I'm sure I'm not the only one who can see the fatal flaw there.
OOC: I was going to add a section which talks about the fact that the WA is the property of all nations, in same way that the United Nations is, and therefore, every other nation must be acting as part of that property of all nations. Therefore, due to the fact that the WA is international territory, WA ambassadors cannot harm other WA ambassadors.
OOC: However it is, then the plant is violating 22 GA § 7, which requires 'PROHIBITS nations from sending diplomats with the express intent of committing crimes of espionage, sabotage, subversion, causing harm to the civilian population, and other related crimes committed outside of a diplomats duties'. The counter-argument is that the plant wasn't sent to do so by the nation. However, if the plant is a representative of the nation, then it can order itself to do so by taking that action. Furthermore, if the plant is part of a hivemind, then there is no difference between the nation and the plant, ergo, the plant must have been ordered to do so by the hivemind, which is the nation, and ergo, is in violation of § 7. And given the sneaking-up on CDSP's ambassador, it has clear intent. Oh, and assault is generally a crime.
Parsons: I have to demand that you should put the not-so-good Ambassador down!
