one that seems to be superior to us. If we are to stand any chance, we must draw forces from the LPDF. It is like the Civil Rebellions only a few decades ago. What do you say?"

Another council member, Galli Wex, said "Miss, I must go against this. It is an Arivadaian problem. They were the ones to disturb them, they were the one's to let this escalate. We can not continue this. Me must withdraw any support."

Galli sat, and another rose, Council member Nikiwi Ravk, said proudly, "We must help them. I agree with you, head Council member. It is our duty to assist. We must go with our hearts and beliefs and help these people. It is our duty. You have my support."

The next phase was to vote. It was a astounding 4/1 vote, with sending LPDF forces to help when they became available. The council dismissed, and Raxi went to meditate on the upcoming battle, that will become a war, which might evolve into a genocide.
