I thought it was implied that he had been uncuffed after the incident with Johann, Scott, and Stryker.

It was never stated that Stryker was released. It was discussed, Scott recommended against it, then Alex started mouthing off again, and everyone left the matter unresolved, with Stryker still chained in the bus. It was later mentioned that Stryker was unchained, and simply remained inside the bus.

SKILLS: He was in the New Zealand Special Air Service for five years so he knows how to fire a gun, use tactics, CQC, and has high athletic abilities. His last job was as a commercial pilot so he can fly a plane.

WEAPONRY: F-S Fighting Knife (SAS standard), Riot Shield, Glock 17 (found off a dead guard)

BIOGRAPHY: Riley was an avid pilot, even as a young boy in the countryside of New Zealand. He loved flying planes and eventually wanted to join the Royal New Zealand Air Force. He was officer by his CO to join the New Zealand Special Air Service. Riley was excited and soon enjoyed the experiences he had, he got to work with a lot of Brits oveseas and got plenty of training. He left the SAS to follow his dream of becoming a pilot. He worked for Air New Zealand, flying out of England, Tokyo, California, Chicago, Detroit, NYC, etc. When the Walker incident occured, he was on break in a major Detroit airport. He and a small group of other survivros managed to escape Detroit and found their way to the FCI Milan. They set up a base camp there but were overrun by the escaped prisoners. He ran and locked himself in the main security office in the upper echelons of the facility. He magaed to find a gun and a riot shield in the office.

APPEARANCE:
