Technically, anyone before the invention of rankings.

Which would technically make Crosshill the lowest-ranked winner, being unranked. However, so was everyone else, you would suspect - I'm suspecting the only person around that played in it would be able to shed more light - so calling the nation that "set the benchmark for excellence for the next hundred years." the lowest-ranked winner misses the point.

In the KPB era, Audio and Dorian & Sonya The Sylvanaes Queendom appear to share the record for lowest sequential rank from a winner with 39th. I don't believe anyone's kept a record of the winner with the fewest KPB points in the KPB era.

In the early editions (WC1 aside) ranks were calculated based on finish in the previous cup – the lowest ranked winner was, afaik, WC4's Dennisov.

Nevermind that last bit, I was actually starting Primary School, hich according to Wikipedia is Elementary School, which isn't what I meant, which was kindergarten... man, foreign education is confusing. I still don't know what college is.

On a more related note, if we had one more Atlantian in the World Cup, exactly half of the participating teams would be from AO.

In total there are 15 from AO, 9 from Rushmore, 3 from Esportiva and 5 from other regions. I think we (AO) might be starting to take this a little too far. :P
